" What's so good about winning one fight. He needs to win at least five in order to go up a rank."

Izzy turned around and rolled her eyes at Vicar, " Why are you always such a sour puss?"

Vicar clicked his tongue and walked back to his seat.

" Hey don't listen to him" Izzy smiled at Leithi who was looking down at his feet.

" No, his right", Leithi then also went to sit down in a corner looking sad.

Izzy frowned everyone's moods were so gloomy. The only one who seemed happy was Weigela who could hardly sit still, Izzy could see her eagerness to fight and she shook her head.

The next few fights were uneventful until the next battle was announced.

" Jace versus…." Weigela was practically sitting on the edge of her seat.

" Vicar"…

" Ughh!" Weigela let out in frustration, " When will it be my turn?"

Vicar abruptly stood up with a dark expression on his face. When he got onto the stage a series of boos erupted from the students watching.

Jace a blonde haired student smirked. He was a lower ranked blue student, but still powerful. However, Izzy didn't see how this pairing was fair since Vicar was, an orange ranked student.

" Begin!"

Jace wasted no time in attacking he threw a series of water blades at Vicar. Jace's spellcasting speed was impressive but none of his hits landed. Izzy wondered if Vicar was planning on dodging until his opponent was exhausted and then win.

" Come on Vicar, you coward, fight back!" Jace shouted.

His spell changed form and the water turned into whips. Vicar tried to dodge but was hit back the whip landed around his arm and pulled him to the ground where the other whip descended on his back.

"Argh!" Vicar cried and Jace whipped him until he was bloody.

He then stopped once he was sure Vicar couldn't move. The facilitator walked towards Vicar and checked his pulse, Vicar was alive but unconscious.

" Winner Jace Argus, blue-class rank 765!"

The battle ended uneventfully but Izzy was shocked. She had expected Vicar who had such an intense personality to put up a fight, but he was beaten so easily.

" Is he going to okay?" she asked, Weigela sighed " Yeah he'll be alright".

She didn't seem as bothered as Izzy was but it was as if she had expected such an outcome. Izzy sat quietly for the next battles until Weigela was finally called.

She jumped back and practically ran towards the stage. Not before shouting " Izzy! Make sure to watch me hey!".

Izzy coughed, of course, she was going to watch Weigela but rolled her eyes at the girl's bubbly attitude.

" Yeah yeah just don't embarrass me", Weigela had a huge smile on her face.

She stepped onto the stage beaming and caught some the male gazes from the audience.

" Wow, she's a hottie".

" Too bad she's orange ranked".

" Oho I like her face it's so pretty". The boys fawned.

Weigela's opponent was a green-ranked student a boy with blue eyes.

He licked his lips looking at her, she was bouncing up and down as if she couldn't wait to begin fighting.

" You really want to get deafened by me, baby. It's okay I'll go easy on you".

The smile on Weigela's face fell and she looked at her opponent disgusted " Ewww".

The boy scowled at her response.

" You won't react that way when I'm -"

" Begin!"
