1 Chapter 15

-Recap-

Y/n takes a bullet for Jungkook during a mission and is rushed to the hospital. Jungkook gives blood to y/n since she lost too much when she was shot and after a successful surgery, the mafia waits for y/n to wake up....

Y/n's POV

I slowly open my eyes. My vision is a bit blurry but it focuses after a few seconds. I see Yoongi and Jungkook with their heads down while both holding my hands. The other members are sitting on the chairs in front of me. None of them have realized I am awake. I smile to myself. I squeeze Jungkook's hand, giving him a signal that I am conscious and his head shoots up. He starts tearing up.

Jungkook: y-y/n?

Yoongi immediately looks up and stands up. All the others rush to my side.

Yoongi: y-y/n? C-can you s-see me?

I smile and nod, still tired. Yoongi falls to his knees and I try to get up, startled and worried but I wince in pain.

Jungkook: omg y/n.....

Yoongi: I-I thought I had lost you forever. Y/n, you scared me so much. I don't know what I would do if you didn't make it.

I smile.

y/n: Don't worry Yoongi. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.

Jungkook: Well now that I know you are ok, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!?!?!?! YOU COULD'VE DIED! YOU ALMOST GAVE ALL OF US A HEART ATTACK!!!!!

I laugh.

y/n: Sorry....

Jungkook: Don't you ever do that again. If there is ever a situation like that again and you do that, I will actually have a heart attack and die!

Y/n: ok ok ok. But no promises.

Jin: I'll go tell the doc that you are awake and so we can see when you can leave.

y/n: Thanks Jin.

Jin walks out the door and the girls all bend down and give me a big group hug.

Rose: We are so glad you are ok.

Jennie: Yeah we were all so worried.

Jisoo: You don't even know how much Yoongi and Jungkook were panicking.

Lisa: The doctor said it was a miracle you survived. You were shot three times and you lost way too much blood.

y/n: Sorry I made you worry guys.

Jimin: We are so gald you are ok.

Namjoon: We wouldn't know what to do without you.

The members give me a hug and Tae smiles.

Tae: Jungkook, you should be lucky you have someone that would go to the extent of taking bullets for you and risking their life for you. You don't find a girl like that everyday.

Jungkook smiles and kisses me on the cheek.

Jungkook: I know. I'm lucky I have y/n.

We hear the door open and we see Jin and the doc walking in.

Doc: Glad to see you awake, Miss Min. How are you feeling?

y/n: Feeling a lot better but I still have a lot of pain and drowsiness.

Doc: Ahh yes. Anesthesia is still is getting to you. You will need 3 weeks of proper rest which means no rough work, no carrying heavy things and not walking around so much. You can be discharged in about a week after we get some proper tests in just so we can make sure you are free to go home next week. You are very lucky, Miss Min. If Mr. Jeon hadn't given you blood, you wouldn't have survived. But thankfully, we had a successful surgery. I will be checking in everyday from now on and after a week, you will be free to go.

y/n: Thank you so much doc.

Doc: Of course. I'll see you Miss Min.

Members: Thank you doc.

The doctor bows and heads out.

Yoongi: Well sis, all you have to do is make it through one week and then you can go home.

Jin: And we stay with you the entire time.

Y/n: Thanks guys.

They smile.

Jimin: You guys will probably be hungry. We haven't eaten since we got here. Jin and I will go grab some food. I will get you some hot porridge for you too y/n. We will be right back!

Y/n: Ok thanks!

They leave and Rose starts talking.

Rose: So what happens if we have a mission? Y/n can't really do anything for about a month but we can't just leave her alone at the house even if there are guards and maids.

Jungkook: You guys can go and I can stay with her just in case then.

Yoongi: No you can't. You are the mafia boss so if there is a mission, you can't be absent. I only track so I can track at the mansion and communicate with you guys while I am still there. One of the girls can stay too.

Jennie: Yeah, we could switch off. Just depends on who is needed for the mission. Jimin or Jin or Hobi can stay with her too if Yoongi can't.

Jungkook: I don't know guys.

Yoongi: Unless we want to look weak without the mafia boss being present, Jungkook, you have to be there.

Hobi: With Jungkook being the boss, we have to have him anywhere at any time.

Jungkook: Ok fine. I know I can trust you guys to keep her safe but if anything happens, you have to let me know and I'll go at any cost, even if it means this mafia goes down.

I grab his hands. He immediately turns to look at me.

Jungkook: What is it? Do you need something? Does something bother you?

I was too tired to speak and so I just shook my head. I lifted my hand up to touch his cheek.

Y/n: Don't worry about me so much. I'll be fine.

Jungkook just lowered his head.

Jungkook: I could've lost you.

Y/n: I know but you didn't, right?

Jungkook nodded and I smiled.

Y/n: I will get better soon and then you won't have to worry so much so just hold on for just a little longer for me okay?

Jungkook: ok...

Y/n: Good.

-3 weeks later-

I got discharged from the hospital 2 weeks ago and I only have 1 week left of recovering. Jungkook and the other members have helped me and they won't even let me stand or lift anything up so much as a pen. They have had one mission so far and I stayed at home with Yoongi, Rose, and Jimin. I just woke up and I noticed that Jungkook wasn't next to me like usual so I woke up and I started down the stairs where I heard noises. When I reached the end of the stairs, I guess they heard me cause they all looked over and Jungkook immediately stood up.

Jungkook: Did my beautiful angel sleep well?

Y/n: Yep. I slept like a baby.

Jungkook walked over to me, kissed me on the cheek and lifted me up bridal style. He placed me carefully on the couch and put my head on his lap.

y/n: Since you guys are talking, do you want me to go and make breakfast?

All: No! Don't move!

I laugh.

Y/n: ok ok ok! I won't move!

Jin: Ummm actually.... we have something to talk to you about. Well, Jungkook does.

Y/n: What are you talking about?

Jungkook looks tense but he gets up and stands in front of me. I sit up from my laying position and look up at him. He looks nervous.

Jungkook: Actually y/n....

Then..... he gets on one knee and pulls out a beautiful diamond ring. I gasp and tears form in my eyes.

Jungkook: Y/n, I've loved you since the day I first saw you. You have always looked back at me with loving eyes and a loving heart. You have always cared for me and loved me like no one has before. I want to spend the rest of my life with you and grow old with you. I will give up everything I have if it means being with you. I love you so much y/n. So.....

y/n.... will you marry me?
