In a large white bridge floating over a large bead of clouds, there are hundreds of thousands if not millions of white spheres flowing endlessly down the bridge. These souls move forward one spot around 10 minutes which means those at the back will have to wait for many years and those at the front have been waiting for just as long.
??? "Next! Soul number 12132421455 or Rufus Mihan. It's nice to meet you."
Rufus "It's nice to meet you too. Can I know why I am here? I have been waiting for a pretty long time after all."
??? "Hm? You still have your sanity after all that waiting? That's weird. Well, enough about that basically I'm the guard of the Gates of Heaven and I'll take you to heaven yada yada yada. I've said it so many times I'm a little bored of it. Basically, you have two options. Boring heaven and reincarnation in a random world. Pick quickly I have millions of souls left on my shift."
Rufus "Okay? I ask to get reincarnated then?"
??? "Ugh~. This is going to take so long to explain. Are you sure you don't want heaven?"
Rufus "Pretty sure yeah."
??? "Finee. Basically, you have to fill out this form while a world is randomly generated. Oh, you got Highschool Dxd. Good luck that one's tough. Since you'll take a while don't mind if I take a nap."

Hm? What am I doing in this place? I swear I just walked through a door into a bright white light so why is everything so dark? Oh! I can hear some people! That's means somebody can get me out of this place. Hm? I'm moving? That's weird I didn't know I could move. OW! What is happening! That hurt a lot! God! OW! What was that about? Is it because I said, God? OW! I guess it is. That's going to be a pain. Ow! Damn it that hurts! How much longer do I have to be in here!

It's been what feels like an hour, probably 10 minutes, and I'm finally free. I can see slightly, it's a little blurry, and my parents are nice looking. My dad has short light blue hair and the same-colored eyes whereas my mom has pinkish-red hair and dark green eyes. All in all, I have a beautiful family, let's hope they're good on the inside too.
Mom "Look Dear he's smiling! He's so adorable!"
Dad "He really is! He looks just like me! I have to show Sirzechs and Serafall! They keep bragging about their siblings, but my son is the cutest baby of the three!"
I guess I'm in Rias and Sona's generation then? That's good since I didn't miss it, but I don't have a super long time to train and get strong enough to stop stuff. Then again, I don't know when anything happens so I can't stop most of it anyway. Haah~ this second life is going to be exhausting.
