7 Chapter 7

Sorry for the late update college has been kicking my butt.

So she was an air mage...a person who can control air what would El I bet she'll be like an earth mage more like an all around one zoro said after a while "but what do you mean zoro" I thought "an all around means they can control every Element I mean she doesn't seem to possess any powers but we don't know yet" zoro said or more thought in my mind "but how could she have more than in Element I mean shouldn't everyone have only on Element other than that I don't know that overheat or something" I thought back "it's not common not terrible were cases before but they all had one or two Elements no more than that, so she'll definitely be different but she's already a princess so not that weird?" zoro explaineed back "oh okay" i replied "what" a voice said from behind me i raised my head to find the source "what did you say" i asked "well you were mumbling and i wanted to know what you were saying" El said...ooh shoot i need to control the talking with zoro "oh it was nothing i was talking with mysElf" i replied "well okay but Nic said to meet him behind that tree with our swords" I got my sword from marvEl and ran after El, Nic was looking around scanning the meadow, El had a devIlish look on her mind as she crept behind him but before she could step any closer Nic had his sword out to her neck "Nic Im El put your sword down" El said Nic put down his sword and printed in front him "Ben stand over there and part your legs shoulder length" I did as he said "know raise your sword and point it upwards" he continued then he pointed to the tree "know see this tree you have to hit it 50 times with all your might, and so do you El" we looked at him like he's crazy "but...but that tree is huge!" El stammered "no buts you have to be able to hit a hard hit or your enemy will have the advantage" he said leaving no place for an argument El moved and stood in front of a tree with the same posture as me she breathed in and out and slashed her katana the tree obviously didn't budge and she made a tiny slash "it's not bad but when we are done you'll do better maybe cut the tree down know Ben you know what to do" he said pointing to the tree I breath out and walk to a tree next to El and with all my might I raised my sword and slashed creating a slash bigger that El's I looked at it and groned "damn it I used a lot of energy and it's as tiny as a caterpillar" I said in frustration El huffed and pointed to her tree "at least it's bigger than mine" Nic came between us and pointed to both trees "these trees are hundreds of years old rain, earthquakes and wind tried to break them you aren't going to get them down with one slash, so keep slashing" then he walked away leaving me and El with a duty to kill this tree I raised my sword again and brought its down with all my might.

After 2 hours of tree slashing me and El were only 2 feet into the tree i hear El grunting then her body falling on the grass I slash on more time before I fall into the grass next to her "I'm tired" "me too and we almost did no damage" I said "slacking of already non the less let's go we need to keep moving" we look up to see Nic figure "but we just finished can't we rest for a second" "El you don't know who's on our tail we need to leave" and with that he left leaving us with a sour body "let's get up El let's go" I said struggling to get up " I'm hurt I don't wanna get up" she whined "let's go El we don't have all day" I said holding my hand out for her to grasp, we got up from the ground after Nic told us we needed to leave before the dybbuk find us, I pick up my sword and put it in its place while El looked at her katana with a glint of worry "what if the power gets to me, what if I become one of the those rulers that no one wants, what if I become what I mostly fear, what if I end up destroying what I'm helplessly trying to save...who will stop me if I can't stop mysElf Ben who?!" throwing the katana at the ground she looked up "what will you do?" I smiled "princess I'll be next to you guiding you in the right path and El you can't hurt a fly so how would..no how could you hurt thousands of people, El you are a good person and you'll be a great princess just trust your instincts," I said pulling her into a hug." let's go, darling, we don't want to be late," Nora said from behind "aaa! Nora, you scared me!" "Ya Nora a little heads up next time" I continued "ladies, Ben let's go, we might be followed, we need to get out of here" Nic called from the forest, we walked back to the campsite to find Nic feeding the horses and untiring then from the tree I walked over to help him "so...Do I have to marry someone to get the throne? That's bonkers" I heard El from behind "well that's the law Elizabeth, and what does bonkers mean?" Asked a puzzled Nora "bonkers… how do I say this… it means crazy. Out of your mind. Get it?" Answered El "oh! You mean lud!" Lady Nora exclaimed El was going to say something but Nic cut her off "ladies! the horses are done and could you please lower your voices so someone can hear you!" "Sorry" was heard from both ladies as they walked over to their horses Nic helping lady Nora on her horse while I see her struggling on getting on Eros "Um El do you need help ?" I called she stopped jumping and looked over "no I don't" she said glaring "El are you sure" I pressed "no I'm not sure but you are going to make fun of me" she pouted I chuckled and walked over to her side "are you ready?" I asked "yes" she mumbled I raised her off the ground and onto the horse "see, wasn't so bad was it" I laughed "I guess," she said.

We were running in the forest for about an hour before we heard Nora and El fighting again " for the love of God I'm not getting married for a god damn throne, I've lived without a throne for 16 years and I can live without it for another!" "Bit it's tElse princess you can't run away from it you need to get married or we won't have an heir for the throne" lady Nora exclaimed "the law can burn and die I'll change the law because I'm not getting Marie's when I am sixteen years old I want to get married when j am tray not because of some thrown" El exclaimed back and took of willing her horse to go faster than any of us, it took a split second to proceed what just happened before I Isis the same thing running after her damn it El no one is forcing you to do anything just come back "El where are you El you could be in danger just come out" I exclaimed after I arrived at a clearing, after awhile I hear hoove steps coming closer, "you gotta understand I don't want to get married" " I understand but el you aren't the same girl you were a few days ago, now you are really important for a lot of people including the kingdom you will have to rule with or without a husband at your side" I said carefully not wanting to upset her, slowly making my way to her from talking careful steps throw the dry grass "but what was I supposed to do let Nora tell me what to do or better let the dad that I never saw or knew existed boss me around, my mother told us that our dad was dead we were raised to think so, am I the only one that's like this or are my brothers the same this doesn't make sense" she ranted as I was going to answer her an answer she probably wouldn't like I hear from behind me a voice "your dad had an affair with your mother when his own wife died, and no your mother wasn't a cheater she wasn't married when she had you" we both jumped pulling our swords and pointing them at him "put those things down we all know you don't know how to use them so stop waving them around like they aren't weapons" Nora said behind him "sorry" we both said and but the swords back "let's go we can't stay in one place for long" nic stated "but were are we going" i said "we are going to the werewolf kingdom" nic said, they don't know my secret, I just hope they don't say anything.

It's been three hours and we passed by a town or two on our way to the kingdom, I remember this track from my last visit "how far are we" El asked, "we have two hours until then, and you should be focused on your studies we don't want you starting a war there, werewolves are very prideful people" nic spoke in a stern voice.

"No, I will not change my voice to a high pitch voice, why would I do that, that would seem weird besides my voice is not that bad" "I just think that you should have a princessly voice so the werewolves are not offended", "so you think that the werewolves are going to think my voice is not girly enough and get offended, okay!, but I am not changing it and if they have a problem they can suck it". These two have been fighting for the last half an hour "guys can you stop for god's sake, you have been fighting for ages, Nora, there is nothing with her voice and El respect Nora please and listen to her advice" I tried to reason with them so they could stop before my head exploded. I can see Nic giving me a thankful look after I stopped the fight, I smiled back.

We finally arrived and we were greeted by guards on the kingdom's gates "what is your purpose here mages" they said with a snarl Nic gets off his horse and "we are here on official kingdom business, we need to meet the alpha and luna" the werewolves snarled again "do you have an official note from the king of your kingdom" one of the werewolves asked, nic looked through is the bag and took out a case that had some rolled-up document in it, walking towards the werewolf guard with the document in his hand he said " this is an official note stating our purpose of this visit" the guard snatches it from the hand of nic and walked to the castle he kept walking further and further until we couldn't see his figure.

The guard came back after half an hour with another person dressed in what I think is royal attire, " this is the royal adviser he came to escort you to the alpha's quarters", "hello I am Leonard benjamin, I am the royal advisor when I bring you to the alpha you will be respectful and bow your heads we need not a massacre today, we are here to discuss a peace treaty, not how to start a war in 3 seconds" he continued talking while we walked inside the castle, looking around it was cool, to say the least I mean golden statues of past alphas lined the walls with the walls having a glitter shimmer to them..oh no I'm turning into El, we turn a corner and a big silver door is facing us "this is the office knock once and wait for an answer, I have a meeting so I can't say see you later and remember don't die" Leo said as he walked away. Nic walked up to the door and knock three times before stepping back "come in" came a booming voice, el opened the door and walked in, we followed behind El, shockingly she seemed the first to bow down, she stood up and the alpha gave her a nod and looked at us nick and Nora went first bowing down with grace and finally me, "I am guessing you are here to talk about peace between the kingdoms, well then leave me and the princess alone and we will discuss in peace about what we should do" el looked at Nora and nic in panic, she knew she wouldn't be able to say the right thing "but how would be able to trust you would do anything to her" I said, the alpha looked at me and sneered looking at el he said "you bring a wolf with you, why do you need the extra protection" "I'm sorry what werewolf, the only werewolf in this room is you, sorry for the disrespect" el stated "the boy is the werewolf I mean really the smell of him is strong at least one of you should've smelled it" he continued nic looked at me and incehd towards his sword, nora stood in front of el and el looked at me in confusion "what are you t;lking about i am a human not a werewolf" hoping for someone to believe me, i am not a werewolf i don't know anything about werewolf "leo is coming to get the werewolf and we will continue talking about this later" the alpha breaks the silence with his command el stepped out from behind nora and shields me from the alpha "ben is not going anywhere, i'm not leaving him, you can't take him away i don't trust you" the alpha looked a her and laughed "i thought i would be dead before i saw magi defend a werewolf" he looked at nick and nora "a princess you got there right" he continued "fine you can have ben with you but i will need to have a word with him i can't have a rough werewolf running around not good for the kingdom" "yes the princess can be there it's obvious you guys are protective of each toe"he continued before elizabeth was going to speak.
