It comes under the jurisdiction of ND-15 which is the 10 most powerful state. It is also said that the UNIVERSAL EMPEROR belonged from there. The highest lvl that have is a tier 5 mage. They also have 3 awakened mages in their younger prodigies. As for after that, their is one big H EMPIRE which is responsible for major happenings around the world. The ruler of the kingdom is a Divine being 2nd lvl mage who is rumored to have 2 ancient elements. But only divine management knows the truth." she explained carefully.

"that's a heck of people and powerful ones at that. Oh yeah, did I forgot to tell you that I now have 2 elements and chaos element only at tier 1." he said teasingly.

As the two were leisurely talking, Blake happened to pass by that area and the irony was, she saw them.
