Chapter One: Best decision I ever made.

Isn't it strange how faith works, playing different roles in our lives. I'm Sarah Leo, I was sent abroad by my parents to study law ever since I was seventeen years old. As a socialable person that i am, I made friends easily and also got myself a boyfriend who I ended up dating for two years but the relationship was a disaster because my boyfriend Diego was a short temper person, over possessive about me and he also exhibit alot of bad behaviours.

Things eventually turned around when I met this cute good-looking guy, Raymond Hanks. Luckily for me, Diego was suspended because he threatened the life of a lecturer.

Raymond Hanks is a senior student in the business studies department and I had a crush on him but I was too shy to tell him about my feelings.

I still remember how we both met at a night club. Though he was the first to approach me, I was so excited seeing him walking towards me. At the end of the party we both exchanged phone numbers and he also peeked me on the lips.

'Will you be my girlfriend, he said. I smiled while starring at that cute face and said yes before kissing those soft pink lips. I didn't care about Diego anymore because I found out from his friends that his father sent him to another University. So I guess we're over.

I was happy being Raymond's girlfriend, it felt like the best decision I ever made in my life. He's such a loving, caring and humble guy, he doesn't shout at me like Diego but rather spoil me with his wealth to the extent that I stopped contacting my parents for anything.

When I got to Twenty-one and Raymond twenty -six years old, we secretly got married and I moved in with him in his mansion without the knowledge of both our parents.

Raymond was done with his studies while I was still studying, although I wanted to quit but he insisted that I become his sweet little lawyer.

My marriage to Raymond was one of the best thing that happened to me and the next best thing was my pregnancy which I planned as a surprise for Raymond's 28th years birthday.

I told Raymond about my pregnancy on his birthday and he was so happy. we both went on a vacation to celebrate my pregnancy. My life was so perfect until this day.

I constantly got several calls from Diego, requesting that he wants me back but I told him that we're over and I'm also married. He kept threatening me that I belong only to him and no one else but I didn't inform Raymond because I didn't want him to bother himself with Diego.

I never knew Diego has been stalking me for a very long and eventually kidnapped me when he found out about my pregnancy which was only two months and some days old.

He tried forcing me to consume an abortion medicine, luckily Raymond came and saved me. He hit Diego so hard that he started bleeding on the nose and head till he fainted.

Raymond came rushing to me who was in tears and hugged me, then a gunshot. My eyes widened seeing Diego pointing a gun at Raymond who was busy hugging me. I felt a warm liquid touch my hand and I looked to see that it was Raymond's blood.
