To create this new species, I already had a plan in mind, so the execution was considered easy by normal standards.
As I had Odin's knowledge of magic, I also knew runes, so I thought I would use that knowledge in creating this new species.
My idea was to engrave these runes inside my new body in the process of creating it
I wanted to have the best of these three worlds, so I started by unraveling superman's genetic code, I first removed his weaknesses, then I started mixing his genetic code with those of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki
While doing this, I thought about his eye powers and decided I wanted all the functions in a single pair of eyes.
So I started to separate the genes from these eye powers, more precisely I was trying to create a single eye with all 3 eye powers, which would start at base level with just one skill, and the more chakra I have, the more powers it unlocks, for that I needed to fine-tune the general genetic data.
Pausing for a moment, I remembered that a part of Kryptonian evolution affects their eye too, so I had to add a pair of normal eyes to my body, and genetically halt the evolution process via the solar energy of the new dōjutsu that I created for my body, because that could create an interference problem between the two energies, and I didn't want my head exploding because of that. So, essentially, I would have two pairs of eyes, one normal, one chakra-powered.
Not to be too weird, I've set up the genetic data so that the eye arrangement looks like that of Sukuna from Jujutsu Kaisen. I could even add to my "Creation" the genetic data from Gojo's eyes, but I didn't think it made sense, as I could have the same power using magical runes
I could also have the same powers as dōjutsu with magical runes, but like all otaku, I wanted to have the power in its original form in my body.
Once I was done with that, I added that energy conversion gene, which the information I absorbed along with the information about the Superman genes, Kaguya, the information about Odin's experiences, and the information about the soul and chakra. The function of that gene in specific would be to convert a part of the energy from the stars absorbed by my body into chakra since I relied much more on chakra to grow in power.
So basically my new body would continue to evolve with the energy of the stars, but some of that energy would turn into chakra, and the reason was simple.
In my theory about Superman's body, the stronger he gets, the better he absorbs the energy of a star.
And the chakra also had the function of passively strengthening the body, so it would be like a 2 in 1 combo.
It would create a chain reaction and I would have a ridiculously rapid growth in power.
It took me about a week and a half to finish this project, from the basics to the details, it was much faster than the whole process I had to go through to get to this point, but I wanted to play it safe and listen to that strange primordial dragon's advice.
In the end, when I started the simulations of what my new body would look like, there was the full-body holographic projection
I had added runes that would form along with my bones and flesh in the creation process, these runes were to stabilize my body and also give me precise control over it. Plus it also added some different things, like accelerated comprehension, compatibility with all the laws of the universe, a maximum affinity for the natural chakra, and also a pseudo-immortality that I didn't even want to have to use someday.
It worked like this, it was carved along where my future chakra veins and blood veins would be, these runes kicked in as soon as my soul stabilized in the new body. As soon as it kicked in, it would connect to my consciousness within my soul permanently.
Then it would store all of my body and soul data in real-time, from genetic data to energy data. From there, the rune would create a pocket dimension and actively absorb natural chakra from the environment.
When it was necessary, and my body, soul, or both were destroyed. As long as my consciousness still existed, the rune would spring into action and use the pocket dimension chakra to recreate my body and soul.
This set of runes was my and Kurama's creation, of which I was proud., this rune was a little magical AI. It would use quantum principles to process and store my bodily and energy data.
It was simply a masterpiece for my current self, I believe that not even Odin would think of something like that...
In addition to this rune formation, there was another one with the same principle, but with a more basic function, which was simply to scan my body continuously and look for something that wanted to hurt me, like poison or something and destroy the thing as much as possible, molecular level and by magical means, like things that can affect someone's soul. Basically, this formation used quantum calculations to decide whether or not something is harmful to my body, if it was, the formation would warn me and send data about it, and it was up to my decision to destroy the thing or not
The reason I made this decision was because of something I read in a novel, again... As I already explained, if it happens in a place in the omniverse, it can happen to me, so I prefer to take precautions so that it doesn't affect me.
Anyway, in this novel, the main character was a being who could affect reality with a simple thought and could also travel between the multiverses with his own body, but even so, he was infected by a god-level virus. I honestly don't want to go through something like this...
Returning from my walk through my memories, I put my attention back to the holographic projection of my new body and observed its features.
The face looked slightly like mine, but only my friend or family member could recognize
The eyes were slightly golden, with nearly invisible slits under each eye, where my new dōjutsu was hidden. I had no way of simulating the appearance of this new dōjutsu, as it had some connection to the soul and consciousness when it came time to generate its appearance, so I would only know when I was already switched to this new body.
The jaw of this new body was very masculine, as was mine, but it looked more aesthetically perfect.
The eyebrows were straight and well defined, but they were still clean as if someone had just had them done. One of the advantages of creating a gene practically from scratch was being able to make specifications of where hair could grow on the body or not. So, yes, I was vain at the time of creation...

The lips were the perfect proportion for someone of Latin ancestry, with defined lines and flesh in the right places.

My new body was also perfect in proportion, with muscles in the right places, and bone structure suitable for any type of physical activity I wanted to do.

I believed my mom wasn't worried about the amount she was, I believe she just wanted to remind me how crazy I was about what I was about to do.
