20 Deeper than the Emerald's

Mr.Snow is standing at the apex of the stadium, reaching a height for around six feet tall. His lavish brown coat are seen dancing with the wind matching the scenery. Acknowledging their existence, he gave them a firm nod while extending his arms on an open area; leading us into the light. They could barely see what's on the other side of the platform because of the thick mists which lingers the surroundings, but nonetheless flinching their eyes, Zero and Lilith followed the directions which Mr. Snow had pointed out. They ventured forth in the clouded atmosphere, still unbeknownst from the land that they seek. Upon reaching the farthest and the thinnest haze, a different landscape greeted these two students. Groups of students could be seen practising their broadswords and wooden staffs at the summit of a cliff. Random spells are continuously firing through the air, which disperse along the way upon reaching a certain distance. Rummaging sounds of torrents splashing from the waterfall confers a relaxing feeling, matching by the open sea, nearest from the waterfall, which enhances the music of the waves.

The director reveals himself amidst from the fog and glitters a smile

"This is the secret sector of our university. We are the only one's capable of handling a labyrinth around the South East Asia." He said.

Labyrinths are some kind of interconnected rooms which puzzles the adventurer who are brave enough to conquer it. These Labyrinths holds various treasures upon reaching the deepest core on the lowest floors. Warford's University is the first to ever skunk the entire floor with capable mages and warriors who had participated the event. It was nevertheless an onslaught that draught large scale injuries and loss for the academy. But the sacrificed lives from the members had reached their objective, obtaining its ancient artifacts and a legendary sabre with an imprint tag "echo" written on it. Unfortunately, 'echo' sabre couldn't bring the full potential to the knights who had tried to use it hence it was stored in a cache, hidden inside the school from who knows where. They had conquered and visited every inch of the Emerald Labyrinth and luckily stumbled upon a hidden door which lead them to this topography. "Emerald" is the name of the party leader who guided their group against the final boss located on the 68th floor of the nethermost ground, hence the name of the labyrinth.

Emerald's Labyrinth is secluded on the school's premises, underground, and it is only accessible for valuable guest and few chosen individuals and students.

"Wow, this place is huge~" the scenery right in front is a painting which had come to life, electrifying from this breath-taking sensation. Despite being elected quite early obtaining the role of a President, she felt the same extraordinary sensation, gazing around the majestic portrait of the labyrinth's nature in awe.

Zero notices a blinking blue light, in a form of an envelope message, on his lower right perspective. He opens the icon and reads these information.

It was a total haven training to these holy ground. He is continuously gaining benefits just by staying on this site. How scarier could it be if he would start to train his abnormal system on an early date?

"Director, why does my body feels lighter? I feel my stamina and magic output rejuvenating ceaselessly as we speak" Lilith stated as her expressions, true enough, became lighter healing different her scars all over her body moreover her mental state of mind

"I feel refresh" she adds.

"It's due to the special circulation of the labyrnith's hidden ground which the the mana around the atmosphere is periodically overflowing that helps us mages and warriors to be adept and slowly replenishing our mana. Training inside is the most efficient course, won't you agree?" Mr. Snow gave them a smile which both of them reluctantly agreed. Everyone knew, despite me having a much complex system, that the place itself is condensed in mana that enables the body to absorb these excess amounts to make it our own

"Is this infinite? Where is the mana coming from? How is this possible?"

Questions are hurriedly popping out on Zero's brain and directed these inquiries to the director, hoping for a suitable explanation.

The One who answered wasn't the director but a young voice from afar which stated his claim.

"The name's Olfred. Olfride Wright. Pleased to meet you"

He's a tall man, with a height of 190 centimetres, and a bulky muscle embering on his body. He's wearing a white formal sleeves with a jet black vest that gives off a gentle aura similar to a bartender serving through the night, black pants and a cassic leather shoes which emphasises the simplicity design befitting for a gentleman. Visible sweats are dripping from his body. 'Is he not feeling warm with those tight clothes' Zero asks himsef, as he began furthermore studying the mysterious man.

Ofred approaches their group casually from below which appears to be some kind of stairs that leads further down abridge through the waterfall

"You must be new here. Answering your question, it's still a mystery…but" he points out his fingers upward, making an imaginary light bulb pop out of his brain. The traces of his tone musces making it clearer yet faintly visible that sketches the outline from the suit he's wearing

"Here's my theory. I believe that the core of this labyrinth is still hidden from the eyes of the public. We believed that we had explored all of the paths but what we don't know is that there may be some other hidden doors scattered inside this puzzling cave. Well, who knows?"

He shrugs off a wry smile, laughing from his own statement.

"Don't be screwed, Mr. Wright. Don't teach these new students apart from the normal curriculum" Mr. Snow demanded, closing his eyes from the 'nonsense', that he thought, Olfred was saying

"Still grumpy as ever, old man? I've been training here for months! I actually miss the surface of our mother eart~"

"You could start by moving out of this training room" Mr. Snow walks away towards the stairs that Olfred came from.

"Kids, I know you guys have the potential to be great mages someday. Just so you know, I'm the best Sorcerer here in Warford's. Better remember my name. I might teach you some few tricks I've learned last week ago" Olfred waves his hand and walks straight passing towards us and vanishes in to thin air

Zero's face gave him away as he jumps back, surprised from the event that the guy, who stated was the strongest, evanesce from sight.

"A portal" Lilith mutters

"Come on, let's follow the director" she makes her way into the path which Director had walked leaving Zero behind, still painted in dazed from the destiny he stumbled upon
