1 God's Mistake

That was the sound Lucius could hear while falling to the ground he felt pain in his chest and the cold slowly creeping up to him alas after 30 minutes his heart beats no more.
When Lucius woke up in a white room with a futuristic furnishing then an old man suddenly enters the door and bowed in front of him.
"I'm Sorry, Please forgive me" The old man said while bowing on the floor.
Lucius was confuse but no matter what the situation is he help the old man get up and asked what was going on.
"If i tell whats going on will you forgive me?" the old man asked while fixing his glasses.
After 30 minutes Lucius got the gist of what happened apparently the old man was god and he had mistakenly killed him because of he sneezed causing the bullet to go off it original trajectory path.
Lucius did not feel anger or regret he simply asked god "So what now?".
god gave him two choices the first one is to be reincarnated in a fantasy world with magic and monsters or to stay with him and become an apprentice deity which is the second choice.
he didn't want to stay their any longer because he could feel an ominous presence on the other room so he chose the first option and also god asked him if he wants any gifts like Being OP in Magic or Being a sword master.
Lucius asked him if he could have a system that could help him on his journey and also an aptitude for magic, seeing this as fair god granted him everything he asked and transported him away.
When he woke up in forest near a river he immediately went to the river to see if god changed his appearance to his surprise he did not his black hair, blue eyes and pale skin features remained.

After countless hours of grind he then reached the bridge towards but before he could take another step his senses smell steel and blood nearby he rushed towards it and saw a caravan getting attacked by bandits.
his body moved without thinking he supported the guards by activating his fireball skill killing 3 bandits while the others run away after that he revealed himself all the guards were suddenly on guard until,
"Balian is that any way to thank your savior, i am sorry my dear could you forgive them?"
an old woman suddenly comes down from one of the carriages and thanked him she then gives him 100 gold as thanks and asked him if he could accompany them to Hares city.
through the journey the old lady introduced herself as Lady Frances Rosaire wife of Duke Rosaire who is lord of the city where they were going.
Lucius agrees and the caravan reached the gates of the city only after 3 hours but there was a problem the guards asked lucius for his data crystal immediately the old lady stepped in and told them that he lost it during the ambush.
the guards believed her as she was the wife of the lord Duke Alex Rosaire she then ordered one of the guards to help him get reregister.
One of the guards Gale accompanied Lucius to their office to get registered,then the clerk asked him to place his hand on the pedestal for him to get processed.
The pedestal then lights up and his status were shown on a screen,

the clerk then gave him a crystal that is 1 finger in length and 2 fingers in width, the clerk advise not to lose it again or he will pay next time.
Lucius were then guided into the Lords Castle where he met Lady frances and Duke alex they had dinner and talked about a lot of things apparently Lady frances could not bear a child so the castle was a bit lonely, Lucius's visit made them feel like they had a son.
The next day he woked up in one of the castles guest room then he opened his skill panel there 5 choices,

Lucius spent his points wisely and chose the elemental magic intro, Arcane intro, and Arcane summon after that he heared a knock on the door its one of the maids she told him that the Lord and the Lady wants to have breakfast with him.
Lucius immediately left the bed and equipped his current equipment's then he proceeded to the dining room, the lord and lady smiled as he entered the room and they immediately chatted one of the topics was what does he plan to do now.
Lucius answered that he plans to enroll in Hares Royal University in the city, they immediately stopped him and told him that he can only enroll their if he is a nobility of the kingdom, Lucius's expression immediately changed but Lord Alex gave him an option they could adopt him and he could personally recommend him to the university.
but the condition is he would take the Rosaire name and be heir to the lord of the city, Duke alex gave him time to ponder but after a few minutes Lucius agreed the couple were overjoyed and the count immediately asked his butler to prepare the documents.
After a few hours Lucius and Alex are in the office formalizing the adoption papers and other documents, Lucius was happy that he has a family to come home to while compared to the previous one he was abandoned.
"Alright, Now you are Lucius Rosaire heir to city of Hares" Alex said.

The two men were overjoyed and immediately celebrates with a banquet at dinner, Lady frances was overjoyed too, she gifted him a necklace with a data crystal case that has ornate designs on it.
