Having his conscience free of any guilt as he knew that he did not do anything wrong in the first place, Aiden swiftly made his way towards his wife and closed the distance between the two of them.

He reached out to her hand as soon as he got near her and he pulled her next to him.

The three of them were now currently standing just before the entrance, a few feet away from the door itself.

"Well, apparently, this goddess over here came to visit me personally. I think she wanted to welcome me in her own special way. My dear, you didn't tell me that they were this affable to a weird extent here."

Aiden said being careful with his choice of words as he did not want to trigger Nathalia as much as possible.

A jealous Nathalia was the last thing that Aiden would ever wish to see regardless of the situation.
