Cali's Birthday

Lance then just closed one hand for a fist bomb which she did not decline.

As they did that, both felt a sudden electricity in their hands.

'That was weird!'

'She really still had that effect on me...'

Those were the two's unspoken thoughts. However, they easily shrugged them off and pretended nothing happened. They looked at the crowd who were still going wild about the magnificent showdown they'd witnessed. It was the first time a guy challenged their leader. Lance and Lisa were throwing thanks and giving away their smiles to the crowd while still panting heavily. Both were exhausted on what happened. Sweats were all around their face and body.

"Happy birthday to you..."

Suddenly, they all heard a few people singing a birthday song from afar. All of them were searching for the source. Then, the song became louder like they were approaching near. Immediately, one of the female members blindfolded Cali, the gay who asked Lance if he was still single and his real name was Calixto, by the way. After making sure that the celebrator was properly blindfolded, they gave way for the entrance of two ladies bringing the cake while everyone joined the singing of the birthday song so it became livelier and merrier.

The cake actually looked hilarious but it was meticulously done. It was shaped like a male reproductive organ in a 'standing ovation' manner. Some of them were debating in their mind if they can eat the cake with that look especially the straight guys. Everyone was yelling at the sight of the cake but can't voice out their thoughts because they did not want to ruin the surprise for Cali. They were all yelling to hype up Cali's curiosity.

"Oh my gosh! What's this? Aaaaaw... You don't have to do this. One hot guy for tonight is enough for a surprise, okay!? Chos!" Cali joked in a very girly manner with the blindfold still on and his hands on his chin.

Lance and Lisa were laughing at the scene but joined them in their chant.

After three rounds of the song, they sang the ending very slowly.

"Happy Birthday to youuuuuuuu...!!!"

The crowd clapped altogether, some yelled. Cali removed the blindfold and his eyes widened in amusement upon seeing the shape of the cake. The crowd were silently anticipating his reaction.

Cali shouted happily.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!! Who's idea is this? I love it so so much!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Whoa! Winneeeeer!" Cali said while throwing flying kisses after every thank you and waved her right hand with his left hand on his hip posing like a beauty queen. He was very much delighted with the sight of the cake!

One of the persons who accompanied the carrier of the cake had a lighter ready and lit the candle on the tip of the cake. Cali closed his eyes, silently and quickly made a wish then blew the candle. Everyone clapped and some yelled afterwards.

"Thanks guys! For this, let's go to the clubhouse and eat some clubhouse!" He joked.

"What the f-"

"Just kidding! Let's go to Cafe Luisa inside the clubhouse. It's my treat! This morning had been so exhausting with all the jogging, zumba, yelling and laughing. They all made me starve so let's have some breakfast there!"

But, before everyone start to head to the said cafe, Lisa stopped them.

"Hep hep hep! We're all sweating guys. Let's have a quick change of clothes first. I don't want any of us to get sick. Okay!"

Everyone agreed.

In half an hour, they all gathered to Cafe Luisa inside the clubhouse. Cali already called for a reservation and set up of a long table so no one will be separated. There are 20 seats which were just enough for the group.

The food was also prepared upon Cali's call so it was ready to be served when they came. They all sat. Lance sat beside Lisa who was left with no choice since every one was already seated as if they secretly planned to empty the chair beside her.

"Lance, is that you?" The lady in front of him asked with a surprised face.
