"He must have been hiding within the other side of the mirror. Why don't we just destroy it once and for all? It must have been a cursed item or something."

Aiden suggested as he was eager to get the deed done right here right there. But Nathalia shook her head.

"No, we cannot simply act on impulse and risk committing a mistake in the process. So far, that mirror is the only clue we had."

She said as she eyed the mirror closely.

At first glance, there was nothing peculiar about the mirror other than the fact that it used to reflect a slightly distorted image instead of a smooth one.

But considering the fact that the mirror was not made out of a whole piece, to begin with, but rather a combination of a few hexagonal mirror pieces, it would explain why it used to produce a distorted reflection instead.
