292 Confrontation

After learning that her husband of a few weeks was cheating on her, Chloe was no longer in the mood to go anywhere.

She asked the driver to turn back to her house while she phoned Yang Mingze.

As expected, he did not answer her call, so she left him a message. 'Where did you run off to? My mum is around, she is waiting for you.'

Chloe believed that her husband was avoiding her and didn't want to answer her calls, and that's the reason she had to lie in her text because she knew it was what would make him return home immediately. 

She was going to confirm if the man she married was really disrespecting her in that way and if it was true, she was going to separate from him and ask her family to deal with him.

Chloe was ready to conquer what society would be saying about her marriage if they learned that she was no longer married to Yang Mingze.
