Chapter 26 {Damian pov}

It's been three weeks since Lilith arrived and I must admit my life has been pretty lively. I made her my personal cook, the first time I ate her food it reminded me of Perfect.

This Morning I woke up, I got dressed and I went to the dining room. Ever since Lilith became my personal cook, I hardly dine with other Kings and Queens.

I sat on the chair and I waited for Lilith to bring my breakfast. She placed the tray on the table, I sat up straight. Cause I know what she could do. I took off the lid and I got confused.

"Lilith what is this?" I asked. "It's cereal" Lilith replied. "What? Cereal?" I asked. "Yes....haven't you had cereal before?" Lilith asked. "No...where did you get it?"

"I got it from the kitchen.....there are so many boxes in the kitchen" Lilith said. "Why didn't you prepared something else" I asked.

"I wanted you to try something different" Lilith said. I placed my hand on my head. "It's alright if you don't like it, I'd make something else" Lilith said. "Don't worry, I'd eat it" I said. It would be a waste if I don't eat it....besides it's the thought that counts. I took a spoon full of cereal. "Mhmm...it's actually delicious" I said.

"Do you like it?" She asked. "Yes.....it's actually not bad" I said. "Alright since you like it, I have to go. Diamond needs help" Lilith said. Lilith left while I enjoyed my cereal, Silver walked into the room. "Damian what are you doing" Silver asked. I ignored him and I munched down the cereal, Sliver sat down next to me.

"Are you eating cereal?" Silver asked. "So you've heard of this" I asked. "Yeah back in the human world children eat it alot" Silver said. "So this is meant for children?" I asked. "Well not only children, most people eat it...by the way who gave this to you?" Silver asked.

"Lilith" I replied. "I see you're getting along with her" Silver said. "I'm doing this so she could fall for me and then she'd end up in my bed" I said. Silver let out a sigh of frustration. "You're.....so....so frustrating" Silver said. When I was done eating, Ivy ran to me.

"Damian...." Ivy called me while crying. "What is the matter Ivy" Silver asked. "Some one wronged me" Ivy said. "Who?" I asked. "Lilith.....she slapped me and she pushed me down the stairs" Ivy said.

Silver sent me a mind link. "She can't possibly do that kind of thing" Silver said. "But you can see that Ivy's face is swollen" I said. "It could be make up.....come on Damian, you've been with her for some days now. You should know what Lilith is capable of" Silver said.

"Damian.....would you let her go?" Ivy asked. "Guards!!!" I yelled. The came into the room. "Your Majesty" they said. "Get my soldiers to arrest Lilith" I said. "Damian you want to punish a girl who has worked tirelessly for you" Silver said. "Silver enough" I said.

We all went to the throne room, I sat on the throne while Ivy stood beside me. The door opened wide, the soldier came in with Lilith. The moment I saw her with hand cuffs, I felt weird.

There was this sudden anger that rised up inside me. The soldier kicked Lilith and she fell to her knees. I felt like jumping on him and tearing him limb for limb.

"Members of the court, we're here to judge the case of a commoner hitting a royal" King Morley said. I looked at her but she turnes away. "Do you admit to hitting a royal?" King Morley asked. She was silent.

King Morley gave a sign and a soldier hit her so hard. My anger is getting out of hand.....I'm trying to control it. King Morley asked again but she didn't say anything, The soldier hit her and I could no longer take it.

I raised my hand and there was total silent across the room "Lilith I am willing to forgive you, if only you apologize to Ivy" I said. I mean if she apologize non of this would continue.

"I will only apologize if she apologize first cause she hit me first" Lilith said. Queen Eloise slapped Lilith, Lilith began to bleed. The scent over her blood is tempting right now "How dare you speak to the King in that manner?" Queen Eloise asked.

"What's so special about being a royal?" Lilith asked while staring directly at me. I've never seen this side of Lilith before and it's interesting. "Shut up.....you have no manners" King Douglas.

"She's rotten cause she has dined with us that's why she speaks in this manner" Queen Eloise said. "What would be your punishment for her, your Majesty?" King Morley asked.

"She has done nothing wrong to me...let the one whom she offended judge the case" I said. Everyone looked at Ivy and she began to cry. "I want her to be thrown into the dungeon, she would stay there for three days without food or water and she would be whipped ten strokes each day" Ivy said.

"I object.....the punishment doesn't fit the crime. Yes I'm aware that she hit Ivy but all those punishment isn't human" Diamond said. Diamond is right but this case is very serious...it's not right for someone to hit a royal. And if Lilith had apologized things wouldn't be this way.

"Diamond we aren't humans...didn't you see the way she spoke to the King?" King Morley said. "Damian please reconsider" Diamond begged.

"I'm sorry Diamond but my hands are tied" Damian said. I watched them drag Lilith to the dungeon. Everyone left the room but Silver and Diamond stayed behind. "Damian.....please forgive her" Diamond said. "Diamond is right.....Lilith wouldn't survive in there" Silver said.

"There's nothing I can do" Damian said. "Don't say that.....for heaven's sake you're the King, you can do anything" Diamond said. "Diamond we should go" Silver said.

"You better hope nothing happens to her or else you make your own potions from now own" Diamond said as Silver drags her outside.
