", Well hello to you too sunshine. Doctor don't forget you called me to work even though it is not my shift and then you ignored me the entire time!". She pouted, then looked down to her tea. She couldn't tell how she felt, but she somehow felt guilty she is married. But then again why feel guilty, she has not wronged anyone, she is a professional she has a working relationship with Dr Spencer that is healthy and requires them to be buddy buddy. Yes, this convinced her somehow.

"Well I know that. But what did you want? Me to let the patients die just to say hello to you! Huh . Are you the freakin' Queen of England, everyone has to stop and give a curtsy to you is that it?", he asked, putting his cup on the counter with a crisp sound.

The other employees looked at the two with caution, some well-behaved ones left the kitchen directly, but lingered in the hallway to hear more. After all who didn't know Dr Spencer liked this cute little nurse and that she is always wearing a ring and says she has a husband but everyone just assumed she did that to keep boys away, most girls do that.

She looked at him with glassy eyes and said after a sniff ", I don't know what I did wrong to you but I apologize. I want a healthy relationship with my colleagues and a happy work environment. I am sorry you are angry at me. I am sorry you feel the need to curtesy to me, I am sorry for your feelings for me. But I am innocent. I told you I am married and my husband's name is Nicholas Shawn Stone. The only child of his parents just like me. We got married exactly three years and a day in Las Vegas in a Chapel. Though we were strangers, my husband was good and is still good to me. I hope now you believe me, all of you." Then she left with her cup of tea.

They opened the passage for her. Seeing the people looking at him after she left Dr Spencer said irritably ", What! Don't you have some work?". he asked seriously. Then left the room in an angry huff throwing his cup into the sink.

In a colourful room she sat on the window sill, her hand holding the cup, she looked at the sky sadly.

An annoyed voice said ", So you woke me up for this?", he asked sitting up fixing his pillows on his back.

She turned back to him and said to the green haired teen ", Toby I need my friend right now. I thought Dr Spencer understood me when I said that I was married and now he is accusing me of hurting him", she sat deflated by the window.

Toby blew his hair from his mouth, palming his aching forehead ", I told you this a hundred times, don't dangle in front of Dr Spencer any half dimwit can tell he is all for you, but what do you do? Follow him around like a loyal cute little wife. What man can stand such stimulus?" he asked.

She looked at him like dah ", You also are a man and I stay with you in one room than any other person", she said.

She growled ", Hey look at yourself in the mirror before concluding that you are my type. I mean no offense, is that a size A minus?", he looked at her boobs and curves.

She stepped back in abject horror. Clutching herself as though that will block her imaginary nakedness.

", I will have you know that is a 32C for your information", she said her cheeks flushed. Well it is a tight 32B but it should not matter as the B is tight as hell so yes a proud C. She will buy new bras lest her husband goes through her stuff and laughs at her for her lack of breast. Not that he will see her in that type of embarrassing situation. Maybe they will go to the beach, yeah she will wear a bikini and he will glance at it by the way. She patted her chest twice as though that is righteous and right.

Toby shook his head slowly with a sarcastic ", Uh Huh", his mouth clearly showing how much he believed that.

"All theatre nurses please report to the causality ward for briefing. All trauma nurses report to the emergency ward for briefing. All theatre nurse report to the causality ward ..."it was repeated three times. She sighed when she heard this ", Well duty calls". Kissing his cheek, she gave him her milk tea cup." Good night sweety". She said.

"Night. Thanks for the tea….." he saw the empty cup ", So typical ", he whispered and shouted :"F*ck you Nurse!". He screamed.

She didn't turn around but raise him the middle finger and said ", Anywhere anytime love". Then she giggled and hastened to the ensemble.

Chapter 14

Reaching the meeting she glanced at all the nurses there for the causality ward and bit her lip. They were all gazing at her with imploring gazes. She kept her gaze down she was so embarrassed, her cheeks blood red at the attention.

Aunty Warden /Nurse Phoebe stood in front. After clearing her throat, she said after glancing at everyone her eyes pausing on Candice then passed by with a fleeting glance", Well the number of people brought in today have reached a ...."

After the meeting they went to their assigned rounds and worked bonelessly until six AM when the shift ended and the new crew entered.

Mr Grey eyes was reclined in his seat towards the back seat and his hand over his eyes. He really stayed. The cat calls of her colleagues made her flush. She knocked on the window.

This idiot really slept in the car, what if he had a neck cramp and developed some rare old man disease in his old age.

She knocked quickly. He was startled awake and seeing his cute wife on the window he sat up quickly and opened the door.

He got out too fast he almost fell", Careful!", she steadied him.

He looked at her tired black eyes. But she was still more radiant than him who slept.

He looked at her and said distressed ", Come sit down.". He took her to sit down. Opening her door for her and closing it. Outside her door he did some stretches, his shirt riding up his abdomen, exposing a mermaid line. His hair looking thoroughly ran through. He looked absolutely HOT.

The onlookers were locked on him. Whether patient, staff going home or going to work, they stopped. Someone actually took a video. He was too hot, totally model worthy.

Dr Spencer's eyes narrowed on the man who was stripping for the females while his wife was in the hospital. He did not see Candice enter the car.

So he went to him and came face to face with him and said ", What will it take for you to let go of Candice?". He asked straightforwardly.

Niklaus's grey lazy eyes turned sharp and alert. He looked at his love rival and said ", So I have a love rival." He said slowly. But then said shaking his head mockingly ", No. No. You don't qualify to be my love rival. I am her husband. What money can you offer me to let her go. Do you want to know I can own this hospital if I want?", he asked.

Dr Spencer's eyes widened but his hands clenched. His jaw ticked ", I ask you for the sake of her happiness to let her go", he stated with a stern voice.

He laughed ", Who Doctor you are so important I am shaking in my boots. You are not serious. This is my wife, how can I let her go to you."

Dr Spencer then said ", Because you obviously don't love her. You are using her. You are the top model slut type, no need to infect my little Candice with whatever STD you g9t over the three years you have been missing-', he has not finished when a right hook caught his jaw . he stepped back a few times. Staggering.

Candice got out of the car hurriedly and went to Dr Spencer "< Hey are you okay? Mr Grey Eyes Stones, you can't just hit a doctor! he is very important to the hospital."

She helped Dr Spencer after glaring at her husband ,giving him off to the paramedic who sae this scene. The video was immediately uploaded of course.

Candice paused but then said nothing and returned to the car as more people took pictures of him.
