The Lightening Monk

"Oh no" Leon sat infront of an old lady with a hunched back with a look of disbelief and shock on his face.

"Hehe, you're not that bright huh? Why do you think the guys on the second floor were in such a hurry to follow you?" The lady smiled bitterly. .

Those guys on the second level, just like them were trapped. Yes, they couldn't leave the second level even if they wanted. They could only go down and hope for the best.

"I guess so" Leon said in a daze, he was admitting that his decision to enter here without thoroughly investigating what it was, was a stupid move.

From what the old lady said, she had been trapped in this place for a few decades. That was longer than Leon's body had been around for, she couldn't get out she couldn't advance to a lower floor. All the knowledge she had acquired was for what? She couldn't even use them.

In other words Leon was fucked. This place was a massive trap and Leon fell right into it.
