4 The Mysterious Man

an overly excited girl greet me when I just open the door. The girl paired with braided brunette hair and face full of freckles, which only stood only at the height of my shoulder was a sight to behold. As I stare bewilderly toward the girl, a husky voice came over from behind the girl.

"Damn Fiora, how many times do I have to tell you we weren't hotel or sort and he's one of us" a tired sound older man came from behind the counter.

"But we do the same service as them isn't we? we provide longing, food and obviously an adventurer service. A good receptionist was needed for this kind of secto-..."

"Okay, okay I know, we talk about this already...shsssh, kid this days..." the old man grumble before signing me to follow him.

" You look healthy old man" I greet him with great familiar while walking together to upper floor. The old man was one of my old colleagues that already retired from adventuring. Known as battle ranger Jacob when he was active, the old man now managing the main branch of adventurer guild.

"Just like usual, training new personnel, managing this and handle stuff like that, nothing worth mention...oh but maybe this thing is different" the old man said nonchalantly.

"It seems you also doesn't know a thing huh" As I expect, the manager also doesn't know about the detail about the urgent request or what the thing inside the box.

" I may know something but it not unofficial..." the old said as his voice become lower.

"Prophecy had been made and the thing you carried was somewhat related" he added more.

Oh damn, really now. Is this things really important, I'm glad that nothing really happened.

The prophecy that old man said was prophecy that Royal family of Polowa have made by one of their members, Star Gazer Hermione. She is famous person that relatively, everyone in Polowa has already heard her name or one of her famous prophecy in the past.

In the end, the more than of 100 expert was gathered including the famous one like Archmage Truallian, Barbarian King Seed and King steel Vi'dor. They combine theirs power and smash that calamity into smithereens. From that on, the name Star Gazer Hermione became peoples talk and standing of Polowa kingdom increase among others countries.

"Not only you that get the urgent request, massive request came like a wave around this month and from my personal view, only Royals can mobilize that many peoples"

The man with the red eyes that seems glow quickly shut the door and signing us to take a seat at the prepared table. The man was at same height as me who 180cm tall. Wore a black robe but can't hide his muscular body and has red maine or hair same as his eye.

"Sorry for the hassle but it was necessary for safety" the man said and immediately stares at me. " Now, please give the box"

Without said anything, I take it out of my bag and gave him the box which he snatch it immediately. As I was surprised by the man action, he begin to check the box as if it was the most precious thing.

After he satisfied, he nodded at me and old man and quickly standing up before he begin to spin and poof, he gone.

I stare bewilderly at the man action from the start until finish and ask the old man.

"Hey old man.."

"I need a break for this"
