6 Lilith and Heil

Abrupt pain rushes out in Zero's stomach. Tightly bracing his abdomen as he jerks his way out of the scene by reflex. He looks at the assailant and was greeted by a murderous smile.

"...." Zero couldn't refute as he began to realised the sensation he felt from before was from none other than the young lady's chest. The doctor, on her desk, seemingly content from what she had seen starts exiting her ground; leaving a letter behind

"Heil, Sinclair, i advice you both to drop by at the principal's office. Director Lee needs an explanation from the commotion earlier". As she reaches for the door

She adds "Especially you, Zero."

The doctor was now gone from sight. Her cup of coffee is now filled with nothingness. leaving us alone inside the infirmary.

Zero stares at the girl and asks "h-hey, are you alright? I'm sorry about earlier... The name's Zero. Zero, Heil." reaching out his hand.

"Lilith. Lilith Sinclair. Likewise"

With a long gaze on Zero's wounded arm, she reaches it out, shakes it weakly to avoid unnecessary contact.

'she really hates me huh? Talk about worst possible meeting ever', he thought.

"How do you feel?"

"Kind of stiff, but nothing unordinary."

"Good. Let's head out to the office"

With a majestic pose, she reaches out for her bag on the shelf, near the doctor's desks and departed swiftly.

Zero hurriedly catches up, fixing his self, grabs the paper on top of the doctor's desks and leaves the room.

Lilith and Zero is inside the highschool building, near the aqua sector, and are now headed towards the director's office located around the hall.

They passed by the park which Zero had found the weirdly placed brick. nostalgically, Zero gazes upon the treacherous wall.

"Keep moving. I won't wait for you" she exclaims. Zero gave the brick one last glar...look and joined Lilith once again.

He checks the pocket-sized paper and seemingly studies the sentences written

With a puzzled look, he stares at the words, analaysing the meaning behind.

"Thank you"

Zero heard it clearly. It was coming from the purple haired girl awkwardly looking behind

"Hmm?"

"I said thank you... Thanks for saving me back there"

"Don't mention it"

With an awkward pause, Zero tried desperately to establish a conversation

"And you, how about your wounds? I saw you flying on the ceiling with blood gushing out on your forehead"

"It was becau..." Before Lilith even finished her sentence, Zero continues

"I was worried that a sort of wound will leave your beautiful skin with a scar"

Zero nonchalantly look at her. He staggered and ceased walking as the girl stops in her track, making him wait for whatever the reason they did.

Zero takes a peek and, faster than light, he receives a heavy impact on his face

Swollen on the sudden event.

"OWW. WHAT WAS THAT FO... HEY, WAIT UP" Zero sees Lilith running like a mad man, unknowingly which path he is on.

"STUPIIID ZERO"

A loud screech resounds the room, much like from what he had heard when was stuck in the hallway's abyss. Although it wasn't a scream of help, but rather an intense shout of insult.

Lilith dashes right at the end of the corridor making a large thump that echoed between their surroundings

*Oof*

Caressing her head, Lilith trips on her knees and glared to who or whichever she had bumped on

"CAN YOU WATCH WERE YOU'RE GO...ing" like a chicken bathe upon a heavy rain

Lilith's eyes began to sulk, regretting the words she just blurted out

"Right back at you. Follow me to the office, Lilith Sinclair"

A large man wearing a black suit and tie, probably around his prime, was throwing daggers to the student who blabbered inappropriately. He has wrinkles in his forehead, and what seemingly made him different was

He has two different eye colours. 'Heterochromia'. Which gave a majestic yet gentle feeling, apart from him glaring to the lady, he seemed to be a kind guy from Zero's perspective

"I apologise for the matter. My name is Zero"

"Zero Heil. Yeah, I have heard about you. Come to my office. And get that sassy girl on her feet before I kick the both of you out from this building"

With a huge groan, he turns around and reaches out for the office door.

"Are you alright? Can you stand?"

Zero asks. He didn't understand the girl running after complimenting her. He shrugs the weird idea from his head and spoke normally as they did awhile back.

"Y-yeah. Thanks"

Zero offers up his hand to Lilith, which she bashfully took.

Beating pinkish red, she looks away embarrassed from everything.

Lilith stared at their hands clasping together as Zero picks her up with a worried smile

"Shall we?"

"Y-yeah"
