Enhanced Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan

At a distance, a hidden clone of Madara Uchiha, disguised as a regular passerby, watched. He had been sent by the main body to monitor the situation and the combat capabilities of a mere wood clone against a Super.
Several hundred meters away, a single, black-haired beauty stood against more than a dozen gang members.
"Well, hello there," the man standing at the foremost of the gang spoke. "An unexpected visitor?"
"Igor, the supposed 'B ranked' gang leader of Blood. Although the information seems a little outdated now," The beauty spoke, anger flickering across her face.
"You seem to know of me. Someone of your strength in the city, how come I've never seen or heard of a beauty like you?"
"I'm here to kill you parasites of the world, starting with your little gang of miscreants," The girl brought a sword in front of her.
The man adjusted his suit, briefly glancing down.
The action, virtually inconspicuous, did not escape the eye of Madara. The man looked down for a split second; a blue reflection shone across his shades.
'That is...' Madara started.
The fight progressed somewhat to his expectations. However, amidst the fight, he suddenly detected an enormous energy signature heading his way. Before it entered the range of the battle, however, the figure suddenly stopped, before... simply doing nothing.
Madara's eyes narrowed.
Several minutes later, his wood clone began legitimate signs of struggle against the A-ranked super. His power had been higher than he had predicted, and his ability to crush buildings into rubble with his gravitational power was strong. Even if the clone had held back, the gravity super's ability to shut down Deep Forest Emergence was impressive, as its power was still a high S rank jutsu.
And Madara knew that Igor was holding back... stalling the fight, waiting for something, or someone.
'They are attempting to plot against me, Madara Uchiha? How fascinating.'
And as expected, the moment before Hashi was destroyed, the hidden super immediately appeared, stopping the strike.
Their plan had been virtually perfect. A beautiful superhero stops an evil villain from taking a girl's life, wanting revenge. No one would suspect that they could be in cohorts with each other.
That is, if they were against anyone other than Madara, the former God of Shinobi.
☙☙☙☙☙ <Present>
"Shhhh..." She swept Hashi off her feet into her arms. "You're safe now."
"Who are you?!" Igor yelled out in surprise. He had been so close to killing his target, who dared to hurt him.
The woman turned back towards him as she began walking away, her glorious gold aura in maximum output, as it virtually shoved aside Igor's black aura-like light to the shadows.
"How dare you... ignore ME!" As he threw his arms forward, Igor yelled out, an elongated black hand emerging from his own as it flew towards the golden woman.
However, what happened next surprised the clone of Madara.
The woman threw a simple backhand slap at the black hand without turning around.
CRACK! BAM!
A loud crack emerged from the air as the hand landed, and a white circle of air immediately formed around the point of contact before bursting outward. Most of the black hands were instantly obliterated, while the air displaced from the force of the backhand slap sent Igor flying several blocks away through several layers of concrete. He was out of the fight.
The slap accelerated past the sound speed before making contact with the fist.
"Boss!" Igor's goons immediately reacted before racing towards where he crashed. None even thought of challenging the new super before them for a moment.
'Incredible. What tremendous physical strength and speed.'
She had not used a jutsu to move instantaneously but accelerated her body to such a speed that her fist broke the sound barrier. Even more impressive, her fist did not explode on contact but remained without a scratch—all while standing still.
'She completely outmatches the Raikage in all aspects... no. Forget the Raikage, perhaps all of the Kage of our era. A power casually on the level of a shinobi utilizing all eight gates...'
Madara had to admit that he would lose against someone of her caliber without obtaining Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan or Rinnegan. Although, he had no intentions of fighting her straight on, at least, not yet.
The woman looked down at Hashi, whose mouth was agape as she saw the spectacle. She was in utter awe, or at least, the woman thought.
"Oh, I haven't introduced myself yet, have I?" The woman smiled radiantly, her smile washing away all of Hashi's worries. "I'm Stella, England's strongest super."
"England's strongest super... you're S rank," Hashi spoke wide-eyed.
"That's right!" She said, her face kind with a warm smile. "I saw you fight; you're pretty strong! Hell, I'd say you have the potential to be as strong as that other guy."
"Y-You really think so?" Hashi said, perfectly imitating what Aiko had said to Madara years ago.
"Of course, why would I lie? Anyways, I'll take you to the nearest station," Stella said before pausing a moment as if waiting for a reply.
"W-Wait!"
Stella turned toward Hashi, her face confused.
"I-I have nowhere to go... could you take me with you? Y-You said I had potential; maybe I could join your super agency or something... I'm fine with just working at the front or something!"
Stella's face looked troubled. She paused before speaking. "Don't you have parents waiting at home? You're still young; you probably still have school!"
"No... I don't have anyone and don't go to school..." Hashi said quietly.
"Oh... is that so?" Stella turned away for a moment.
Madara's clone, from a distance, saw a smirk growing on Stella's face.
She turned back towards Hashi, her face full of worry, the smirk present just seconds earlier gone completely.
"I can find you a little something to do, of course, if you're willing. If you join, it'll be a big commitment since it could involve secrets the public can't know," Stella said, her face serious.
"I'm fine! J-Just, let me help you, my savior."
"Are you sure you want to agree so quickly? I'll give you some time to thi-"
"No! I'm ready. Please, accept me."
"Alright! Then it's settled!" With Hashi still in her arms, Stella vanished from the spot, the ground beneath her disintegrating from the force of the jump.
Madara's shadow clone, hidden several hundred meters away, vanished with a poof. He had already gathered valuable information from this exchange.

In the Uchiha Mansion Training Chamber, surrounded by hundreds of clones, a figure dressed in a dark purple cloak with red plate armor stood, his long, spiky hair flowing behind him.
His outfit was not due to his transformation jutsu but from the Academy. His outfit had been completed. It had been shipped straight to the mansion.
It was a superior version of his old armor, even if it looked the same on the outside. Microscopic weavings from the polyethylene and graphene armor gave the fabric a smooth appearance, its strength several times stronger than before.
However, his outfit was not of importance. After all, it was time for the advancement of his dojutsu, his Mangekyo Sharingan. After months of constant utilization of Sage Mode: Zokyo Energy Susanoo

The exchange of eyes with my brother must have awakened enough of the Sharingan Bloodline within me. This also explained how EMS awakened. It was not necessarily a blood sibling with whom one had to exchange eyes, but someone with a similar enough bloodline to help strengthen your existing one.
I immediately sat down before eagerly hitting the 'Y.' Chakra began pooling in my eyes before pouring into the rest of my body. The chakra within me bubbled with power as it increased due to the advancement of my kekkei genkai.
My chakra was now at the level of the 4-tails, Yonbi, a moderate increase from before.
I slowly opened my eyes. The pattern in my eyes remained the same, other than three black lines that connected the Sharingan circle to the outer edges of my eye. The black shuriken shape remained.
Additional system notifications began popping up as the transformation into my Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan (EMS) was completed.

"AHAHAAHA! If I had known I could pick two more abilities, I would not have weighed the options so much," I laughed madly. "Isn't this just a little too ridiculous?"
Once again, thousands of more Mangekyo abilities appeared, my eyes widening as I kept flipping through them.
This time, it was not because of surprise but because I realized the possibilities it offered. I began searching for a particular Mangekyo ability that I had once ignored because of my limited options.
'Found it.'

[Amaterasu] and [Honokaeru] were the best choices. [Amaterasu] had already been a top choice considering its strength was on par with [Zokyo], and now that I could choose two more, I went with the option that synergized the best with my abilities.

Only one word could describe it.
'Exquisite.'
Once again, massive surges of chakra poured into my newly obtained Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. A series of black lines began forming on top of my existing dojutsu patterns. My eyes, which had been my former EMS, and an additional shuriken pattern overlayed on top, changed once more.
Suddenly, my body began shaking. My chakra shook wildly, and the Hashirama cells that had been perfectly integrated began interfering with my newly formed eyes.
However, instead of feeling apprehensive, the smile on my face only widened. I eagerly accepted the Asura chakra from the Hashirama cells as it traveled up my perfect chakra pathways directly into my EMS.
Several hours passed, and my body finally eased down. One of the clones looked at me before vanishing into smoke. I absorbed its memories, and I saw what it had seen.
Sitting, surrounded by hundreds of clones, the clone saw me calmy, meditating. Dressed in my familiar red plate armor, my long black hair contrasted nicely with the new outfit.
However, that was not my focus. It was my eyes.
My eyes now had a slight purple tint, with a nearly invisible ripple pattern underneath.
I had already begun unlocking Rinnegan.
