Ria didn't believe it, and she was stubborn enough that her parents can't say no to her. Ria's age gap to her younger sister is more than five years, so she's a bit spoiled even though they are not rich.

They don't lack too much.

When Ria was allowed to open the tall box, she was surprised to see it's a crafted wooden mirror that looked like it was cut in half and made it look like the other half is missing on it. The craftsmanship of the carving can be on par to a famous wood carver or wood artisan, even Ria's parents were hesitant to throw it away after seeing it. Feeling like a Princess, Ria still remembered kissing the mirror while dancing in front of it. She kept on telling her parents that her Prince Charming bought it for her, so she will cherish it with all her heart.

Remembering her companion through good times and bad, Ria walks to her mirror, tracing her hand on its carving while there's a serene smile plastered on her face.

"If you just showed up again my Prince Charming, maybe I won't be suffering like now. You know I waited for you since the day you saved me until I left to venture in this so-called City." She places a hand on the middle of the mirror, like she's talking to it. Ria didn't know there's someone on the other side standing in front of her like she does. He placed his hand on the mirror-like she did. His heart ache a million times from what he heard from his adelfí psychí.He unexpectedly asked himself this question. Did he really wait too long?

Did he really let her down that's why she's in this kind of situation now? He held his chest as it ache even more.

" Forgive me, my Queen, back then. I'm just a grain in the sand too small and weak to protect you. But now is a different story, I promise I won't let anyone harm you again, This time I won't let you go. I wish you could still accept me even though I'm already too late." There were golden tears that slipped in his eyes.

On the other side, Ria felt her heart was hurting.

She grabs her chest, trying her best not to let the tears brimmed out, but it still did.

Did she already reach her limit? Was this it?

She doesn't even know if she's allowed to shed tears.

All this year she's keeping all her heart ached to herself, but after talking to herself in front of the mirror, her emotion becomes haywire.

Wiping her tears away, she decided to take a hot bath maybe after freshen up her feelings will be washed away to the brim.

The next morning Ria woke up early even though she had a sleepless night. Daisy on the other hand was looking more alive and rigorous. She hands her a hot coffee which she accepts with a smile.

Damn, she badly needed the coffee to boost her sluggish mind.

" Thanks Daisy, How are you feeling today?"

" I feel much better all thanks to you, by the way I got my clothes back I'll leave the condo together with you. Will that be ok?" Daisy asked for reconfirmation.

" That's fine, heat all the food we got in the fridge and bring it with you,I'm sure your kids will love it."

" But how about you?" Daisy looked a bit embarrassed, she feels like she's abusing Ria's kindness.

" I don't like traveling with a full stomach, Don't over think Daisy and do what i said. Thanks for the coffee once again. I'm off to take a bath then." After half an hour they both left the condominium premises.

"Will you be fine by yourself?" Still Ria felt uneasy to leave Daisy if she could. She will directly send her to the bus station but her flight hindered her to do so.

"Im fine Ria, don't worry i know the name and the taxi will surely bring me there, beside now i have money so i'm not afraid anymore. Go on,have a nice trip. I will pray that you will succeed. I hope one day we can meet again. Thank you for everything that you have done for me. I will never ever forget it Ria. You made me hope again that not all people are bad." Daisy gave her a warm and tight hug which she accepted wholeheartedly.

" Silly woman, you made me look like a superhero, all I want is fairness, You got what you need, Micheal got his retribution and I'm glad I discovered everything before I even manage to let him meet my parents. Everything is on the right track now. Take care Daisy. When you guys plan to visit manila dont forget my condo is open for you and your kids."The two left with a smile on their face.

" Paging all passengers of flight PR-2557 going to Dipolog City, please proceed to gate 10." Ria made a huffing sound while fetching her backpack.

It's the second time that the lady Announcer says to move on another gate, which is very annoying because sometimes, if you're too slow, you would end up standing up for the whole duration before your time of departure starts and not every chair can accommodate all of the passengers in the waiting area.

When Ria spotted one empty chair next to a man with a baseball cup covering his face and was so busy with typing on his laptop.

Ria didn't hesitate anymore to excuse herself and asked the person if he didn't mind her sitting next to him.

"Yeah, sure, please make yourself comfortable."

The man said without even glancing on her. Ria was surprised to hear those tones of voice. It was too similar to the person who made her wear sunglasses to hide the dark rims under her eyes and the main culprit that caused her a sleepless night when she badly needed it the most.

"Thank you." She said politely and sat next to him but her thoughts still wondered if he's the same person that she encountered yesterday. She tried to bend down a little like she's massaging her legs but the truth is she wanted to see his face and confirm her suspicion but because he's wearing a head cup and was very engrossed in his laptop, she can't see his face no matter what.

A little bit later she felt there were a few weird looks thrown at her from the people around them because of her weird actions.

Realizing that she put herself in an embarrassing situation she stopped immediately not wanting to attract many unwanted onlookers. Ria decided to fish out her phone lowering her head and tried to focus her attention on it. It was then the person lifted his head and stared back at her.
