It was Saturday, I already asked permission from Cross to buy another set of the lastest games I am patrionizing. He permitted me but my annoying maid will accompany just like the last time. As if I did have the choice.
I drove my car and my annoying maid was with me. She was looking outside the windows of my car and didn't look at me. I had notice this past few days, she was not in her usual self. Something was changed in her and he was more obedient and more serious.
After an hour driving, we arrived at the mall and I directly went to the shop where I can buy my latest games. She was following me without hearing a word from her and I also noticed that she was not talkative anymore.
I already bought my latest games and I rushed to my favorite coffee shop where I usually eat my favorite food with lot of cheese. She was waiting outside the shop and didn't follow me inside.
I didn't mind her anymore and focused on eating as my order arrived.
Meanwhile, Diamond was waiting for his boss and she was just standing near the coffee shop. She took distance these past few days because of that incident. She should be civil about her work and shouldn't build rapport. Her realization became clearer and she knew her place afterall.
He never expected anymore from his boss because the fact was, she was a maid and she will do her best in her job and will not put any expectations because all this time, shallow feelings were beginning to transform into something else. And she didn't want to hurt herself because of these.
While still waiting for his boss, these three girls saw her and then approached her right away.
"Yahoo! Dia". Savannah called her out.
She was suprised that her classmates from high school were all at the mall. They came closer to Dia and asked her what she was doing in the mall.
"H-Hi". She greeted them and smiled.
"Having fun?" Rosie asked her.
"W-Well. It's great though". She lied.
"Oh by the way, why did you go home at the party last time? You didn't even inform us". Said Celestine.
"I was not feeling well Celestine. So I decided to go home". She then again lied.
"Oh I see. We are going to the salon Dia. Wanna join us?" Savannah invited her.
"I don't have the luxury Savannah however just enjoy".
"Why? Are you waiting for someone? A boyfriend?" Savannah suspiciously asked Diamond.
"N-No Savannah! You're mistaken".
"Oh! I remembered during high school that there was this guy who courted you. What's his name? C-Casper Ace Houston. Right! That's him".
"Stop it Savannah. He didn't court me. He was just a playboy and a jerk".
"You're indeed right. We are all victims of that badass". And they laughed about recalling those memories from their high school years.
"But he was serious about you Dia. He really liked you that time". Rosie exclaimed about the fact that playboy truly liked Dia back then.
"That was a shallow excuse Rosie. He's more of a dumbass and a jerk. Let's not talk about him. His someone that I don't want to see".
"But he's a hottie you know. He's taking up Architecture at West Gates University right now". Celestine commented.
"Yah! I should have given him a chance that time". Savannah added.
"So what university are schooling right now Dia." Rosie asked.
She was lost for words and that was unexpected.
"You know, you're famous back then and you're in the top ten I mean top four of the class. So you really studying in a top school". Rosie recalled that Dia was popular during their high school years.
"Yup! We're studying Tourism in New Heights right now. And you know, New Heights was a very famous university in the city". Savannah bragged about it because not many students can study at New Heights because it was expensive to get there.
Diamond felt lowly in front of her three classmates. In fact, she was working as a maid and she didn't able to attend school because they were poor.
"I-I'm working right now". She just uttered.
"Working?" The three of them loudly said in unison.
"Yes! I'm working right now and I'm not studying in a university". She truthfully confessed.
"What!" The three of them loudly said again in unison.
"Actually I-I'm...". She can say that she was working as a maid in the mansion of Robinson because his boss will get angry at her. So she will be lying again although she wasn't comfortable about it. "I'm working as a Cashi-"
She didn't finish what she was about to say because his boss called her out.
"Diamond!" That was the first time his boss called her in her name. All the time, his boss just call her hey or annoying so she was a bit surpised when she heard that. That was something new.
Her boss came near them and Savannah, Rosie, and Celestine was shocked and dumbfounded when they saw Hans Seighfreed Robinson in front of them together with Diamond.
"W-What's the meaning of this?" Savannah's voice became high-pitch and couldn't believe what was happening right now.
"S-So Hans is your boyfriend and you mean that you are working, working as a girlfriend of Hans Seighfreed Robinson?" Rosei startled in her words.
"My god Dia. You're amazing. We were rejected by Hans and yet, you two are having a relationship. Gee! That was incredible!" Celestine was still in awe.
Diamond was only looking at her boss and seriously her high school classmates freaked out like that.
Girlfriend! In Relationship! NO! NO! NO WAY!
"Don't get the wrong idea girls. I am working as a maid, a personal maid for Sir Hans". Diamond admitted what was really the real score.
"WHAT!" And the three of them was hysterical.
"Let's go! They're nosy and annoying like you". Hans exited.
"I'm sorry girls. My boss needs me now. I will explain to all of you some other time and let's keep this as a secret". Diamond followed his boss and left the girls who were still in awe.
"T-That was unbelievable". Uttered by the three of them who couldn't still process the situation.

After that meet-up, Hans and Diamond went to the parking lot of the mall and they were about to go home when Hans asked her annoying maid.
"Do you know that three girls?" He seriously said.
"Y-Yes Sir Hans. They were my classmates in high school, friends to be exact". She replied with shyness in her voice.
"What a small world? And that was you called friends?" His tone was sarcastic and meant something.
"They treated me nicely back then Sir Hans. And they were kind so we're friends afterall".
"Don't make me laugh. It doesn't mean they treated you nicely and they were kind to you. You can call them friends. That's a lame reason". His words began to get sharp and as always he really looked down Diamond.
"So what are you pointing out this time Sir Hans?" Diamond asked seriously.
"You really don't get it? That's a shitty friendship!"
He was really heartless and his words were always daggers from your heart. It was hurtful all the time.
"Shitty friendship? I know you have bad experiences about that so called friendship but don't compare my friendship to yours because they were different afterall. My friends were kind and nice and they were all sincere". Diamond's voice loudly changed when she heard that his boss called their friendship shitty.

He was being pointless and he always believed what he needed to believe. I didn't speak a word because I can't win from him. He had his reason and I can't change what were his thinking and ideals in life.
He drove the car going to the mansion with silence between us. He once insulted my parents, he insulted me in front of him. Now, he was still doing the same and he insulted my frienship. What more he will do? He's too much! He was really heartless!

I'm almost done with all my works this day but I still cannot forget how sharp his words and how then again insult my friendship.
Tomorrow will be my day off so I will breathe fresh air and will try my best to forget what had happened.
He was really heartless and I felt that he was becoming more cruel day by day. I thought that he changed but that was false assumption.
Without knowing, I fell asleep having these heartaches deep within me. I will widen my patience again and will understand him more although it was getting suffocating and harder to breathe.
Tears formed at the end of my eyes because all my life he was the worst and heartless person I had ever known. And if someday, I didn't want to cross path or know him if I ended my job here. I will forget these bad experiences and these nightmares that once happened in my life. That was in my mind and that was I am feeling.
And in the future, I didn't want to know him because it was so painful knowing him afterall.
