123 Chapter 15: Winter, Questionable Change

Rose laid her head down on the bed, and she gazed at Winter who slept in a crib some distance away. She fell asleep as she listened to his soft breaths and walked outside as she got ready to walk to school

"Get in," Anthony said as she walked out the door, his comment shocked her at first before she responded. He was on his motorcycle.

"No, you don't have to" Rose said before she turned and started to walk away

"No, wait" Rose ignored him as she continued to walk "I'm sorry," he said making her stop. She turned giving him a dull expression.

"Are you serious about giving me a ride?"

"Yes"

"Okay," she said, "I'll trust you" She grabbed the helmet he handed to her and jumped his bike.

Rose noted that he drove her to school but didn't comment on it as she said thank-you before rushing Inside. She was early, so barely anyone was here.

"Ah! Rose, you're here early" she heard June from behind her

"Yes, I usually walk, but it seems today Anthony gave me a ride"

"He did…. I have something important to tell."

"What is it?" he grabbed her hand lightly

"Let her go" Anthony said

"I'll go on ahead" Rose shrugged off June's hand and went inside.

These past few days ended up being quiet. The rumors also seemed to disperse. As No one bothered her, but, Anthony, he seemed to stick around and had been acting nice to her. Much to Anna displeasure and Griffins delight. Rose had also kept in regular contact with Jean.

Only 25 more days I am left.

It seems the babysitter Meggs entirely due to Anna retiring her. As a last-ditch effort to pressure Rose, but she didn't mind, she just from now on would take Winter to school with her.

The looks she received didn't bother her as she, Rose seemed to be enjoying herself anyway.

The principal was very understanding since Rose receives the highest grades in the school and is known by the teachers to be a model student. Despite being a mother all at the same time. She'll let the baby stay in the nurse's office during her school hours.

At first, her classmates didn't know how to react. When Rose brought her son into school, but the warmed up to baby Winter when they saw how cute he and calm he was. Some of the girls even fed him during lunchtime.

Anthony somewhat avoided her thought. But, eventually, he came back to bother her.

He had once followed her to shop for some supplies for Winter. He nearly made the mistake of buying feminine pads, which made her laugh.

It was Anise birthday, so Anna had told Rose to leave and not come back until later. So, Rose had spent the day with Jean. Who took her to get some professional photos of Winter done. They turned out so Cute.

"I can't wait to see them" Rose commented when Jean had brought her back. Jean smiled as she kissed her lightly.

"I'll call you when they are done," He said as he waved goodbye to her and Winter waved back at him. Rose turned around and when inside the gates.

"Hey, why did you take the baby outside, its chilly" Anthony said

"Huh?!"

"Watch out for the kid, he can get sick, What kind of mother are you?" Anthony started to go on "…. You should learn how to come home on time"

Once he was finished Rose just smiled and turned away.

She had changed her mind about the nurturing class and made sure to tell Griffin that she wanted to stay home for the field-trip.

She started to wonder when he was going to question her about his son.
