227 Chapter 9: First Villainess: Tianna Monique, Way of One’s Sword (Part Three)

Tia days had been filled with running training her sword day after day, on a nearly nonstop track. She ran with sandbags bound on her arms and legs. Training till her arms went numb. Sometimes collapsing and falling asleep without dinner.

-Day Thirty-

Clatter, she dropped the wooden sword after finishing a technique that left her body trembling under pressure. Despite her turquoise eyes glowing furiously, meaning that they had been suppressing all her pain so far.

"Lady Tia! Are you all right"?

'My body is way to weak' she thought as she struggled to control her trembling arm the was going weak.

-Day Fifty-Five-

Tia focused her gaze in furry at anther technique that she failed to complete. The bags under her eyes indicating her exhaustion. Her hands trembled as the spoon went to her mouth.

She ignored the worried faces of her servants and continued with her meal before going to practice again.

-Day Seventy-Eight-

It was raining and despite her servants' best efforts to convince her to stop she continued running and training even in the rain.

Her face despite her looking like she's on death's door is still standing strong.

-Day Eighty-

"Lady Tia please stop! Please stop!" Lili beggared; the sky darkened again it was about to rain again. And she and finally gotten over her cold. "You'll get sick again if you continue."

"Just a little more" Tia said with wobbly legs. Most of her practice targets where cut in half and was down to her last one. Although she didn't have the strength to cut the others like she didn't earlier. She certainly tried. Despite her weakening statue, it remained in its posture ready for another go. And then she could collapse peacefully.

"Are you out of your mind!" A bright, youthful voice said, "Stop right now."

"Sir Roja?" Tia noted him 'Why was he here?"

"I just stopped by to check but...! Is this what you call training" he began to scold her, but Tia ignored him and turned her head back to her target and focused again on doing the diamond Cut on more time.

"Hey, are you listening!" He yelled rushing up to her and grabbing hold of her wooden sword. But, Tia kept her hands firm on it without letting it go nor have it move from its position.

"I know I said to improve your strength, but I never said to do this, Do you want to destroy yourself."

Push

Tia forcefully pushed him with one hand "SHUT UP!" She screamed at him "What do you care this isn't your problem but MY OWN!"

Tia said fully concentrating back on her target, and she was going to perfect the Atomic Cut.

"Hey" Kit quickly got himself back up and was about to reach Tia when she suddenly disappeared from where she was original. He looked past the target to see Tia who was sitting entirely on the group. Its started raining again.

"Hey!" Kit said again.

Creek.

The target doll turned into dust suddenly. I am surprising Both Lili and Kit.

"hahaha," Tia laughed. They stared at her. "I did it, and I really did, hahaha" Then she suddenly passed out.

"My Lady!"

Kit rushed to her and picked her up. "Wait! What's wrong?!... She's Burning up! Hy! Wake up! Hey!!" noticing the look on her face really wasn't right. "I'll carry her inside!! Call the doctor!

-Next Day-

"Lady Tianna…are you awake?' Lili asked with Tears in here eyes. Tia lightly opened her eyes and looked at Mana who also seemed worse for wear again. She opened her eyes to and smiled. "The hard work is finally done, she we should get some rest, for now, our next step comes to start sometime later," Mana said going back to sleep. (-_-) zzz

Tia nodded and also went back to sleep with a smile.

-Two days later-

"Umm…Hey. How are you feeling?"

Tia looked at him slowly "Much better thankfully. I appreciate you for carrying me inside when I collapsed"

(〃ﾟーﾟ〃) "Yes, Your welcome."

Tia returned to sipping her tea.

"I'll give you my honest opinion, and you need to stop that sort of training. At this rate, you won't be able to hold a spoon. Let alone a sword."

"Then let me give my honest opinion in return, your opinion stopped mattering to me when you refused to help me," Tia said simply

"What?!"

"My body may not be the strongest, but that doesn't mean I'll give up."

"Yes, your weak so why are you trying to learn the sword?"

"I thought you didn't care, and you didn't want to know then so why to change your mind; it is not any of your business."

"You.."

"You rejected me because I might become the Empress, didn't you," Tia said.

"…Yes, when you become empress, you won't need to use a sword. The royal guards will always protect you."

Crush

Tia crushed the Teacup in her hand by reflex. As she felt her

heartbeat going crazy "Protect me?"

'Huh?" Kit mouthed suddenly frightened because her hand was bloody.

"My lady" Lili suddenly called out in a heartbroken tone as she

quickly grabbed a little first-aid kit and bandaged Tia's hand.

Tia looked at Kit "Royal guards only protect the Emperor; the empress is nothing more than a person that can easily be replaced by the snap of his majesty's fingers. Kit what if those royal guards turn their sword to me on orders of the King. How will I protect myself them?"

Lili suddenly paused in looked at the expression on her lady's face and became pale. Kit wanted to defend the royal guards but couldn't breathe out a word. Tia right now was too scary.

" The haughty and arrogant prince if he one day wants to get rid of me, who do you think would throw me in the dungeon, no one else but 'his' royal guards." Tia signed "Besides I don't wish to be an Empress, I merely want to follow my father's footsteps and become a knight. Even you can understand that" Tia finally said

"Become a Knight? But, you're the prince's Fiancé. I'm sorry, but I don't get it" ?? (-᷅_-᷄๑)

"This idiot really did not understand what you were talking about early. And he dares call us pathetic." Mana Commented.

Tia could not help but nod her head again.
