31 Ambush

Adrian knew that his bow would be no longer useful so he decided to write runes with his brush and try to survive enough time for the soldiers to finish with the wolves.

When Adrian looked away the demon drew closer to try to cut him again with his sword but Adrian had just cast a rune on the demons and said "Sareno", which caused an explosion that engulfed the upper half of the demon.

But the blast of the explosion propelled Adrian 3 meters back, the result was only the lower part of the demon remained but the explosion did not prevent other demons from running towards him.

Seeing the demons approached Adrian thought he had no chance, he was wounded and he was on the ground.

But he dodged while retreating, however his body was that of a mage so his dodge leaved an opening for an inesquivable blow, after a few seconds he already had 3 additional injuries.

While a demon was going to inflict an injury to Adrian a shield taken the hit for him, they had finally finished the wolves on the other side.

Adrian was escorted to a caravan and treated by a priest before being placed in a bed, once lying Adrian fell asleep not because he was tired but because the priests had given him a sleeping pill, otherwise how to fall asleep on a battlefield filled with corpses and fighting noise.

Adrian was wounded on the arms and legs deeply enough , if untreated he could die in a few minutes due to blood loss.
