21 Battle Trials 2

"The next match will be between Team C and Team B where Team C consisting of Hayate Kenshin and Momo Yaoyorozu will be villains guarding the bomb and Team B consisting of Shoto Todoroki and Mezo Shoji", said All Might.

Everybody who heard this was exciting, even All Might was excited about the match. Kenshin who heard this was surprised as this was a deviation from the anime but it didn't matter much to him.

Kenshin and Momo went inside the building and began planning as villains were given 5 minutes to plan things.

"What should we do Kenshin. Todoroki-Kun ice quirk is very powerful also Shoji-Kun's quirk is very powerful", said Momo.

"Well according to Todoroki's behavior he will try to finish it quickly as fast as possible by freezing the entire building. And Shoji's strength is also high. We have to separate them or defeat one of them very quickly.

So, you make a rocket launcher, a rifle, and few smoke grenades. Can you make them", asked Kenshin?

"Yeah, it will use half of my energy but I should be fine", said Momo.

"Okay, so here is our plan, when they are coming, I will use a rocket launcher to fire at them which will cause them to defend themselves and they might even get separated.

Next is that just after I have fired rocket launcher, you will use smoke grenades near the building just to make their entry difficult. In the meantime, you will use the rifle to defend yourself and the bomb if anybody comes.

I, on the other hand, will go out and fight with Todoroki, if possible I will use the moment to defeat Shoji. If I cannot, then you will make Shoji surrender by using a rifle or shoot him in the legs to prevent a mishap. Recovery girl can heal it quickly, so you don't have to worry too much except hitting his vital areas", said Kenshin.

"Hmmm… okay, I get it. But do I have to fire a rifle at him?", asked Momo.

"Based on Shoji's strength you can't stop him easily. Yes, you can do it like this, you can create a net gun(which fires a net to trap enemy) and a taser. First trap Shoji, then use the taser to make him unconscious", said Kenshin.

"Yeah, this is really a nice idea", said Momo.

"Okay quickly create the things needed, there are only 3 minutes left", said Kenshin.

Similar to them, Todoroki and Shoji were also discussing their plan.

"Kenshin-Kun is really strong. We have to think of a solid plan to gain the victory", said Shoji.

"He is strong but there is also Yaoyorozu-san, her quirk is also strong. Based on their team, I am guessing Kenshin-Kun will be guarding the building as he is good at close combat and Yaoyorozu-san will be the long-range shooter", said Todoroki.

"Yeah, we will have to see if there is anything on top of the building to be wary of Yaoyorozu-san's cannon or sniper attack", said Shoji.

After that, it was time for the beginning of their battle trial. Everybody in the waiting room were excited to see this battle. Even Bakugo who was sulking a minute before also looked at the screen seriously.

As soon as the match began, Kenshin used the back window near the other room to go out of the building. Then Kenshin ran very fast but without making any sound towards other buildings. The building in which Kenshin was, was 3 buildings away from where the bomb and Uraraka were.

Kenshin used this building to shoot at Todoroki's team. Everyone in the waiting room was 1st confused, but when they saw the rocket launcher, they thought how amazing Momo's quirk is. It is really helpful in the battlefield.

From the top of the building, Kenshin saw Todoroki and Shoji who were walking towards the building with Todoroki creating an ice shield in front of them and Shoji using his dupli arms search the surrounding.

Kenshin has to say, these two were very talented compared to others who were like idiots who rushed to fight. Kenshin looked at them while hiding his presence such that Shoji will not sense it.

As Todoroki and Shoji were 30 meters away from the building, they heard a sound. But when they looked around, they saw a rocket was nearing them from the corner. With very few minutes to spare, Todoroki hastily created a shield but still got blasted away.

After the impact, Todoroki and Shoji got separated from each other by a few meters. Kenshin who was on top of the building quickly jumped down and reached near Shoji and knocked him out. Then he got ready to fight with Todoroki.

Meanwhile, Momo who heard the sound picked up 3 smoke grenades and threw them in all directions of the building. After that, she just held onto the net gun and hide near the door.

Todoroki who quickly just balanced himself after the impact saw Kenshin hitting Shoji's neck and knocking him out. After that Kenshin dashed towards Todoroki. Todoroki who just balanced himself send out a massive ice attack.

Kenshin who was prepared for that send out a punch at the incoming ice.

"Breaking Moon"

Upon contacting the punch, the ice disintegrated. After punching, Kenshin moved faster by using "dodging shadows" towards Todoroki.

There was a distance of 20 meters between them. Todoroki sent out another ice wave attack which was destroyed by Kenshin's punch.

When the distance was about 10 meters, Todoroki felt lost as he couldn't do anything to Kenshin(Well his control is very weak as it can be seen from the anime. It is compared to other ice users who can create needles, bullets, spears, swords and many more to attack the enemy).

But when he was about to give up, something happened within Todoroki. Todoroki remembered his father who loathed at him for being a loser and not using his fire quirk. Then he remembered his father abusing his mother. He remembered various things. After that, he remembered some words of his mother which was rooted deep within him.

Then he began realizing that it is his own quirk and has nothing to do with his hateful father. After he came terms with it, he saw Kenshin who was about 5 meters away from him. Todoroki sent out a powerful blast of fire towards Kenshin.

Kenshin who saw this was surprised and amazed as Todoroki used his fire quirk way earlier than in the series. But he soon dodged to the left side using "dodging shadows". But when he dodged the saw, a huge block of ice coming towards him.

Kenshin soon used his palms to use "obliterating palms" which destroyed the block of ice and also sent it back towards Todoroki.

Todoroki saw that a large number of small pieces of ice were coming towards him, so he made a big ice wall to protect himself.

In the meantime, Kenshin dashed and come towards the wall of ice and punched using the "Breaking moon" technique. Todoroki who was hiding inside the ice wall just fended off an attack but before he could relax, he was sent flying away.

Kenshin didn't miss the chance and ran towards Todoroki using "dodging shadows" before Todoroki could get up. He then knocked Todoroki out by hitting the back of his neck making Todoroki unconscious.

Both of their opponents were knocked out, that means they won but Kenshin still didn't hear All Might announcing their win. So he quickly went towards Momo. Momo saw that it was Kenshin, so she put the gun away. They both were confused about why All Might haven't announced their victory.

"Team C are the winners", said All Might.

A few minutes before, inside the waiting/control room.

"Wow, Todoroki has two quirks"

"An ice and a fire quirk. It's amazing"

"He is the most powerful after all"

"But Kenshin-san is also amazing, didn't you see those punches"

"Yes Kenshin-Kun is amazing"

"But now that Todoroki has fire type, Kenshin can't punch now"

"Wow, he blasted that ice wall"

"He really is amazing"

Everyone was stunned about how Todoroki has two quirks and even more shocked as to how easily Kenshin defeated Todoroki. Then they remembered what Kenshin has told them, some were happy as they can become strong like him while some felt ashamed as they had mocked Kenshin.

After announcing the victory, All Might thought, "These year's students are really powerful. Bakugo, Todoroki and even Kenshin. Young Midoriya, you have got another tough competitor. You have to work hard".
