48 Selby and the fight

The next morning Izzy had dark circles around her eyes. She had tried to get some sleep but couldn't as Selby had curled up in the corner of her bed and stared at her the entire night.

When Izzy walked out of the dorm house she was immediately greeted by Weigela, who enveloped her into a crushing hug. She then felt a headache form and cried out on the inside.

' Now you know how I feel being around you people for so long' she heard Theonymphi say in her head. Izzy clicked her tongue and ignored him.

While walking with Weigela, Izzy also noticed that Selby was following her. The ghost girl was floating slightly behind her but she could feel the cold air on her back.

'Why can't I just be left alone?' Izzy thought.

Weigela was overly excited today even more so than she was before.

" Do you think I can make I can become a blue rank?"

Izzy nodded " You definitely can. With your talent and the music- I mean spell I gave you, you can definitely beat them all".

Weigela beamed at Izzy's reassurance. The two girls then walked on silently to get some food and then head back to the tournaments. On the way, Izzy and Weigela were surrounded.

Two boys in green uniforms and one in blue came out and stood in front of them. Instantly Izzy recognised the boy in blue. He was from the previous day and had tried to hit on Weigela.

" I told you before, didn't I. That I'd teach you a lesson", he smirked checking both Izzy and Weigela out.

" I saw you two fight and I must say I'm impressed. But..." he waved his finger, " I don't take lightly to being humiliated. Especially by two low-ranked nobodies" he seethed.

Then the his two lackeys circled to each each side of Weigela and Izzy. The boy smiled, " I'll let you know my name is Germand Trul, I am from a rich noble family in the south. And you should know what happens when you mess with nobles"...

Izzy looked over at the boy, her expression was filled with irritation, she was tired, and even more annoyed at this boy.

" System can I just obliterate them?" Izzy whispered.

" No, the host has no power to perform such tasks at the moment. Please refrain from-"

" Yeah yeah" Izzy interupped knowing that the system would just tell her not to engage in a fight, but this time it was unavoidable.

Izzy saw the two green ranked boys pull out two crystals and drop them on the ground. They muttered a spell and erected a large dome over them.

" What the heck is this?!"

Weigela tensed, " It's a magic dome, where nothing can go out and nothing can come in. They're trying to trap us".

" Hehehehe" the three boys laughed, their expression were now coated in a mixture of satisfaction and perversion. Izzy saw one boy make groping motions at them and relaised what they were trying to do.

" Now girls" Germand said, " let's try this again", a whip lashed out and curled around Weigela and Izzy's wrists pulling them to the ground.

It coiled around them and Germand smiled, whilst licking his lips.
