8 7: Sun, Moon and Rainbow
"Congratulations" the doctors shook Tay's hand and left...
Tay just recalled the battlefield that he had inside the OT with the team of surgeons...... they had almost lost Gulf due to blood loss, but the doctors said that Gulf's sheer will of keeping his babies safe is what bought him back to life. Had there been no babies, Gulf would have long gone to the other side....
Beep, Beep, beep
Gulf woke up to a beeping noise, he looked around to see his family looking at him concerned
"He is awake " Tay announced as he proceeded to check Gulf's vitals, Gulf had been out for days.
"My baby, how did you get involved with the mafia" His mom hugged him
Gulf didn't say a word about what has happened as he didn't want to worry his family
"How are the babies?" Gulf asked Tay
"Healthy as ever, thankfully, but..." Tay stopped
"But what?, Tay don't scare me...How are my babies??"
"If you want to keep them, then you will be under the hospital supervision for the rest of your pregnancy "
"I don't mind" Gulf responded blankly, he had nothing more to lose than his babies, mew was not even his concern now
The rest of the day was spend with family and friends.... He was under one month of 24/7 supervision and then it was decreased... he could still go home
"Mom, I am fine in the apartment" Gulf didn't want to worry his family so he decided to stay at the apartment alone. He left the company after he gave Mild the notice, no one forced him or said anything to him
As of now Gulf had three important things to do.
- Taking care of his unborn children
- Completing his studies
- Proving Mew wrong, and that was not because he loved him but it was to prove the fact that he never lied and that it was all a set up
Months went by and Gulf grew larger like a whale, he had difficulty doing the most simplest task in life, he had no choice but to move back home........
The days were getting closer and Gulf was getting scared. He heard storied about childbirth from his mom and he was not impressed, he distracted himself by eating weird food combinations
Gulf and his mom were shopping groceries when Gulf started getting his contractions
"Mom, it hurts" was all Gulf said and his mom sped like crazy to the hospital, he was laid on the gurney and rolled in. Tay took in-charge of the case... he was his doctor

Tay recalled the day after the surgery when he was notified of Mew calling on to him
"Tay, whose kids are they?" Mew asked but Tay kept silent
"Tay, don't make me kill you" Even though threatened , Tay kept his mouth closed. Gulf had already risked enough, he didn't want Gulf getting hurt anymore
He knew that Mew had heard the word HIS before Gulf had screamed, but he also knew that Mew would not make any move until he had confirmed things
"Why don't you order your investigation like usual....." Tay almost mocked Mew "but stay away from him, you rejected him, you hurt him and you almost killed them, you denied your destiny, you cursed your fate, keep my words at the back of your head before you do anything" Tay got up and left the room, not wanting to look at Mew at all

Unfortunate for Gulf, his contraction were taking too long, so he had to stay in the room.
When the nurse checked for his dilation and knew that it was time he was rolled into the labor unit
"Aaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhhh" Gulf screamed at the top of his lungs. He couldn't take it anymore. Why did he not think of this before, it might have been a simple act of love and now he had to endure the pain that came along with it. He alone had to suffer. it always takes two to tango but why must only one suffer the pain, why him only. He knew it but he couldn't help it.....
"Mom, help me, this is too painful" Gulf screamed holding on to his mother's hands. He had watched videos about child birth but never though that it would be so painful...
"Gulf, you can do this, one more push, don't give up Gulf" His mom squeezed his hands
"Mom, I can't do this, Mom..........." Gulf sobbed as he spoke "Mom I really can't.."
"Don't give up now, you endured so long, it's only a matter of minutes, then it's all over" His mom reasoned with him
"Wannnn, wannn" A baby's cry filled the room making Gulf silence. The voice was music to his ears. He looked over the blue covers and spotted a baby in the nurses' arms. Rather then a beautiful sight it was a purple-blue colored baby and Gulf almost laughed when he felt another contraction come through, just when he though the hours of pain and pushing were over, he had to do it all over again and again, but the second time was easier and relatively quicker to the first one by the third he didn't care about the pain anymore, he just was so exhausted and wanted to get it over with, he has had his contraction for 24 hours and the birthing process took half-day, he was just done with his life..........
Hours later he was in his private room with three baby cots rolling in and he couldn't help but smile.....
"Aren't they the cutest" his mom rejoiced
"After all I gave birth to them" Gulf snickered as he tried getting up from the bed, but his stitches down there hurt like crazy so he remained in his bed
The nurse bought the babies to his bed. One by one placed them gently on his lap. He just smiled like crazy at them, not believing that a few hours ago he gave birth to them......
You are sunshine, my ray of hope and my clouds, forever I will cherish you, no one will take you away from me, Gulf said looking at the scarred hands that held the kids. The hands that were scarred by the father of his kids, his soulmate, his fated one.......
He didn't name them immediately, he had promised his friends so that they could help him name the kids...
Two sons and one daughter, what a perfect picture. Gulf knew that his sons would cherish their sister like there is no tomorrow and he would make sure that they stay away from the sight of their cursed father....Mew doesn't deserve an ounce of from his kids
The friends dropped by and played with the new born kids like babies. Apparently everyone had learned the baby language and went gogo and gaga with the babies.
Like seriously, where is the adult side of you all, you are all 21 years old, Gulf just shook his head
"Rainbow for girl, Sun and Moon for the boys" The boys decided unanimously and Gulf agreed as well, while the boys continued playing Win was getting queasy and emotional, he knew he was next
"Did it hurt?" He asked
"It will pass" Gulf could only laugh
"I am being serious" Win was also close so he was getting concerned
"Unlike you, I didn't have my mate to comfort me, I will be easier for you " This was the only time Gulf envied Bright and Win's relationship
"Boys, you have college tomorrow, you need to go home and sleep" Gulf announced
"It's only day one that you have become a mother and look at you act" Champ laughed
"Fine, fine, but if you need anything, we will be at your beck and call" the friends left. Gulf put the babies in the crib and dozed off, he knew this was the only time he could sleep. The world now revolves around the babies... you work according to their time schedules.
Lucky for Gulf, Mew made no appearance in his life at all... Did Mew not care at all??
Years passed by and the babies grew steadily, Gulf also successfully graduated his bachelors and on top of that he even completed Master's. It was not easy to do so with three kids but he managed to find time for everything in life..... he was proud of his achievement. His friends were even more proud of him.
It was the graduation day for the Master's students and Gulf was presented his degree, followed by Win as well, but the difference was Win was hugged by Bright as he came down the ladder, Gulf has no one, if only Mew liked him..... destiny is cruel.

3 five-year-old toddlers were running around the mall like what normal toddlers would do...
"Rainbow, Sun, Moon, come back to mommy, please" Gulf said and Rainbow immediately stopped and then ran back to Gulf.
Sun and Moon showed no sign of stopping their fanatics even after Gulf called them twice
"Sun, Moon, if you don't listen to mommy then there will be no ice cream" this didn't come out of Gulf's mouth rather from Rainbow's
Unlike what Gulf thought that Rainbow would be spoiled, she was head-strong unlike her brother. She was vocal and straight forwards and her brothers loved her to the core...
"Nooooo" Sun and Moon came running towards Rainbow and hugged her, they knew that they should never make Rainbow angry or all hell would break loose on earth. Who did she get the personality from.. Gulf wondered

"They look just like Mew, don't they" Tay said one day as they were having dinner with the friends, followed by Team punching Tay in the stomach. The word "Mew" was a taboo within the friend circle, but one couldn't deny the similarity, it was too obvious
"She on the other hand has your face" Team said pinching Rainbow's cheek trying to advert the discussion
"I am eating food here, Uncle Team" and the crowd laughed
She was the only female in the bunch of males that were having an outing.
Even Win gave birth to a cute baby boy and they named him New.... Tay and Bright decided that they would keep the syndicate out when they met each other as friends, only a handful of people at the table knew that they were mafia, and they decided to keep it this way....
"What about you? Boy or girl?" Champ asked pointing Team's expanded tummy
"Surprise, I am throwing a baby shower next week and you all have to come, you'll know then" Team winked and the rest of the day was all fun as the kids didn't let the adults sit in one place. Kids have too much energy......
Next week came in a blink of an eye. Team had everything prepared from the balloons to the cake to the poppers to the name it and it was there for the baby shower, basically Team went all out, just minus the alcohol. His policy was that if he can't have it, no one could....
Gulf and the boys were enjoying the party and so were the toddlers. The bell rang and Team went to open the door but Rainbow was quicker than Team and she opened it
"Who are you?" she asked with her hands at her hips
"I am uncle Mild" Mild said as he bend down face level to her, and extended his hand
"I don't shake hands with strangers " she said as she turned to the person next to Mild and almost growled at the back of her throat. She was getting upset with this person...
"Come in, come in" Tay said coming to the door and lifting Rainbow
"I though you said baby shower, how come the baby is grown up" Mild joked
"She is not mine" Tay laughed and then he abruptly stopped, shit he didn't think this through...
Gulf had avoided Mew for almost 6 years now and they were going to meet all because of his carelessness.. well whats done is done..
He pushed the door ajar and let the men in
"She resembles someone ....." Mild said as they were led to the main hall but Tay didn't say anything
"Yes, him....." Mild said pointing at Gulf and then stopped
What was worst was that the Vachirawit syndicate was in the same room as the Suppasit syndicate and both were the bosses. For all anyone would care, WWIII could start any moment now.
"You actually invited him" Mew was about to tear Tay to pieces
"Calm down, he is Team's friend, I couldn't say no to him, try to understand me" Tay reasoned
"Fine, only for your sake"
"Gulf" Mild said and went and hugged him
"Mild" Gulf hugged back, it was awkward but it is what it is, Mild never did him wrong.......
"Where are they? What is her name? She is so cute" Mild said pinching Rainbow who was standing in front of Gulf
Mew was staring at Gulf, it was 6 years ago when he last saw him, he had hurt Gulf, he knew nothing about his pregnancy and now there stood a child, a copy of Gulf in front of him...
"Don't look at my mom this way?" Mew was brought back to the reality, he looked around and then he looked down at the prettiest little girl glaring at him
"I hate you" she said as she walked away...
Mew felt a pang of hurt in his chest, he did nothing to her so how could she hate him...
The party started and a fizzy drink was opened, unfortunately it was aimed towards Mew and his clothes were soaked. He excused to get it cleaned, on his way back he bumped into someone. He looked at the fallen figure and lifted it ever so gently. He was shocked, he felt like he was seeing a reflection of himself. Who was this boy?
Mew walked in the room with Moon in his arms and the moment Gulf saw that he rushed to snatch his baby away from Mew
"Moon, come to mommy" Gulf said
"We need to talk" Mew said sternly
"You didn't listen to me 6 years ago and you expect me to talk to you. Let's walk our own way, don't talk to me and don't mess up my best friends party" Gulf turned around and left...
As the party progressed, it was kids verses adults...
"Moon will you talk to me" Mew said to the boy, "Moon do you like ice cream??" "Moon..."
"I am Sun, Moon is with mommy" Sun said getting annoyed and upset with Mew calling out the wrong name
Mew scratched his head in embarrassment. How many of them were there, he had no idea all he knew was that they looked like him........ they grew up wonderfully
"Don't talk to Sun" Rainbow came and tried to take Sun away
"You don't want to talk to daddy" Mew said the word daddy unconsciously, he had been feeling attracted to the kids....
"Our real daddy is dead" Rainbow said clearly "Papa Bright and Papa Tay are our daddies"
Every word out of Rainbows' mouth was like a needle pierced into Mews' heart... where did it all go wrong? He knew it better...... Better than anyone.....
The party went on and the balloons were burst, Team was have a girl, finally Rainbow can have a girlfriend, the most excited one was no one other than Rainbow...
It was bed time for the kids and all the four were placed next to each other as they slept. Finally an adults only time. Gulf was in the kitchen cutting fruits when he was interrupted.
"Their real daddy is dead?" Mew said
"Why do you care?" Gulf didn't want to talk
"I am their dad, ain't I" Mew spoke like as if he had uncovered a huge secret, like he was expecting Gulf to say yes, and smooch each other and get back together...the old Gulf might have.....
"Were you ever?...." Gulf left the sentence hanging
"They need to know....." Mew started
"Yeah right. They need to know that their dad almost killed them before they were born, that their dad hurt their mom because he didn't believe him or trust him, that their dad threw their mom to the side because he didn't believe in destiny, that their dad scratched the soulmate bond........ Mew let's stop, the list is long, I don't want to relive the past" there was pin drop silence, even the other boys just stared at them "I am happy with my babies, I am happy that you are no longer there in front of me, I am happy that I have people that trust me and love me for who I am, I am happy that they didn't get to know you, you denied their existence ...."
Mew couldn't say anything, he was lost.... No, he had lost it the moment he opened his mouth, Gulf was not the same anymore, there was no longer the older Gulf, he was gone
What had he done???? He couldn't even make amends. He had hurt Gulf badly, worse than anyone. He tried to fight off what was written. He took destiny in his hand...... he is to blame to everything..... his kids, no, they were his but at the same time not his.....if only I would have listened, what if, he would have looked into it further, what if, he had listened to Gulf, What if??
There were a million What if's in Mew's head but none answered the question that he wanted....no one could, no one would, he challenged destiny, he had to pay for it, wether by blood, sweat or tears... no one cared, no one will care as he cared for no one before...
*Destiny is destiny............. you don't play with it, it plays with you, love*
