48 Chapter 16: Pendragon, Back Again

Mana closed the screen as she closed her eyes "Elfin"

Faith stood on the outskirts of Burne Village the beautiful that it once was no longer there. Here was a lot of emotions going through her eyes as stood there and a few tears fell down. This place was also once her home, but now it is a home that no longer existed.

She sat on the grassy field and enjoyed the breath-taking plans.

"Woof!Woof!" She heard the barking of dogs as they ran up to her

"Whose There?! How dare you to stop Marques from hunting" The young spouted venom while on his horse.

Faith decided you ignore him as she looked back at the grassy field in a daze.

"You dare ignore me" he began to draw his sword

"Matthew I told you many times, that you must hold the lady with respect" the Handsome man said.

"Miss, why are you here alone? Are you lost?"

"No, I am merely awaiting an acquaintance "Faith responded still gazing at the grassy plains in a daze.

"You" Mather grind his teeth."

"Ah! He's here."

Arthur appeared on horse-back not too long after. Faith jumped onto the horse he brought with him

The two exchanged some things, but Faith was still so mushed in a daze that she couldn't care less what they were saying.

And then she had ridden off, and Arthur followed her.

"Hey this isn't the way to- "

"There is something I need to go" Faith said and then preceded to ignore him the rest of the way.

It started to rain, and night was nearly coming as they both came upon a building.

"Hey, stupid women, where are we going" Arthur called, But Faith still ignored him as she approached the home. She knocked on the door.

A beautiful woman opened the door "Ah you two are?" she asked.

"I apologize for the disturbance Ma'am, but we are from a from the capital, I was wondering if we may stay for the night" Faith smiled which made the women feel at ease for some reason.

"Sure, if you don't mind my poor home such as this."

Faith and Arthur were lead inside the strange place by the women who was still somewhat nervous.

"If your hungry please have some bread and some soup." The women place a delicate meal on the table.

"When you finish please leave quickly" She suddenly said after a while.

"…" Arthur frowned as he looked at, but Faith smiled.

"There is no reason to be worried, and I understand your predicament."

Rumbling, Rumbling

"Ah, He's not supposed t come back this early" The young women looked frightened, but Faith held her hand gently.

"Its okay" Faith's easy lighthearted smile calmed the women down for whatever reason Faith's reassuring smile didn't make her worried.

Burst!!

A one-eyed cyclops burst through the door. Grabbing both Arthur and the women's attention.

No one had a chance to say anything, not even the Cyclops who watch was able to see his body from in the area.

Before both body and head fell to the ground.

"See I told you there was nothing to worry about" Faith said from next to the women with Arthur's sword in her hand.

Arthur didn't see her take the sword at all and the women didn't even notice when Faith let go of her hand.

The astonished face of the women turned into tears as she hugged Faith, it seems her nightmare was over.

The Women's name was Anna, she is the Fiancée of Knight Captain. When they returned Lady Anna to her Fiancé the look of relief and love between them was beautiful. They where invited to stay in for night which both Arthur and Faith agreed to stay for the night before they left again.
