11 AMETSA MAKES A MISTAKE

The day was getting late, making these two young people very forced to end playing at the Night Market. A girl was screaming in the street as if she was satisfied with what she had just done together with Daniel who was currently driving his motorbike.

"Ametsa, sit down, otherwise you may fall!" Daniel warned with his worries. "I don't want anything to happen to you."

However, the girl didn't listen to him and preferred to stand with the hands that originally held the shoulders of the man, now stretched upwards, causing the person in front of her to sigh for a moment.

Daniel was completely resigned and didn't know what else to say when the girl wouldn't listen to him. Even so, he was at least grateful that Ametsa was now truly feeling happy.

"I managed to make you happy, Ametsa."

There is a certain pride in knowing that it turns out that someone behind him is currently so cheerful that Daniel can't stop admiring her beauty which multiplies when she is happy.

"Daniel," called the girl who was now sitting back down. While the man who heard it immediately replied, "What?"

"I'm hungry," Ametsa informed. "Aren't we going to stop by first?"

"You want to eat something?" asked Daniel with raised eyebrows. The girl remained silent, nodding her head. "Okay, where do you want to eat?"

A smile just appeared after hearing what Daniel had just said so that Ametsa now couldn't stop smiling because of the man in front of her right.

"We eat at the usual place, how about?" suggested Ametsa with raised eyebrows and a smile that never faded. "I miss that place so much. What do you think?"

The man in front of him immediately shrugged his shoulders with both eyes looking straight ahead as if he was thinking about something but then nodded.

"No problem," Daniel said with his sweet smile. "Besides, I promised to make you happy tonight."

"Thank you, Daniel. You are my best friend," said Ametsa who was now hugging the man tightly. "I don't know what would have happened if you hadn't been around at that time."

The hug that Ametsa gave suddenly was able to make the man not feel calm because his heart was beating faster. He was really afraid that the girl would feel how Daniel was so nervous because of Ametsa himself that he felt awkward.

"Ametsa," he called, grinning.

"What's the matter, Daniel?"

"I think we'll be there soon," the man informed him. "Do you want to eat it here or take it home?"

"Just here," replied Ametsa, who had now let go of her embrace, making the man who realized it immediately breathe a sigh of relief. "I want when I get home, just sleep alone."

Daniel who heard it immediately rolled his eyes lazily, then nodded his head to suppress his smile. Then the motorbike stopped right at a small restaurant not far from where Ametsa lived.

"Come on down quickly, we've arrived," the man announced. "Ametsa, you go first."

The girl nodded and immediately stepped into the restaurant with her eyes constantly looking around until Ametsa widened her eyes when she realized that there was someone she recognized right in front of her.

"H-he's---?!"

Meanwhile, someone just approached him with a slightly furrowed brow. The man patted the shoulder of Ametsa, who is currently still silent and doesn't know who is watching.

"Ametsa," Daniel called who had now moved to be in front of her. "Are you alright?"

He saw that the girl in front of him was still silent while looking at someone, making Daniel, who was curious, immediately follow the direction of his friend's gaze.

Daniel, who was normal at first, immediately widened his eyes when it turned out that the cause of Ametsa's silence was a man who had just collided with her at the Cafe this afternoon, making the man immediately look back at the girl with a lazy look.

"Ametsa, come on, are you going to continue to be such a fool in front of that man?"

"Yeah, I can't even stop blinking, Daniel. Please help me, that guy is so perfect I can't take my eyes off him."

Seeing how the girl in front of him was currently so infatuated with a man who had accidentally knocked her down made Daniel feel annoyed with the person he didn't recognize.

"Then what should I do?" asked Daniel, who had just snorted in annoyance. "Never mind, I better just eat, now it's up to you."

After that, the man immediately walked away leaving Ametsa who was secretly still watching the handsome man who had not yet realized her presence. But not long after, she realized that Daniel was not near her, so she immediately ran to follow her friend.

"Daniel, wait," Ametsa said, shouting a little. "You're going to leave me, huh?"

"I don't care," Daniel replied without wanting to look at his friend. "Now it's up to you whether you want to eat or stare at your handsome man!"

For some reason, Daniel suddenly became different, which made Ametsa feel guilty for the man. He knew that he would never be friends with someone he was with now if only one of them had feelings.

After filling his stomach until it was full, during the journey Daniel suddenly fell silent and didn't say anything, making Ametsa who saw him feel guilty towards the man.

Now Daniel and Ametsa have arrived in front of a big house where the girl herself lives. The girl had gotten off the motorbike and was now looking at the man who was still silent, not even looking at him at all.

Ametsa sighed with her hands behind her back and said, "Daniel, I'm sorry. If what I said hurt you, I'm sorry and thank you for today."

"I'm leaving," Daniel said in a cold voice. Then the man just walked away ignoring Ametsa who was currently looking at him who was getting away with a sad look.

Tonight is a very happy night for Ametsa, but also sad for Daniel who has worked hard to make the friend he loves happy. The girl knew she shouldn't be like that in front of the man who had helped her forget the sadness she felt.

"I miss you so much, Mom, Dad."
