SILENCED WORDS

Things between Jonathan and Lyrical did not remain the same since the day of their engagement. Jonathan was hurt, and Lyrical was troubled. Their lives weren't the same anymore. Jonathan's heart had always belonged to someone else, and Lyrical's heart disappeared without her knowing.

All that remained between them was emptiness and silenced words.

Jonathan did not hate Lyrical because he knew it wasn't her fault. But he had started to resent her for sure. In turn, they both had avoided interacting with each other much. 

Lyrical was back to her monotonous life. Joey had been shunning her like she was a plague. 

Eventually, Lyrical decided to resign because it was clear to Lyrical that Joey was closer to Melody than her. And he was angry at Lyrical because of what happened between her and Melody. Since she no longer worked with Joey, she presently was working as a part-timer as a librarian.
