Jake was in Eddie's office when Rose called him to cancel their meeting. Noticing his gloomy face, Eddie secretly thought that it's time to execute #Step 02. So, she straightened herself & called out, "Jake, if you're free today, let's go out. Since the last fashion week, I've been in my office, & had no chance of going out. Besides, I can't concentrate on my drawings."
"Are you implying that you want inspiration for your drawings", Jake raised an eyebrow.
"Exactly!! You're the best!!",Eddie jumped up from her seat & began shoving her sketchbooks & pens inside her handbag, "Well, you can bring someone along if you want."
"Nope, I'll go with you."
Eddie was filled with joy. Her mission was #Step 02. "Create an unexpected date!"
After they boarded her car, she said, "Let's go to the amusement park for reminiscing our old days."
"Sure!", Jake smiled. Ah! That smile was enough for her to die. 😌

30 minutes later
Eddie drove the car into the parking area. #Step 02 starts now!

Ah! she did it! She finally wrote for Daniel. She named it "Let's go". She was busy rejoicing when her plate of omelets appeared before her, & Daniel was busy peeking on her diary. She quickly hid it & flashed an innocent smile. He raised an eyebrow, "What're you trying to hide?"
"Surprise!", she smirked. 😏

Amusement Park
After roaming around for an hour, Eddie dragged Jake into one of the cafeterias in the park. They found themselves a quiet corner. After placing their orders, Eddie sketched some designs she had in her mind. While she was sketching, she didn't notice Jake staring at her in a daze. When she looked up, he was still in a daze. So, a bit of confusion crept in her mind & she called out, "Jake?"
"Huh?", Jake held her gaze for a while before the waiter interrupted their stare. Both of them looked away with flustered faces. No wild thoughts! Jake reprimanded himself.

30 minutes later
Both of them slipped out of the cafe. Eddie hunted her handbag before pulling out her car keys. Moments later, she found herself pulled by a strong arm. Her head hit against something hard but warm & her nose thrashed against it.
"Ouch!"
"Are you okay?", up came Jake's voice & she looked at him. she was almost being hit by a moving bike. She blinked a few times while he found this expression of her quite cute. He leaned in closer & she narrowed her eyes in confusion.
*SMOOCH*
Eddie was startled beyond confusion. Her eyes were filled with question marks. Many exclamation marks hung over her head. Did I already manage to make him fall for me? No! It's too early, right?
But...is he drunk? Nope! We didn't drink any intoxicant. Then, why?! Her thoughts started to run in wild imagination. Before she could understand anything, a sudden warm feeling engulfed her lips & found herself being lifted up in the air. What on earth was going?! 🤯 Her head was exploding! Why did he suddenly start kissing her?
Not getting any response from her, Jake looked up in confusion. He saw the girl with a surprise written on her face. Without thinking much, he leaned in & began devouring her lips. Finally, Eddie found herself responding.

Alice was busy listening to her Dad's song when the music was interrupted by the sudden ringing of her phone. An unknown number flashed on her screen. Thinking of the many possibilities, she answered it.
"Hello?"
"Am I speaking to Miss Buds."
"Yes?"
"I'm Director Crook's assistant."

Her heart almost jumped to her throat hearing the name Crook. Isn't he that music director holding auditions. The auditions she participated? After calming herself, she spoke again, "Nice speaking to you. May I know the reason for your call?"
The assistant didn't go about in circles, "Your lyrics & voice have been selected for the music video. Congratulations on your first debut single. We'd like to sign the contract ASAP. "
"Oh...sure!"

Alice sat in a daze before realization hit her hard on her face. After some thought, she picked up her phone, & began typing & attaching some files.

After she's done she called Daniel to give him the good news, "Hello Daniel!"
Daniel caught the amusing tone of her voice and replied, "What's up?"
