Change my mind (Edited)

"I have changed my mind, I am not moving." Both Amy's and Stephanie's smiles dropped. Something they agreed on at least.

"Honey, why?"

Jeff sipped his drink slowly not moved by any of their expressions at all. "I love my villa very much." That was all he said. Like seriously, Amy felt so annoyed yet inside her, goodness she actually felt relieved?

"Okay, you can kick her out and I will move in." Amy's eyes twitched as her brows knotted. Thinking of leaving the villa pricked her heart. She had grown to love that mansion and its beautiful vast garden.

"We both know that my grandfather will never agree to that, I don't even know why you want this Stephanie, you have one of the best apartments in the city in one of the most private estates?"

Stephanie sulked in her seat. "But honey, without you my life isn't complete!" she whined.

Jeff glanced at her and then took his food quietly it was as if he was finding the strength to pass a point in her thick head, when he was done, he wiped his mouth with a napkin delicately. "Stop throwing tantrums Stephanie, I have given you everything you ask for."

Amy and Lucy got up. "This looks like a 'couple moment' we will take our leave," Amy suggested, not waiting to dash out of this nonsense.

Lucy added her input thinking it would help. "Jason just called and he is waiting, bye."

At the mention of the name Jason, Jeff's blood boiled, why was Amy getting along with his brother more than him? No way was he giving Jason that privilege, no uh, no way under the sky. He jumped off his seat as if he had been electrocuted. "I am coming with you."

Amy's brain almost blew off and a vein couldn't help to pop in her head, this guy. "But…"

Jeff silenced her by placing his forefinger on her mouth. Damn, she twitched her lips resisting the urge to just bit off his stupid finger, and ran her hands in her hair, frustrated. Why didn't this day move quickly like normal, being stuck with Jeff all day was turning out to be her nightmare?

"You can't just leave your girlfriend here?" she tried to make him stay but what she got was a pretty smile.

"I am leaving with my wife ain't I?" he whispered in her ear sending chills down her spine. She remained dazed for a while before snapping back to reality.

She ground her teeth and glared at him as they walked to a black Maserati MC20, a cool dark car that resembled Jeff's personality. "I will be in my car," Lucy dismissed herself and Amy couldn't help cursing her in her head. Cheers to having a best friend who believes in romance and stuff and is trying so hard to play cupid!

"Please wife, drive normally, I don't want to die," Jeff voiced out his thoughts before getting seated in the vehicle.

Amy gave him a side look before taking the soft smooth steering wheel in her hand. "I am giving you a chance to change your mind about me driving you, Lucy drives…modestly."

He fastened his safety belt and leaned on his headrest to look at her. "Then I guess I will have to get used to this," he answered with a smile.

Give her a break, this man was almost impossible to part with, who knows at that rate, maybe the next thing she would know was him accompanying her to school. Geez, her brain just itched at the thought. Starting the car, she zoomed away, heading for Cools, a fancy club in town.
