Secret Door

As I stepped inside the grand entrance of Hotel Sunshine, I was immediately struck by the luxurious surroundings that surrounded me. The beautiful interior of the grand floor was a sight to behold.

The high ceiling was adorned with stunning chandeliers that cast a warm, inviting glow over the spacious lobby. The walls were decorated with beautiful paintings and intricate sculptures, all of which added to the opulence of the space. The plush carpeting underfoot felt like walking on clouds, and the scent of fresh flowers filled the air.

As I made my way further into the grand floor, I couldn't help but be impressed by the attention to detail in every corner. The furniture was carefully chosen to complement the overall aesthetic, and the soft, comfortable seating options beckoned me to sit down and stay awhile.

The grand floor of Hotel Sunshine truly lived up to its name, offering a bright and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Whether I was in the mood for a quiet moment to myself or wanted to socialize with other guests, the hotel's grand floor was the perfect setting for any occasion.

In the register, I saw a red haired girl was talking to a clerk. The red-haired girl was kinda beautiful. She gave a black letter to the clerk.

Wait, that letter is kinda similar to the one I have. What's going on?

After that, they went to somewhere else. Really, I don't get it.

Few minutes later, the clerk came back alone.

Wait, what did happened to that girl? Don't tell me, she is in danger? I have to help her.

I went toward the register.

"Excuse me." I said to the clerk.

"How may I help you, sir?" She asked me.

"I have a letter like this. Do you know anything about it?" I showed the letter to the clerk.

She wasn't surprised by seeing the letter. She just looked at me closely and replied, "Please come with me."

After that, I followed her to a hallway. We entered through a gate which was written, "Storage room ahead. No entry."

It was like any other storage room. But deep inside the storage room there was a secret gate.

"Go inside this room and find the correct gate." She said to me.

"Umm. I thought I was invited for a job. But for some reason, I don't know what it is." I said to her, "Will I get the job? I really need it."

"Don't worry, you will find out about it soon." She replied.

"Thank you very much." I thanked her.

"You're welcome." She replied and left the place.

I swallowed my saliva and went inside the room. There were stair just inside the room which lead me to a dark place.

To be honest, I have a bad feeling about it. It somehow like a big sewer. But the water beside me was totally fresh. That's what I can guarantee. It's kinda dark though.

I can kinda hear Rattata's cry.

"Is it a light source?"

While walking through the sewer like place, I found a faint light source. I quickly went toward there.

I found two chandelier just outside a gate. Wait, how did I ended up getting such a gate in a place like this?

Well, it's none of my concern.

*Knock *Knock

I knocked the gate.

Few seconds later, a person with a green uniform opened the gate.

"What do you want?" She asked to me.

I showed her the letter.

"Ah, please come inside." Saying that she let me come inside.

As I entered through the ornate gates, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe wash over me. The hall before me was unlike anything I had ever seen before. The walls were adorned with intricate gold leaf patterns that glimmered in the soft light that emanated from the crystal chandeliers hanging overhead.

The marble floors were polished to a mirror-like finish, reflecting the grandeur of the space. I could hear the soft murmur of conversation coming from the group of people gathered in the center of the room, all of them dressed in matching green uniforms that seemed to be made of the finest silk.

A grand staircase led up to a mezzanine level where I could see even more opulent rooms beyond. The air was thick with the scent of exotic flowers, and the sound of soft classical music filled my ears.

It was clear that no expense had been spared in the creation of this hall, and I couldn't help but feel like I had stumbled into a place of immense wealth and power. I took a deep breath and stepped forward, ready to see what secrets this hall held.

"Please sit right there and I will contact the person in charge." Saying that she pointed on the chair.

I sat in the chair as she said and started waiting.

While waiting, I realized something. Most of the ladies in the room was looking at me. Well, it's not like it was my first time getting this information though.

One thing I have to tell you, this world is a bit different from the world I expected. In this world, the male and female ratio differs greatly. There is 20 female for per male and if you're beautiful like me, I am sure that you will be famous. But my problem is I am an orphan. Orphans are mostly abandoned in this world. Same goes for me. No one would want to give a job to a person whom you can't guarantee what will they do. So, orphans most likely have to struggle for getting a job. But I got that restaurant job easily. I didn't had to go through the same pain as an orphan girl has to because of my looks. So, I am kinda not good with these interviews and stuff. I was really bad at dealing people even in my previous life.

"So, you're Oliver-kun." .

When I was thinking, a beautiful blue haired lady stood in front of me.

"I am Eva Milton. Nice to meet you." She smiled when introducing herself.
