4 Chapter 04: Five years

Just as Luffy dove a bit deeper, he was shocked to realise he could actually breathe underwater.

" Fuck, i can even breath and talk inside the water. AWESOME...." with his eyes wide open, Luffy felt like water is no different than land for him.

Then Luffy tried to transform into a dragon for the first time. At this moment Luffy's body seems to undergo a unique transformation.

His bone structure started to change and he transformed into a ten meters long creature. He looked down and found out that he had now four claws with each having nine toes.

" Thi... this is real, i am really turned into a dragon. Hahaha..."Luffy laughed like a maniac after seeing his new transformation.

He had ice-blue coloured pointed crystal horns on his head and his body was covered with silver-blue fish scales. Blue gems were all over his back glowing with silver-blue light and two beautiful massive wings were attatched behind his back. His stomach was like a massive clamshell. Overall his dragon form was very beautiful.

Luffy slightly moved his body and he could already travel a distance of twenty meters within a second.

" Looks like currently i am only a baby dragon."

said Luffy with visible excitement. But when a fish swam past his body, a notification popped out in his mind.

Luffy nodded in understanding. So he must level up to evolve his body. He swam very fast and reached the Frogfish in a flash and devoured it whole.

" So i just have to devour them. " A tinge of excitement flashed past his eyes after hearing the notification.

" Then let the grinding begin. " Luffy was very excited. There was a massive amount of sea creatures around him. So he started heading deeper and further from the shore.

After grinding for five hours his excitement died down and Luffy left the sea. He wore his clothes and went back to his house.

He levelled up to level 4 after devouring the surrounding sea creatures.

Luffy ate a simple meal as he was hungry and directly went to sleep. He was really exhausted because of all his activities.

{ 5 years later }

Currently, in the forest next to the Foosha village, one could see a male youth figure running up the trees and jumping from branch to branch, with his nacked upper body.

The boy was obviously our protagonist Monkey D. Luffy who was currently training his powers.

His looks haven't changed that much since five years ago, other then getting taller and his hair growing longer. He has made up his mind to not to get a haircut because he did plan to look like the original Madara Uchiha.

How could he not? He thought it was cool and pretty badass. If there was anyone who could pull off the long haired anime look without looking so feminine, then it was definitely the Ghost of Uchiha, Madara Uchiha.

For the past five years, Luffy had been training his powers with the best of his ability and understanding.

He started training like a ninja after unlocking his chakra. Due to his all elemental affinities, he could learn every types of Justus, except specific bloodline arts.

During the first year of his training, he focused solidly on his chakra control. Doing the basics exercise, tree walking and water walking. At first it was pretty frustrating as he kept drowning, but after practicing continuously, he could easily walk and run on water with no trouble at all.

Now jumping from branch to branch on trees that were colossal in size, Luffy was maneuvering through all the obstacles that he set up for himself, while shooting Kunais towards the moving targets that were hanging by the branch.

He seemed so focused as he easily moved through the obstacles while his three Tomoe Sharingan active.

Finishing, he went to go check the targets. Most of them were hit perfectly and only a couple actually hit straight in the middle. It was to be expected that he didn't get a perfect score, because there was no one to guide him during his mistakes.

In these past years Luffy met all the characters form canon like Curly Dandan, Ace,

Makino, Woop slap etc. He really loved Makino's cooking.

Garp also came back time to time for checking him. Overall he really likes to spend time in this small village.

But Luffy had decided to set off tomorrow on his journey. Luffy also practiced his swordsmanship during these past years.

After finishing his training he walked back his wooden house and arrived at his living room.
