My name is Tsuyo Totaru, i was born in a hospital in 3512.

the doctor who looked after me gave at my parents my medical

record. There were written all my skills and my super power if i had one.

my skills rating in a scale 1 to 10 were: strenght 2, speed 3, resistance 2,

intelligence 6,reflexes 3.There were my start skills, so my superpower

was and it is :" reinforcement"this power gave me the ability to enhance my skills every time i was in difficult situations , this can work only if i can survive for ten minutes in these situations.

Now in the 3537 at the age of 20' all my skills have 5 rating except intelligence

that rating is 10 because i have studied a lot and thanks at my super power in a short time

i could obtain all the information from what i red because "the difficult situations "at that time were just understand and know something.Today is Monday and i want join in a hero guild but my

physical skills are lower than others heroes,i am also not particularly tall, i am thin, and my shoulders are small i have brown hair and green eyes and i can't seem to find some guild which wants new members. From 3500' to 3537 were built a big quantity of guilds and an association for every nations

in the world to controls the guilds and the most problematic heroes in their countries. However

over the years I have become a very rich man,thanks to my intellect but i hate having to get my

hands dirty,for this i use guns invented by me, yes! i am a famous engineer, my weapons

are used everywhere in the world by lower ranks heroes that haven't the power to fight

villains with only brutal strenght. The ranks of the heroes are :c,b,a,a+. Substantially if you are strong(rating from 8-10,10+)you can obtain an high rank but if you are weak like me

(rating from 6-7) you can only achieve a lower rank. I lived in Japan for 23 years but for profit reasons I moved to Italy precisely at Rome and i worked at the same time as a hero(b rank) and engineer i have captured alone 100 villains of low level using my plasma pistol. MP-098(Plasma pistol) is a energy gun ,with the color of justice yellow like the sun that when the energy bullets hit a person they destroy the nervous system and make the victim fall into a coma.I can't kill someone but other heroes can because there aren 't limit in a fight with villains for the world the important thing is that evil is exterminated. The stats of my MP are:(with the same scale of the skills power;7 speed;7 reload;3 precision;10).My dream is to be a Hero like Mugen chikara that have conquered the title of<<best hero of the year>>for 37 times uninterruptedly, the simble of justice of this new era

he is high,beutiful, strong,gentleman and rich also is the dream of all women and men in the earth. He has long sky blue hair,white eyes he doesn't use any weapons or armors he only use his skills

(rating;10+ excluding intelligence that is 8.5 ) and his power<<duplicate power>>which permits

at him to empower exponentially all his skills;him rank is a+and he join in the Justice Knight guild the first in the ranking. Leaving this speech aside,now i am walking near the Colosseum and i found a person that issued membership tickets for a low rating guild a c rank 17890 position, i am not really interested to join at this guild because i hope in a better one but i don't want searching anymore so i quickly took the flyer, called a limousine and went back to my 6-storey villa. After completed all the registration and send my documents via Z-MAIL(a new faster type of E-mail) i designed a new project and i have started working to it for the rest of the day. Aaaah! it is late are 02:00 am i have completed my new project now i can fall into a deep sleep.
