2 Oliver

I tossed and turned, I just couldn't sleep. I woke up and searched my cabinet for cigarette. I lit one and stood in the balcony at, I glanced at the clock and it was already 2 am. I moling was filled with thoughts, the three movies and one music album offers I have received today. I immediately denied music album offer. But movies offers were still pending. I think I will sign two movies. All the three directors, were my good friends. I have to select. I can't shoot for three movies together ofcourse. I can manage for two.

Ok then set. I will sign for Logan and Liam and I have to denied the offer of Ryan.

We four attended New York film academy together. They were my good mates. I wasn't that close to Ryan and his script didn't interest me so I think I will deny him. I tossed the cigarette in the bin and went to sleep.

Next morning I woke up and hit the gym. After one and an half hour of intense workout. I came back home and found my brother and mother in the living.

I kissed my mum on cheek and sat beside my bro.

'Good morning, what you both are discussing?,' I asked, wiping my sweat.

'About my engagement bro,' Christan said eyeing me weirdly.

Fuck. How could I forget?

'Oh, yeah.....well how it's going?' I asked them.

'Son engagement is after one week, I am sure you have kept you scheduled free?' my mum asked.

'Of course mom,' I said.

'What about the film offers, have you thought about it?' my big brother asked.

'Yes....I am gonna accept the offers of Liam and Logan,' I shrugged and said simply.

'I knew it...but I think little brother you should have accept the offer music album from Pulse,' he said.

'Why?' I frowned.

He grabbed the newspaper and said, 'Take a look,'

I saw the front page was filled with the pictures of a beautiful, extremely gorgeous girl and the headline says, 'The ROCKSTAR  Jasmine Braxton,' I kept reading further, 'Jasmine Braxton, the famous YouTuber and the rockstar of London and New York and the only daughter of the CEO of Fashion in the city Mr. Phil Braxton, was back to New york two days ago. After completing her Bachelor's and Master's degree in music at Royal Academy of Music in London, and also achieving the top rank in Trinity exam of music. She has been given the position of Music composer and Music director in Pulse music company. Jasmine Braxton has turned down several music and acting offers in London, she has the capability to make people go wild when she performs and now the New Yorkers are dying to see her perform live. She has already achieved a lot at the age of 20.'

I looked up at my brother with the expression of shock. Like really Wow....how can someone be soo much talented. I have heard her name several times on my shoot set, I clearly didn't had any idea she would be such a beautiful and talented girl. Her net worth is 45 million. And mine is 43 or something.

'What the hell, like how and why  I don't have any idea about this?' I said.

'I know, I can't believe she topped Trinity exam.....well bro she is fucking hot and you missed the opportunity of working with her,' Christan said. And I think he is right but I will not admit it.

'She isn't that hot,' I said with lazy tone. Damn. Hell she is hot and beautiful.

'Oliver you need an eye check up, she is hot as he-,'

'Christan,' my mom warns him.

'Mom really,' he grabs the newspaper from my hand and shows her Jasmine's pictures, 'look how pretty is she,' he said.

'Umm...well yes she is very pretty no doubt and boys she has to be highly respected. No stupids words for her, Trinity exam is hardest for musicians, I had attempted it and this girl at the age of 20 years old she topped it, and that's really great of her,' my mom said. Her tone and expressions says that is is impressed by Jasmine Braxton.

'Mom did you read the newspaper,' I asked her, because my mom was not interested in film city updates. 

'No Oliver, yesterday she was all over the news channels. I saw the news,' my mother calmly said.

''God, she is very beautiful for my next film I gonna hire her,' he said.

'Let Tessa hear this, and she will know because I will tell her,' I teases him. He open his mouth to argue but got interrupted by his girl.

'What you are gonna tell me Oliver?' Tessa, my soon to be sister in law, walks towards us and kiss my mom and me on cheeks then briefly kisses Christan  on lips and take a seat beside him.

'Oh...it's.. nothing babe,' Christan said, glaring at me.

I ignore him, 'Some thing about Christan,' I said and looked over my big bro, who was pleading me with this eyes.

'He was saying that, he has planned something for you on your engagement,' I said. My brother sigh and kissed Tessa on the top. of her head

'Oh really Christan,' she looked at him. They both look perfect with each other, Tessa was writer and my brother was successful director. They both met a year ago and fell in love. She was beautiful. Her eyes are brown, her reddish hairs were down her shoulders, and she stood 5'4. My brother was handsome as well. His blue eyes were same as mine. He is tall, 6'4 I think. He has good muscular body and perfect jaw with killer smile that can make women weak in knees. He is 3 years elder than me.

'Yes, baby,' my brother said. I glanced at my watch, I have to go and meet Liam and Logan to sign contracts.

'Well, I have to leave in an hour then, see you all soon,' I said as I got up from couch. I kissed my mom and Tessa on cheeks and bumped my fist with Christan. And headed to my room.
