"Why are you both so mesmerized by this small display?" Madara's words jolted the two girls back to reality.

Utahime gazed upon the desolate, drought-ridden land, devoid of any signs of life, and found herself at a loss for words.

If this was considered a small scene, then her previous battle with the Cursed Spirit seemed insignificant in comparison.

"The transformation of your Technique power, releasing those flames... Is that your innate Technique?" Utahime's curiosity got the better of her as she finally mustered the courage to ask.

Madara had unleashed a massive wave of flames from his mouth, a feat that ordinary individuals without Cursed Energy would never be capable of.

Utahime had been attentively observing every move of Madara, ensuring not to miss a single detail.

Utahime couldn't recall seeing Madara wielding any Cursed Tools or relying on them to release the flames. In her understanding, even though she couldn't detect any traces of mantras, she could only attribute it to a type of Technique she was familiar with.

"I don't possess any Techniques. As you can see, I don't have any Cursed Energy, nor was I born with any innate Techniques," Madara calmly explained, placing one hand in his pocket while nonchalantly extending the other by his side.

Despite gaining the power of the template, his body still lacked any trace of Cursed Energy. In this "Jujutsu Kaisen" world, to anyone's eyes, the outcome exhibited by Madara would appear as the result of an ordinary individual without Cursed Energy. Of course, when it came to strength, that was an entirely separate matter.

"No Cursed Energy?!" Utahime exclaimed, taken aback by Madara's revelation.

Mei Mei, on the other hand, seemed unfazed by the situation and didn't feel the need to hide or conceal anything.

Madara, wearing an expression of indifference, took over the conversation.

Having experienced Madara's abilities firsthand and Madara getting 35% of his power, the Madara now possessed a sense of superiority and arrogance, typical of someone who holds immense strength.

"I understand that you may not be familiar with these terms, so allow me to explain beforehand... The power I possess is known as Chakra, and the technique I just demonstrated is called ninjutsu, specifically a fire release ninjutsu that can extinguish flames."

Madara emphasized that the power he wields has the potential to reshape the world's dynamics, even though these concepts might be new and unfamiliar to others.

After uttering those words, Madara turned away and walked off, leaving Utahime and Mei Mei in a state of shock.

The idea of changing the world's pattern seemed unfathomable to both Utahime and Mei Mei. If anyone else had expressed such a notion, they would have dismissed it as mere fantasy.

For thousands of years, the Jujutsu division has been engaged in a relentless battle against Cursed Spirits and Curse Users. However, the general public remains oblivious to this hidden world.

In the current era, the pressures of society have intensified due to the influence of the neon bubble economy. This has resulted in a surge of Cursed Spirits emerging from people's deep-seated negative emotions, while the activities of Curse Users have become increasingly rampant.

As a result, the Gojo family emerged with the unique ability known as the "Six Eyes," granting them the eye like a boundless sky. Gojo Satoru was born into this family to maintain balance within the Jujutsu world alongside Mei Mei.

With the power of the sky in his eyes, Gojo Satoru fearlessly faced both unscrupulous Curse Users and the ubiquitous presence of Cursed Spirits. They held no threat to him.

The birth of Gojo Satoru marked the arrival of "the strongest." In his youth, many individuals from various backgrounds sought to claim the promised reward of 100 million by capturing him. However, they were petrified and unable to move under the weight of his intense gaze.

As a result of his intimidating presence, numerous Curse Users vanished from existence.

The overwhelming power of the Six Eyes allows Gojo Satoru to surpass any adversary in the world.

If Utahime and Mei Mei were asked to choose someone capable of shattering the current structure of the Jujutsu world, their unwavering answer would undoubtedly be Gojo Satoru. They held this belief firmly before encountering Madara.

They would adamantly deny any other possibility.

However, their perspective has now been altered.

In light of Madara's arrogant words, neither of the two women harbored any inclination to refute him. Even though their interaction with Madara had been brief, those two encounters had repeatedly challenged their perception and understanding.

Now, they found themselves questioning their previous certainty and opening themselves up to the possibility that there might be more to the world than they had initially believed.

In the hearts of Utahime and Mei Mei, Madara, who was roughly their age, had already earned a place among those with exceptional strength. They even began to compare Madara with Gojo Satoru, the possessor of the "Six Eyes" and renowned as "the strongest."

A sense grew within them that Madara might not be defeated even in a confrontation with Gojo Satoru.

However, there was something Mei Mei and Utahime were unaware of, or rather, something they subconsciously chose to ignore—

Madara's words were not limited to the Jujutsu world.

He spoke of something grander—the entire world.

"Wait! What is your name?" Utahime suddenly snapped back to reality and called out in the direction Madara had departed, eager to inquire about his name.

However, as Utahime shouted, Madara's figure, already on the horizon, vanished from her sight.

"It seems I'll have to ask next time," she muttered, slightly disappointed.

"To be honest, I'm also quite curious about someone like him," Mei Mei remarked, her slender hand resting on her waist. Her eyes sparkled with genuine interest.

An existence like Madara, even if unheard of before, couldn't be dismissed lightly. Once it made an appearance, it would undoubtedly leave a lasting impact.

Mei Mei had a strong intuition that it wouldn't be long before she encountered this enigmatic, proud, and immensely powerful young man once again. She anticipated their paths crossing in the not-so-distant future.

"It has to be him," Utahime thought to herself, as Madara had left a profound impression on her in such a short time. She made up her mind that the next time they met, she would definitely ask for Madara's name.

Simultaneously, she planned to gather any information about Madara once they returned to Jujutsu High School. Utahime was determined to uncover more about this intriguing individual.

"Just as we've eliminated the Grade 2 Cursed Spirit, our mission is considered accomplished. We can head back," Utahime's voice trailed off as her gaze swept across the desolate and scorched earth.

Her clear eyes widened, a realization dawning upon her a little late. She had just noticed something of great significance.

Utahime's movements became slightly rigid as she looked at Mei Mei, who also wore an awkward expression. They exchanged a brief glance, both realizing the same thing.

"The barrier!" Utahime exclaimed, her voice filled with concern.

As Jujutsu Sorceror, they were accustomed to setting up a protective barrier called [Curtain] whenever they engaged in combat against Cursed Spirits. This barrier served to shield their activities from the view of ordinary people and prevent any harm from reaching them.

However, in the midst of their encounter with Madara and the subsequent astonishing events, they had completely overlooked the crucial task of setting up the protective barrier.

The appearance of Madara, an extraordinary and unbelievable being, had captivated their attention to the extent that they had neglected their usual precautions.
