At the age of twenty-six, she never thought about getting married until a dating app for shotgun weddings existed. With one of her friends, they made the dating app because it is part of the project they are currently working on and her friend used her profile as an example. She didn't expect that there is someone who is willing to marry her even though they haven't met yet. She almost cursed her friend for using her profile but internally, she is screaming because she learned that someone is interested in her.

She looked at the list of men who pressed the 'interested' button. She raised a brow when she saw an anonymous profile. It only shows that he is twenty-nine years old and currently single. She shook her head and laughed at her thought that it might be a handsome or cute guy. Her eyes widened when she accidently pressed the 'accept' button. She pressed it a few more times and she can't undo it anymore. She received a message notification from LINE. The anonymous guy already messaged her.

"Gia, help me." She pulled her friend who just came from the restroom back to their seats. She quickly showed the dating app to her and she almost cried when her friend gave her a teasing smile instead.

"I hate you for doing this to me." She whined softly with her face buried on her shoulder. Gia gently patted her back and looked at the message that the anonymous guy sent to her.

"You should go now. It is almost six." Gia said and she leaned on her seat instead, almost lying down on it. She crossed her arms and puffed her cheeks.

"I will not go. It's not me who made that account." She grumbled while glaring at Gia. The anonymous guy asked her if they can already meet and have dinner.

"I already told him you're on the way." The older showed the reply she sent to the guy and she almost screamed at her.

The dating app has a program in which the two matched profiles will spend a night together first before finally having the wedding the next day. They can't cancel the night together but they can cancel the wedding. The dating app is made for those people who are desperate to get married. It shouldn't be taken lightly though. They are talking about marriage after all.

The IT company where Gia and Fuyu are currently working is the one who made the dating app and since Gia doesn't want to try it, she put Fuyu's profile instead. The younger has been complaining about having no boyfriend since birth, so she did it for her. She thinks that it will be cute that the two will get married soon and have a bunch of babies because they love each other.

"Gia, what if he is a criminal? Or maybe a killer? What if he will kill me?" Fuyu covered her face while crying softly. Gia rolled her eyes and took her hands off her face to check her makeup.

"Stop crying. You should meet him now. Come on. You can cancel the wedding if you will not like him." She said and she took the napkin to wipe her tears. Then, she got her small pouch to fix her makeup.

The two women went out of the café after paying for the drinks they ordered earlier. The restaurant is just a few minutes walk from there, so she accompanied the younger one to make sure she would not run away. She is also curious about the guy. She can't leave her alone with a stranger, so it is better for them to go together and meet him.

Gia narrowed her eyes and scanned the whole place before going inside the restaurant with Fuyu. She found three guys who seemed to be waiting for someone. She pulled Fuyu inside and those three guys looked at them. Two of them looked disappointed and the last one stood up and approached them. He showed the dating app to them and Fuyu felt like it was her last day on Earth.

"I'll leave now. Take care of my friend." Gia said while smiling widely and she waved her head, immediately leaving them alone together.

"Chotto—" She tried to stop her from leaving but Gia just pushed her to the guy. She tried to regain her composure but the guy held her hand and led her to the table.

She looked at their entwined hands with wide eyes. He pulled the chair for her but she hesitated to take her seat. She can't believe that all of these are happening. Just because of that dating app, she felt like she won the lottery. He fixed his tie and went back to his seat.

"I'm Yamamoto Shogo. You're Hasegawa Fuyu, desho?" He asked and she nodded. He took something from his suitcase and it is his card holder.

"I'm Hasegawa Fuyu. I'm working as an IT specialist. We are the ones who made that dating app." She said in a soft voice. He gave her his business card.

"Let's get married tomorrow." Her eyes widened while staring at his business card. She really won the lottery.

"Yamamoto-san, I don't think we should—" She was not yet done speaking when he held her hand once more. He got a small velvet box from his pocket and placed it on her palm.

"I need you to marry me." He said firmly. She opened the box and saw a diamond ring. His face is so serious and she took a deep breath.

"We should make our marriage work. If it will not work, I will give you half of my current savings and we will get divorced." She is too surprised to absorb everything happening around her.

"I don't believe in marriage without love, Yamamoto-san." She said. She always believes that marriage will work if the two persons are in love.

"Let's fall in love with each other, then." He said as if it is so easy to do. This guy is so unbelievable, also his profile. She closed the box and gave it back to him.

"Please. I need you to marry me." She was about to get up from her seat but she saw the desperation in his eyes. She bit her lower lip lightly and took another deep breath. She reminded herself to nag Gia the day after tomorrow at work.

"Wakatta. Let's get married tomorrow." She said. He took the diamond ring from the box and put it on her finger. It fits perfectly.

She doesn't know what kind of trouble she got into but since she decided to marry him, she might as well enjoy her new life as Yamamoto Shogo's wife. She will lose nothing, right? Except her firsts.
