Chapter 0 (Prologue)

13th August 2022,India

In a dimly lit room, one could see a boy memorising for his examinations. The boy's

name is Aditya. He is in 1st year of his college. The pressure of studies is quite high in India. He has been quite unsure all his life what he wanted to do. So he followed whatever his parents decided with regard to his career and being Indian he had two choices engineering or medical. He chose engineering as he was more inclined towards mathematics than biology. He also used to read lots of web novels as well. He was quite fascinated with Mahabharata the epic. Though he had not read the epic but only watched the serialized version of it which had quite a deep impact on him. While most people would talk about good and evil in Mahabharata but after watching it he thought not of good or bad but rather saw Mahabharata as the consequences of one's one actions. Many people would say Pandavas were good many would say Kauravas were good many would say Karna was the only good person and answer to all this is the dyut sabha. When Draupadi was being undressed in front of everyone these "good" people were either bowing their heads or has closed their eyes or were looking intensely to see a woman without dress totally ignoring her screams and her pain. None rose upto help her and as for the woman herself, she wasn't any noble person either.

After all, she was the one who said"Andhe ka beta and hai"(blind's son is also blind). No matter whether it is man or woman, to make fun of someone who is blind like this is not at all good.

Well coming back to present, Aditya suddenly closed the book feeling drowsy and got up from his table and laid down on his bed. After closing his eyes he started daydreaming as he generally couldn't go to sleep instantly as he lied on the bed, so his thoughts started wandering. Well.... should we say he was night dreaming as it was not day so day dreaming would be..... (bad joke). Anyway,

Aditya started imagining himself as Karna, the character of Mahabharata. Well he wasn't particularly attached to Karna and he didn't really wanted to be him but he was just imagining and thus logic was out of the question all together.

Aditya:"Oh I wish I was born in Dwapar Yug as Karna, I could have done so many things. I could have even gone to heaven without dying and looked at what it was all like. But here I am all about C, C++(computer languages), sigh..., what a bore. Well ,whatever but still I wish...

saying this he went to sleep totally unaware that this is going to be his last day in modern era.
