1 Chapter 1

Hello guys, I'm new here, and it's my first story here, based on fictional characters Manisha and Aarya.

One dark windy night, there was an Indian girl who was walking the Chennai streets alone with her suitcase. The girl was none other than Manisha, whose father was a famous businessman in Chennai. Manisha was wearing a pink salwar kameez with netted hands, and had her long black hair let down. Manisha returned to Chennai after 4 years. For the last 4 years, Manisha was living in Mumbai, while going to St Louis College. When she reached her home, it was pitch dark inside. When she was walking to her room, Manisha heard footsteps following her. When Manisha turned around she saw a dark shadow, and started screaming. When the lights came back, Manisha found out that the shadow was her elder brother Rahul. "Welcome back Manisha'', said Rahul. "Thankyou bhai'', said Manisha. Later that night Manisha and Rahul had dinner together. While eating Manisha asked Rahul, "Bhai where is papa?". "He went on a business trip", replied Rahul. The next morning, Manisha woke up early because her phone was ringing. The phone was from an unknown number. When she picked up the phone, Rahul was talking. "Bhai why are you calling from a different number?", asked Manisha. "Sorry Manisha, but I left my phone at home", said Rahul. "But bhai whose number is this?", asked Manisha. "This is my friend Aarya's number", replied Rahul. "Manisha can you please bring my phone to Aarya's house?, asked Rahul. "Okay sure bhai, replied Manisha. After saying bye to Rahul, she got ready and left for Aarya's house. When Manisha reached Aarya's house, it looked as if there was a party going on. "Manisha over here", shouted Rahul. Manisha walked over to Rahul, and gave him his phone. Suddenly someone gave Manisha a back hug. It was none other than Aarya. "Hey Shanti welcome back", said Aarya. Shanti is Aarya's younger sister. When Manisha turned around, Aarya got shocked. "I am really sorry, I thought you were my sister Shanti'', said Aarya. "It's okay", replied Manisha. "Aarya this is my younger sister Manisha. She came back from Mumbai yesterday", said Rahul. "Welcome Manisha", shouted everyone. "Hey Manisha, long time no see", said Shanti. Shanti and Manisha became best friends in Mumbai, they both studied in the same college. Manisha and Shanti hugged each other. Aarya & Rahul became surprised seeing Shanti and Manisha this close.

Aarya/Rahul: How do you know each other?

Manisha/Shanti: Bhai we studied in the same college!!!!

Shanti: Manisha how do you know where I live?

Manisha: Shanti my bhai forgot his phone, so I came to give it to him.

Shanti: Who is your bhai?

Manisha: Rahul is my bhai!!! Bhai I am going to leave now!!

Rahul: Manisha where are you going this late at night, that too alone?

Manisha: Bhai I am going to the temple!!! Today is my parents' death day!!!!!

( When Manisha was born her parents died in a car crash. After that Rahul's parents adopted her, since then she has been living with Rahul's family. Rahul loves Manisha as his own sister.)

Gang: WHAT? But Rahul said that you are his sister!!

( As soon as Manisha heard this, she started crying really bad!!!! And she ran out of the house!! Everyone was shocked to see Manisha like this, especially the gang and Shanti!!!)

Aarya: Rahul, why did Manisha run out like that?

Rahul: Because you guys asked If she was my real sister!!! She has a past which none of you know of!!

( Rahul tells the gang about her past, and the gang gets really shocked!!!)

The next morning Manisha was discharged, and the gang took her home!!! After having breakfast the gang left for their homes. Manisha told Rahul she wanted to be alone for sometime so she is going to her room. After entering her bedroom, Manisha took a hot shower and came out wearing a sleeveless nightgown and sat down on her very comfy bed!!! It started to rain really bad outside!!! Manisha remembered what happened to her in Chennai on her first day of college!!!

Flashback (M- Manisha S- Samrat R- Rahul)

Manisha was walking out of the college when suddenly a guy pulled her into a black BMW. The guy was none other than Samrat.

M: Samrat let me go. Where are you taking me? Bhai will be looking for me.

S: SHUT UP!! I am taking you to my house. You're my girlfriend so I have the rights to do whatever I want with you.

*At first Manisha thought Samrat was a good guy so she agreed to be his girlfriend, but after Samrat started to try misbehaving with her; Manisha broke up with him.*

M: No you don't!! I already broke up with you; so I am not your girlfriend!!!

Samrat became angry & slapped Manisha really hard. Manisha started crying badly. :(

S: If you speak one more time; I will slap you again.

After some time they finally reached Samrat's house. As soon as the car came to a stop; Samrat dragged Manisha to his bedroom & gave her a dress to change into. Manisha silently went to the restroom, changed her dress and came back.

S: You are looking like a very sexy baby.

The next second he pushed Manisha onto his bed & came on top of her. Manisha kept trying to push him off; but each time his grip on her got tighter. After a lot of struggling Samrat ripped off Manisha's clothes and raped her!!! :( After rapping her he went to sleep. After Samrat slept Manisha wore her clothes & ran away from Samrat's house. After leaving Samrat's house; she went back to college. After reaching the college, Manisha dialed Rahul.

M: Bhai can you pick me up from college? (She was crying very badly.)

R: Sure Manisha. Manisha why are you crying? Is everything okay?

M: Bhai I don't want to talk about it right now so please don't ask me anymore questions.

R: Okay you wait in college I am coming to get you.

After sometime Rahul came to college and took Manisha home. After reaching their home Manisha ran to her room , locked the door & started crying her eyes out. Rahul was startled by Manisha's action. Since that day Manisha never went to college ever again. After a few days Manisha decided she would go to Mumbai and do her college studies. Manisha never told anyone that she got raped.

Flashback Ended

In the afternoon the gang came to Rahul's house to check on Manisha. As soon as everyone reached the hall; there was a glass breaking noise from Manisha's room. Everyone got frightened. The entire gang including Rahul rushed to Manisha's room and banged on the door. The only thing they heard was that; Manisha was crying. Manisha didn't open the door so Aarya broke the door open. As soon as everyone entered the room; they were all shocked!!! The entire room was filled with broken glass and Manisha was bleeding very bad!!! ShaAaryaam rushed to Manisha and Shanti hugged Manisha. Shanti told everyone to leave because she wanted to talk to Manisha alone; so everyone left Manisha's room and went to the hall.

Manisha's bedroom

Shanti: Manisha what happened? Why are you crying?

Manisha: I am missing my mom Shanti

(Shanti knew that Manisha was lying. Shanti became angry so she shouted at Manisha!!)

Shanti: Manisha I KNOW YOU ARE LYING, SO TELL ME THE TRUTH!!

(Manisha got terrified and told Shanti the truth on why she was crying!!!)

Shanti: Manisha why didn't you tell me about this before?

Manisha: I was scared that after knowing the truth you would not be friends anymore!!!

Shanti: Manisha I would never break our friendship for any reason!!! I will always be your best friend!!

After a while Shanti made Manisha to sleep and went to the hall!!

Hall

In the hall everyone was waiting for Shanti to come out of Manisha's room. As soon as Aarya saw Shanti he started asking her questions.

Aarya: Shanti what happened to Manisha? Why was she crying?

Rahul: Shanti please tell us what happened to Manisha!!

( Shanti told everyone how Manisha's got raped!! As soon as everyone heard this news; they all started crying. Both Aarya & Rahul wanted to kill Samrat for what he did to Manisha. In the evening the gang was talking about random topics. As soon as Manisha entered the hall; everyone became silent.)

Manisha: Why did you all stop talking as soon you guys saw me? Do I look like a ghost to you guys? (Manisha was smiling at the gang as she was talking.)

(The gang was happy and surprised to see the sudden change in Manisha.)

Rahul: Manisha how are you feeling now?

Manisha: Bhai I am feeling much better after a very peaceful sleep. Bhai did all of you eat anything yet?

Rahul: No Manisha we all were waiting for you to wake up.

Manisha: Bhai you all talk while I go to the kitchen and make some food.

Aarya: No Manisha your leg didn't completely heal yet so we will order pizza.

Manisha: No Aarya I am completely fine!!!

Rahul: Manisha, Aarya is right today we are going to order pizza for the night.

Manisha: Okay fine, but just this one time we will order food from outside!!

(After lots of masti, the gang ate their dinner!!! Due to the bad weather; Manisha told the gang to sleep at their house for the night. All the girls slept at Manisha's room & all the boys slept in Rahul's room. After all the girls slept; Manisha silently went to the terrace and started crying!!!! Aarya also could not sleep; so he thought "lets go the terrace"!!! As Aarya was walking up the stairs, he heard someone crying. When he entered the terrace, he saw Manisha!!!)

Aarya: Hey what happened? Why are you crying?

(As soon as Manisha saw Aarya, she ran and hugged him!! First Aarya was shocked, but after some time he also hugged her back!!)

Manisha: Why does god always snatch away my happiness from me? First he took away my parents from me, then he took away my dignity!!! After knowing about my past, even my own brother will hate me!!! :( I would rather die than staying alive!!!

(As soon as Manisha said that; Aarya felt like someone just snatched his life from him!!!)

A: Manisha no one hates you!!! Please don't talk like that ever again!!!

M: No Aarya, who would like to have a sister or friend that is raped?

(After saying this; Manisha goes to jump off of the wall!!! Aarya stops her and slaps her.)

A: Aap pagal ho gaya kya? (He shouted at Manisha!!) What was the need to do that? NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!!!

M: Why did you save me? What would I do living? I'm a shame to my entire family and to all of you!!! :(

(As soon as Manisha said that; Aarya pulled Manisha into a bone crushing hug and kissed her on the forehead. Manisha started crying in his arms!!! She felt safe when hugging!!!! After sometime Aarya felt that Manisha was not moving!!! He tried waking her up but she did not. Aarya panicked and took her to the hospital. But the information he found out SHOCKED him.)

Doctor & Aarya's Conversation

A: Doctor what happened to Manisha? Why did she faint? :(

D: Aarya this may be a shock to you, but you have to be strong for Manisha!!!

A: Doctor please tell me clearly what's the problem, you're scaring me!!! :(

D: Manisha is pregnant!!!!

(For a second Aarya felt a like someone stabbed him in the heart!!!! :( )

A: Are you serious doctor? Does Manisha know that she is pregnant?

D: No Aarya!!! Manisha doesn't know that she is pregnant!!! Aarya; Manisha really needs love and someone to trust during this phase of her life!!! Also please never make her feel depressed!!!

A: Okay doctor!! I will take great care of Manisha!!! When can I see her?

D: You can go and meet her now!!! But don't tell her that she is pregnant until she is alright!!

A: Thanks doctor!!!

In Manisha's Room (In Hospital)

(As soon as Aarya entered the room, he saw Manisha laying in the bed wearing her boring white gown!!! Aarya felt really bad for her!!! He went near Manisha and kissed her on the cheeks, forehead, and her eyes!!! When he was about to go and sit on the sofa (located near the bed) he felt a hand stopping him!!! When he turned around; he saw Manisha holding his hand while sleeping!!! After an hour Manisha woke up and saw Aarya sitting beside her!! <3 )

M: Aarya why am I in the hospital?

* Forgot to tell that Manisha also had a high fever*

A: Manisha you had a high fever & you fainted!!! Manisha it's time to take your medicines

M: Aarya I don't want to please!!! I hate medicines!!!

A: Manisha if you want to get better; you have to take medicines!!!

M: Fine lekin uski bat mujhe ice cream chayai!!! :)

A: Okay first take the medicines!!

(Aarya gave the medicines to Manisha; and she ate it like a good girl!!! When she was finished, Aarya left to get her some ice cream like he promised!!! After a few minutes Aarya returned with the ice cream!! As soon as Manisha saw the ice cream, she had a huge smile on her face!)

M: Aarya when can I go back home?

A: In the morning!!! Now you should go to sleep!!

M: Fine but there is a problem!!!

A: Kyuin kya hua? Sab thik haina? Dard hain kya?

M: Aarya calm down, I'm perfectly fine!! At night I usually hug a teddy bear and sleep; but there is no bear!! :(

(Aarya couldn't see Manisha sad, so he came up with an idea!!)

A: Koi bat nahi hai, today you can hug me & sleep!!! :)

(As soon as Manisha heard this she unknowingly started blushing!!)

M: Are you sure? (She asked this with her head facing down!!)

A: Yes I'm 100% sure!!

(After a few minutes Aarya laid down next to Manisha & pulled her into his arms!!! Manisha felt like she was at peace after a long time!!! Also she loved his warmth!!! Aarya was the first one to wake up!! When he opened his eyes the first thing he saw was; his angel sleeping in his arms!! When he tried to get up, Manisha's grip on him got tighter!!! But finally he succeeded in getting out of the bed!! After getting up he went to get something to eat for both of them!! After a few minutes Manisha woke!!! When Manisha saw that Aarya was missing; she was so scared and started crying!!! As soon as Aarya entered the room; Manisha ran and hugged him!!!)

A: Kya hua Manisha? Why are you crying?

M: Where were you? I was very scared and worried about you!! ( she hugged him tighter)

A: Manisha, it's okay, nothing happened to me!! I just went to get breakfast!! (He kissed her on the forehead)

M: Please never leave me and go!!! :( Whenever I am with you, I feel safe!!

(As soon as Manisha said this; Aarya's grip got tighter!!!)

(When Aarya's grip got tighter; Manisha felt shy and ran into the restroom. After sometime when Manisha came out the room was dark!!! Manisha is really scared of the dark!! Especially after her parents died!!! Suddenly the lights turned on & Aarya was standing there with a smirk on his face!! There were heart shaped things everywhere!!! Also a heart shaped cake with Manisha's name on it. Manisha was really surprised.)

M: Aarya what is all this? Why did u do all this?

A: A little surprise for you!!! To cheer you up!!! (In his mind he was saying "Because I love you")

M: Thanks so much Aarya!!!! I loved it Aarya!!!! (She was blushing while saying this!!!) But you didn't have to do all this!!!

(Aarya made Manisha cut the cake and they fed each other!!! After that they had a romantic dance on the song "Be Intehaan"!!!! After the dance Aarya tied a black cloth on Manisha!!!)

M: Aarya please remove the cloth on my face!!! I can't see anything!!!

A: Manisha wait for a few minutes, it's a surprise.

( Aarya reached into his pocket and took out a blue box!!! Then he took the cloth off of Manisha's face.)

A: Manisha now you can open your eyes.

( When Manisha opened her eyes, she saw Aarya holding a beautiful heart locket!!! Tears started falling from her eyes. Aarya was holding a box which contained a diamond heart locket. When Manisha opened the locket, she found a picture of her mother on the right and her father on the left. She was really touched by the gift that Aarya gave her. Aarya put the locket on Manisha. As soon as Aarya finished putting the locket on her; Manisha hugged Aarya really tight, and kissed him on the cheeks. Aarya was really surprised at the way Manisha acted.)

M: Aarya thankyou so much for the locket!! By wearing this locket I feel like my parents are close to me. Thankyou is nothing in front of what you have done for me. This locket will always be on my neck, not just because my parents picture is in it; but also because you gifted me this. (She once again hugged Aarya really tight!!! After a few minutes Manisha felt shy and broke the hug.)

A: Manisha I'm so glad that you liked the locket!!! I was scared that you wouldn't like it!!! Anyways it's very late and now you have to go to sleep Manisha. But before that you have to take medicines.

M: Aarya I hate medicines (she said that with a frown)

A: No excuses Manisha, you have to take the medicines.

(He forced Manisha to take the medicines. After that he made her lay down and was about to go when he felt something was stopping him. When he turned around he saw Manisha pulling his hand.)

A: Kya hua Manisha?

M: Aarya please don't go. I'm really scared of the dark.

A: Manisha I'm just going to sleep on the sofa.

M: Aarya please sleep next to me. At home I usually sleep hugging a teddy bear.

(Aarya was really shocked when Manisha asked that. But at the same time he was really happy inside that he got to hug and sleep with Manisha!!!)

A: Okay Manisha!!!

(Aarya layed on the bed, pulled Manisha close to him and slept hugging Manisha.)

Back Home

(R- Rahul Sh- Shanti)

(At home everyone was still sleeping. Rahul and Shanti both woke up at 7 AM. After freshening up, both Rahul and Shanti went to the Kitchen. Shanti was so sleepy so she thought it was Manisha and hugged Rahul because he was turned around. And Rahul thought it was Manisha hugging him.)

Sh: Good Morning Manisha! Kaise ho tum?

(As soon as Rahul turned around, Rahul & Shanti was shocked to see each other. Shanti felt awkward and separated from Rahul.)

Sh: I'm really sorry, I thought you were Manisha.

R: No problem, I also thought you were Manisha. Is Manisha still sleeping?

Sh: No Manisha is not in her room, I thought she woke up early.

R: That's strange because Aarya isn't in the room either. I'm going to call them.

( Rahul took his phone and called Aarya!)

At the Hospital

( Both Aarya and Manisha were peacefully sleeping. Suddenly Aarya's phone started ringing. Aarya suddenly woke up and took the phone and tried to get off the bed so Manisha won't get disturbed, but Manisha wasn't letting go of Aarya. Each time Aarya moved away from Manisha, her grip got tighter. But Aarya finally succeeded in getting free from Manisha and went outside of the room and picked up the call.)

Aaryaam's Conversation

(A: Aarya R: Rahul)

A: Hi Rahul!! Good Morning, kaise ho tum?

R: Aarya, tum aur Manisha kahain par ho?

( Aarya was silent for a second. He wasn't sure if he should tell him that Manisha is pregnant.)

R: Aarya why are you not saying anything? Sab kuch thik haina?

A: Kuch ni huya yaar. Kal Manisha had a very high fever and fainted, so I brought her to the hospital. And right now she is sleeping.

R: Itna sab kuch huya aur tumne mujhe bataya kyuin ni?

A: You all were sleeping, so I decided that I will call you in the morning. But I was in a deep sleep so I didn't call you.

R: No problem yaar!! Now tell me which hospital you guys are at so Shanti and I can come.

A: Syayam, the doctor said that Manisha can come home today. So I will call you as soon as Manisha wakes up, and you can pick us up.

(Suddenly Aarya heard Manisha yelling his name so he hanged up the call with Rahul and rushed back into the room.)

In the Room

A: Manisha kya huya? Why did you yell?

(Manisha suddenly ran into the arms of Aarya and hugged him tightly.)

M: Aarya I had a nightmare in which Samrat found me and kidnapped me!!!

( While hearing this Aarya was rubbing Manisha's back and telling her to calm down.)

A: Manisha esa kuch nahi hoga!!! Mein tumhe kuch nahi hone dunga. First you go and freshen up. I would tell the nurse to bring you breakfast and your medicines.

M: Okay!!!

(After sometime Aarya fed Manisha breakfast and her medicines. After some formalities, Aarya called Rahul and told him where to pick them up. After 5 minutes Rahul arrived and all three of them headed back home. After 1 hour they finally reached home. Due to the medicines' effect, Manisha slept on the way home.)

A: Rahul you go and ring the doorbell, and I will bring Manisha.

R: Okay!!!

(Aarya opened the back door of the car and took Manisha in his hand (in a bridal style). As soon as Manisha was in Aarya's arms, she wrapped her hands around his neck. Before entering the house, Aarya kisses Manisha on her forehead.)

Rahul/Manisha Home

(G- Gang R- Rahul Sh- Shanti)

(As soon as Manisha & Aarya entered the house, Aarya took Manisha to her room and made her lay down on the bed and take rest. After tucking Manisha in, he closed the door and went to the hall and joined the gang. When Aarya reached the hall, the gang asked Aarya what happened to Manisha.)

G: Aarya, Manisha ko kya huya?

( Aarya explained how Manisha tried to suicide, and due to high fever she fainted!! Aarya didn't tell them that she was pregnant. The gang was really shocked that Manisha tried to suicide, the most shocked person was Rahul. After explaining what happened to Manisha, everyone had their breakfast. After having breakfast everyone went to the hall and started talking about random topics. After 1 hour, Manisha woke up and joined everyone in the hall. Aarya was the first one to notice Manisha!)

A: Hi Manisha, how are you feeling now? Did you sleep well?

Gang: Manisha kesai ho tum?

M: Mein theek huin guys!! (Manisha was looking really pale. She sat next to Rahul and laid her head on his shoulders.)

R: Kya hua Manisha? Sab thik haina?

M: Mein aapko bahut miss kiya bhai!!!

R: Hum bhi aapko bhut miss kiya!!! Do you want to eat something?

M: Ni bhai, I'm not hungry.

A: Ni Manisha you have to eat something so that you can take medicines!!

( Manisha kept saying no, but Aarya & Rahul forced her to eat so she eventually agreed!!! After she finished eating, everyone planned to go out to the beach and cheer Manisha up!!! But they didn't know what was waiting for them!!!)
