After sometime of letting the two have their moment, the principal intervened.

"Can we talk about other stuffs now? Xiao Yan, I know you are faking it so please stop now. Mu Yue, you know it's fake so please, stop giving in to her." The principal scolds.

"Tsk, you are being a kill joy, old man. We can always talk even if I stay attached to Mu Yue." Xiao Yan retorted but she still reluctantly let go.

Mu Yue giggled, "Let's stop for now, Xiao Yan. We can always do it after we leave."

Seeing the two finally separates from each other, the principal then asked Mu Yue, "Can you talk more about your cultivation method?"

"Sure father. My method is actually quite simple. It allows me to absorb the Yin coming from the moonlight. I also get some kind of enhancement when I am in the presence of the moon. Breaking through as well as advancements also becomes easier."

The two were shocked when they heard Mu Yue.

"You absorb the energy of the moon? You can even use it?" Zhi Li asked, wanting to confirm the information.

"Yes, absorbing will speed up my cultivation as well as energy recovery. As for using it, it strengthens me but I can only do it under the presence of the moon."

"That is rather strange but not unknown. I have heard of cultivators using the sun as the source of their energy. But I haven't heard that the moon can do the same. There might be but they are not known or rather not popular." The principal explained.

"Although my method can be called one of the best, not everyone can use it. I was fortunate to be able to use it as there was five restrictions before one can learn the method." Mu Yue mentioned.

"That is normal. The best methods are always a type of specializations. I haven't heard of a top-tier method that everyone can use."

While the principal and Mu Yue were talking to each other, Xiao Yan was thinking hard. She loved reading when she was young and have come across some legends and the likes. There was one thing she was afraid of.

'Mu Yue have Extreme Yin Constitution and uses the energy of the moon. Then there are those who have Extreme Yang Constitution that uses the energy from the sun…'

What she was afraid of was the so called dual cultivation. It happens when a man and a woman unites and cultivate together.

The constitutions that were mentioned were the best ones needed for a better dual cultivation. Even if only one of the two possess the constitution, it will already increase their cultivation speed by a lot. Even so when they are both present.

She have heard of a legend that goes like this.

And another version tells the opposite.

"The sun was always the one who is seen. The moon forgotten by the people. It knows that its light cannot be a match to the sun's so it chose to appear when the sun is gone."

"The sun stays by the day, while the moon stays at night. The moon was contented as its light was enough to guide those who were lost in the dark."

"Yet the sun does not like this. How dare the moon, something who is inferior, bask on the praises of the populace. So at certain times, the sun does something to teach the moon of its superiority."

"The sun appears with the moon even if the land gets shrouded by darkness. But this was what it wanted. The people stopped their praises for the moon as it blocks the light of the sun."

"A tragedy! The end of the world! Curses were yelled at the moon by the people it saved as the sun mocks. Something inferior should have not tried to be like the sun. The night was a fitting place for the moon, something that should always stay in the dark."
