2 Soul Merging and a Deal
One of free cities in mortal world, Alexandretta.
The city is one of the most prosperous city, it spans for 2500 m^2. The city is divided to four region, North region, West region, East region, and South region, and further grouped into three sections, Outer section, Middle section, and Central section.
The city is ruled by the Four Leaf Trade Union, with coalition of four races, Human, Elf, Dwarf, and Beastmen. Each of the races managed one region, the North is manage by Beastmen, West managed by Dwarf, East managed by Elf, and South managed by Human.
The city defence is one of the more advanced one, with magic tungsten alloy walls, with height over 400 meters, with width of 150 meters, imbued with high-level defence-type runes that glows with interchanging rainbow colors at night. Furthermore the walls fortified with 100 steam-powered magic cannons and ballistas in each of the region walls, hundreds of city defence guard force is deployed so that all the defence equipments can operate smoothly, the cost of to build these defence.
The three sections have sepcial rules. The Central region is only available to core leaders and their high-level members if the Four Leaf Trade Union, that also apply for their family members, it is an act of protection so that to protect their family members.
As for the Middle region, that region is for those that from the branch families of the core leaders and high-level members. But, Middle region is also can be entered by those that 'eligible' to apply for citizenship of Middle region. Most of the times the one that can enter the Middle region is those that are wealthy or have a high political value. And, very rarely the this leaders will recommend some high-tiered gears engineer, mechanic, researcher, and blessed gear warriors.
As for those in the Outer region, the ones that lives there are those ordinary folks, the place they live are nearer to the walls that divided the Outer region and Middle region, because the nearer to the walls the better the security. And there are those that deals with the 'underground' matters, such as thieves, assassins, dark blessed gear warriors, half-breeds, and orphans. They lives farther from the divider walls, nearer to the border walls, this place also known as Slums districs.
At an abandoned alley, where it so filthy and the stink can made someone pass out from just a whiff of the smell. In a dark corner of the alley, there are some peoples wearing dirty robes or clothes so dirty as if it was rags crouching, sitting, or sleeping, if someone not focused their sight they would thought that those are mere piles of old smelly thrash.
Suddenly, one of those mounds of dirty robes that weared by a child with age around 7-10 years old,
"Aaaarrrghhhh!" the boy screamed.

Someone throw a pebble to the boy and hit his shoulder,
"Shut yet mouth, boy!. Didn't you see we are discussing here?, dammit... so what are our plans?" after scolding the boy the dirty middle-aged man continue discussing with his two other companions whith whispered voice.
"Ugh" the boy groaning after he falls,
"Where..where am I?, sniff damn.. it so stinks here, did I got send to the smelly hell in Netherworld? sigh.. do Hades not have any better place to throw me in and chose these stinking place?" the boy said,
"Well here I am hell" the boy mumbled,
THUD
another pebble thrown to his direction,
"This is not what you called smelly hell, boy.. this is Alexandretta Slum district, but you are right it
may as well smelly hell.. hehe.. cause it is stinks and all the people here are either a criminal or runaways" a man voice creeped to his ears from the side.
The boy lifted his head and saw a dirty man wearing dirty scarf covering his face, only his eyes and his nose bridge are visible.
"Alexandretta? Slum district?"
'Ugh.. my head.. why it hurts so much?' the boy thought while holding his head with both of his hands, he gritted his teeth and not making any sounds.
Few minutes later the pain subsided,
'So a remnant of my soul made it and merging with this dying little kid after trapped in time space distortion when Kairos Spitha activated, and I am thrown from a little crack that opened after the time turbulence happened inside the time space distortion, sigh.. father seems like you will wait a while longer for me to accompany you.. brother.." he thought, after a while "Well.. that is enough mourning Deamos, for now let's see our situation, the memory merging procces is hurts a lot, but let's organize the memories' he thought while he massage his temple.
'Hmm.. seems like this is a mortal world, I didn't know how long I am trapped in the space time distortion, my memory of it is very blurry and fragmented, and it seems in my memories my researchs is only left only with the early stages, the advanced project is blurry, let's not think about that for now. Let see what about this boy, hmm.. th boy name is also Deamos, Deamos von Hellriser, born in Greek year 4579 month 11 of the 5th day, war orphan, his father a retired blessed warrior Knight that has retired after he got heavily wounded after the spirit beast purge war, he then died in defence war between Alexandretta against middle-tiered high level spirit beast after he was forced to command the foot army, mother died soon after raped and killed in front of his eyes by a pig-like noble that barged into their house after the noble saw his mother beauty a few days after his father died, tsk..what a bastard, after that he was send to orphanage but he was chased out after the orphanage manager got payed by the pig-like noble, then after a series of escaping, stealing food, and unhealthy life conditions this kid dies and I my soul remnant possessed and merged with his, sigh.. kiddo, poor you. That's it for the background of this boy, and do these mortal can name their kids with God's name now? I thought that was banned few thousands years ago.. aish.. whatever.. I'll inheritor your body and get you a revenge, but before that..' he made a solemn face while he thinks, after organising the memories of two souls that merge, he looked to the man by his side "What?" Deamos asked the man,
"Nothing.. it really is interesting looking at your ever changing expression for a while there kiddo.. hahaha" the young man said and laugh.
Deamos eyes twitched after hearing what the man said, "Nevermind that, is there is a library here?" he asked while he thought in his mind 'I need information first to know my situation better'.
"Library?, do you think that slum have something that luxurious.. ha.. you better find something to eat first kid, your belly is rumbling for a while there, do you not even realize that?" said the young man with a slight mocking tone.
BRRRRRR
Deamos stomach rumbles, "Dammit, this is embarrassing" he mumbles with and his ears turned red.
"What so embarrassing about that?, almost everybody here the same situation. But say kid.. do you want a job? it's not hard, and I can pay you so you can buy some food" he said and asked to Deamos.
"Job? what job?" Deamos replied, "I need to fill my belly first before finding information.. sigh mortal body is troublesome" Deamos thought and sighed softly.
"Simple kid, there will be an expensive looking carriage is passing, your job is that you just go and stand in the middle of the road in front of this alley, leave the rest to me" the young man said.
After thinking for a while Deamos asked
"How much do I get?"
the man soon replied
"100 gold coins, you can buy some food, buy some decent clothes, get a bath, and pay Middle wall entrance fee, as well as the library fee"
"Eh?.. so much for halting a carriage?" Deamos surprised, because 1 gold is equivalent to 10 silver, and 1 silver equivalent to 10 copper, one only need 5 copper to buy a loaf of black bread according to his memory from the little 'Deamos'. He tilted his faced to the man and asked "Whose carriage?, do I will get implicated after this, or I will get silenced?"
The man seem suprised by the look of the expression of his eyes, but soon concealed it and harrumphed, "Hmph.. why ask so much questions, do you want or not? as for implication, I will just throw you to the road so that you can say someone have push you, after that you can run.. deal?" said the man, he suddenly look up to the other side building roof from the alley then he continues "Hurry up.. the carriage is coming"
"Tsk.. ok deal" just after Deamos said that the man grab him by the collar and throw him out of the alley just as a carriage is near the alley entrance.
"GYAAAAAAA!!!"
