A celebrity stalker

Alice kept her eyes on the mysterious-looking guy through his reflection on the picture windows of the stores she was passing by. She knew that this guy had been following her since she entered the Titan store. Luckily, she had bought a stylish wristwatch for her Danny boy. It had its strap made of gold and platinum while the numbers were shown with diamonds studded in their places. When she saw it, she was like, 'Wow!'

But, right now, her primary focus was on how to deal with that guy. She suspected that he was a potential stalker.

Tin tan tin...

She snapped out fo her daze when her phone blurted out message alerts. There were two messages as indicated. She took a glance at the guy through the reflection before she inlocked her phone. The first one was from Daniel, 'Where are you?'

'At the mall', she replied as she sent him her locations.

'Shall I send you a car?'

'Yeah, but I drove here.'

'Don't worry. I will send someone to retrieve it if you trust me with the keys.'

'Of course.'

Alice took a glance at the other message. It was from an unknown number. She saw the message that appeared without clicking on it, 'Wanna hang out?'

She dared not to open it as she knew it was from a stranger. Moreover, what she saw in the reflection confirmed her doubts. The guy was glancing at her and then at his phone from time to time while he was leaning on a nearby wall, tapping his right foot rhythmically. She took a deep breath before she turned around. Surprisingly, the result was as she intended. Out of the corner of her eyes, she saw the guy straightening his posture. An absolute sign of a stalker. She walked back the same way she took, avoiding any eye contact. Earlier, she had seen a few CCTV cameras in the area. She walked avoiding the blind spots so she could gain evidence if required. For now, she couldn't trust her karate skills because she had stooped practicing for at least two to three years. Yeah, she still had the guts to land a powerful kick on anyone, but still.

On the way, she switched on the selfie camera. To others, it would appear as she was taking a selfie or something. But, in reality, she was checking on the potential stalker. As expected, when she tilted the phone a bit, the guy appeared on the screen. She snapped his photo when he wasn't noticing and slipped it inside. She heaved a sigh when she reached the entrance and she ran down the stairs. There, she saw Assistant Lin with a car. She hastened her steps and got on the backseat. She greeted him with a tired tone, "Hello, Assistant Lin."

Instead of greeting her back, he asked, "Miss, you look tired and worried. Did something happen? Shall I get you a drink?"

Alice glanced at her handbag and the gift box and tossed them aside. Then, she took a deep breath and spoke, "No, it's okay. Something did happen..."

She turned her head and saw the guy by the stairway with a maniac smirk on his face. Unfortunately, she never saw who it was.

"What happened?" He sounded worried.

"Shall we talk after we get out from here?"

Hearing that, He drove the car out of the supermarket campus.

"You can tell me now."

"I feel that I being stalked. Days ago, I received a vulgar gift box, from a potential 'fan'."

"A celebrity stalker?"

Alice nodded and continued, "I don't know who it was. I mean, I couldn't see his face as he was masked. But I have his photo and while coming back, I took a route full of CCTV cameras."

"Okay", He nodded, "We will make sure to deal with it ASAP."

"Yeah, but I should confirm it."

"Hmm, follow your surroundings and keep yourself on alert."
