2 Jake Holland

"Jake, if you don't study hard now, you'll regret later when you get older!"

"We expect a lot from you as the eldest son!"

"How are you ever going to get into Harvestein University?!(Make-up University)"

"Have your grade dropped because you always hang out at those PC Cafes?!"

"You can have fun later after you succeed first!"

Jake lived in a life revolved around studying, his whole life was based on the sole thing he did in school, even going into his first year by studying.

Friends came by and went whenever he chose to and succeeded in living life and being wealthy. But what was he?

He studied his whole life without caring for the outside world for his efforts to be proved useless against the true prodigies of the world?

Jake went into his 'dream' university as promoted by his parents and had nothing.

His growing pain of the worth of his life soon came in as depression, leading him astray from his destined path dreamed by his parents to take on. The legacy of his father, a doctor in his fields. His mother was simply a nurse before she gave up her life to be a house wife to the famous and infamous man.

He received death threats from his mom when he failed his class exam and decided, that was it.

I will live my life as I wish for!

He clenched his hands to form a fist and left immediately. But what can he do after being off-road from academic success?

He found himself being in a PC Cafe the majority of his life, nothing new, nothing strange.

A new MMORPG gave him a chance to be powerful and he took it, becoming addicted to the game called Warriors of Valor. Two years go by and he furthered his character in the game, the sense of dread when the game was gonna close their servers.

His time spent selling stuff on the game was over, barely making a living in a 10x10 studio and now his life was over?

"Damn..."

He openly spoke of his regret of going elsewhere of his job and that he was truly sullen. His life was bent on ten characters he made.

He looked over them once more before the next two hours when the game would close.

He became a successful Guild Leader able to pocket the income but nobody was loyal to the game.

Adiel [Lvl 100] [Berserker]

Sinfu [Lvl 100] [Bestiary Monk]

Green_Arrow [Lvl 100] [Dread Ranger]

Eldar [Lvl 100] [Archmage]

Hunning [Lvl 100] [Necromancer]

TooMuchHammers [Lvl 100] [Engineer]

HolySmokes [Lvl 100] [Arch Paladin]

Mystery_Lad [Lvl 100] [Arcanist]

The game pride itself over its complex magic systems which made it easy to get a hang of it, but hard to master sorts. no matter what someone could be, one could always improve. But now it would all be gone. his legacy having five of his characters in the top 10 in the whole game. What money he could get for selling those accounts after milking them for their items.

Berserkers had great willpower and can impart their nature into objects they desire. A Dread Ranger was a powerful foe with the use of undead taming and expert usage of the bow. Arch mage could follow the same tree as the Arcanist, not going in Arcane Magic but Elemental magic, mastery over the elements. Necromancer was a sub-tree of Arcane magic but it was so vast it deserved its own class. Engineer was tech based and had abilities to form automated units and defenses. Arch paladin was the last stage of a paladin class and it evolved most professions in the Holy Church in the game, requiring Resetting the character to revolve the Holy Chivalry Order from Paige, Squire, Defender, Knight to Paladin, The Pope class mastered, and Warrior class mastered. Arcanist control other aspects of magic and Arcanist was the part where it could evolve into other classes such as the Necromancer Class. So much opportunities, he decided to just make the Arcanist into the Summoner Class.

Mystery_Lad [Lvl 1] [Summoner]

The melancholy gathered around Jake, with nothing else to do. he feared the factories for their exploits and other jobs for their commitment to earn very little. Wishing he could end it all, he was in his PC Cafe room, drinking generic branded beer.

He opened up his guild page to see nobody online, it was over. The Guild house was called Saint Hall and it costed a fortune, but also was very beneficial to his characters with all the buffs and usage of advertisement over the sales of accounts.

Everybody was offline and lost all hope on the game.

He cherished the little moments of happiness he received when he became free willed. Until...

[Roshyka requests to join your Guild 'Vanguard of the Hawk']

He didn't know why someone would join at the last two hours of the game, but he decided to hell with it. He accepted the person.

[Roshyka has joined 'Vanguard of the Hawk']

The Guild Chat immediately open.

Roshyka began typing.

[Roshyka: Hello Jake. What are your favorite classes and which class did you enjoy the most?]

'Is that a bot from ETG?'

ETG was the company who made Warriors of Valor. How else would they know his name when he signed his credit details to them to buy special items to use to fasten his character grinding.

Selling account is frowned down upon by them but the bot openly admits to what Jake does.

He began typing.

Jake listed all the magic based classes first hand due to how complex and how one could still have fun or learn from it. He listed them all and began including Engineer when...

A Blackout happens.

he was interrupted when he was typing Engineer when the computer just turns off.

"Ah!? Another? That's like the second time this week!"

He openly spoke out his concerns and drunk another can in the dark.

The server was still running for Warriors of Valor.

[Ryoshka: ...Changing protocols, emergency procedures]

The interface for the game began to change, but it was made quick due to the source of power it ran off.

Eldar [Archmage]

Hunning [Necromancer]

HolySmokes [Arch Paladin]

Mystery_Lad [Summoner]

Synthesis complete.

Four of his classes deleted themselves to form one class.
