*Trring* [Sound Of door opening]
"Welcome Ah....."
"Hey, Mal-Chin still working at the convenience store?" [a horse voice comes off the mouth of the person who entered the store, he was a person with decent built but with long nose big lips and small eyes, leaving his physique aside, he was a person whom you would call a below-average person, following him was a girl who had a lustful expression on her pig like face]
"Hongjoon"
Hongjoon:- "Oh, so you still remember your owner huh! Now take out the weekly money, you are one day late so adding to the late fee fine, you have to give me 5000 Won more."
"5000 Won?" It's half on my day's pay! A..and I need few more days to pay you, I just paid my university's tuition fee."
Hongjoon:- "I don't care, I need the money now [Saying that he stares at the cash register]
"No! It belongs to aunt Tang, She is already giving me 2000 won more than what the daily pay is I cannot do that to her, you can do whatever you want with me but I am not going to steal from her."
"Hey, listen a piece of shit like you won't even worth a penny and don't think that I don't know about it. There's no way that you have never stolen from her, so stop playing honest and give me the money or give me your house, even if it's half-destroyed it should be worth some penny."
"Darling, listen to me lend me this cutie for a night." the girl standing behind said licking her lips.
"No! I cannot give you the house! It was my parent's, I promised them to take care of them, please give me some time at least 3 days."
Hongjoon- "Hey, listen give the money from there and after 3 days you can pay back to her."

"Are you refusing your owner's order? Who gave you such guts? Remember you are a coward who ran away when your parents were dying. Tch *spit*"
"Shut Up!" [He takes out the money from the cashier and gave it to Hongjoon]
"That's more like it, you should have listened to your owner from the beginning you dog."
*Breathing heavily* I didn't leave them, they told me to run away from there, I am not a coward." Mom, Dad, my little sister why you all have to leave me, you should have taken me with you *Drip* *Drip* [Tears started coming out of his eyes]

"Aunt Tang.....If, I say that I stole money from you, then would you still give me the money?"

I don't deserve such kindness such warmth, I must quit this job and work somewhere else, even if the pay won't be as good as this one, even if there won't be people talking to me with such kindness, but at least I won't feel guilty working there.

Even if no one was there to greet him back. he still made a habit to say this. After eating his dinner and taking a bath, he went to the roof of the house with a sheet of paper that his Dad gave him 15 years ago when before they died.
"I still haven't been able to figure out what this sheet of paper means. [looking at the sky he saw a full moon, but it wasn't white rather it was Crimson Red which painted the whole sky red with its dull red glow] "Its been a few years since I last saw this red blood moon. Looks like many more people will die today just like 20 years ago...."

"Mal, Yoona! come down from the roof you two, its time for dinner!"
""Yesh, mom""
"Wow, mom you have made bibimbap*today! It's my favorite."
Mom:- "Yes yes there's plenty for everyone now come here and sit down the food's getting cold."
Dad:- "hey! Yoona, see what daddy bought for you! It's a big car! now you can sit inside and go with daddy to work Hahahha! and as for Mal, I bought a book you always wanted!"
Mal-Yoona:- "Thanku Dad"
Mom:- "Dear, you shouldn't spoil them too much!"
Dad:- "It's fine, after all, they are at the age to enjoy their life."
Mom:- Ok, enough with the chitchat nows lets eat our dinner

[suddenly that earth started shaking]
Mom:- "Kya!! Everyone hurry and get under the table its an earthquake!"
Mom:- What was that? that was a very long duration for an earthquake, huh honey what happened to your face? Why are you pale like you have seen a ghost?
Dad:- [Looking at his phone, he said one word] "it's coming"
Mom:- What? What are you talking about, give me the phone and let me see too!"
Mal:- I wanna see tooooo!!
Mom:- This...
Dad:- You remember I told you about the research I was doing and I said about a phenomenon that can occur...This was it when the blood moon will rise the world will go through a change, that will lead to the destruction of mankind."
Mom:- But wasn't that some bullshit written on an ancient pedestal that you found by mistake, how can that be true?
Dad:- Yes, we aren't sure if this was that or it's just a coincidence, maybe I was just overthinking things.
Mom:- Yes that must be!
[As she said that he felt a throbbing pain in her chest]
"Argh!!!! AAAAAAAhhhH!"
Dad:- Ho..honey what happened? look at me, why are you looking down?
[As she lifts her head up, he saw something that was at least not of his world, her eyes was gone and was replaced with a huge eye at the center of her head and her mouth was stretched out to a huge bizarre shape, before Beom- Seuk could react the creature that not was his wife anymore bit and tore off a huge chunk of skin off her own daughter's neck.]
"Yoonaaa!!! Maryyyy!!! What the fuckk is going on? Haruto!! Runnnnn...."
"hic* *hic* Mo..mom, Yoona! what happened to you two."
[The strange creature jumps from the table using its bizarre long hands and legs towards Mal-Chin.]
[Beom seuk jumps in front of the creature to stop him from reaching Mal-Chin.]
"Dad!!!"
"Ru..Run and don't worry I will bring back Mom and your sister out in a while." [Tears started coming out of his eyes] "D..don't forget to keep that book I gave you with yourself" [Saying that he smiles at Mal-Chin for the last time before turning back again to face the monster, he said in a soft voice] "Run...."
[Crying Mal-Chin dashed out of the house.]
"Honey, I saved him see I am not a worthless father anymore.....I..I *sniff* he would be safe as long as he has that book, It has my whole research of the tablet and the name of the place where to find it...I am sorry Yoona I wanted to save you [Tears were coming non-stop of his eyes] I guess I am not good of a dad, [saying that he wasn't able to hold back the creature anymore and the monster tore him down] I....am sorry....Mal for leaving you.....
[After that, the military started coming at the scene, there were screams everywhere in the neighborhood]
"Please save my parents and my sister, they are still inside *hic* m..my mom suddenly became weird."
"Stand back kid, there is no one left whom you would call a human living in that house."
{Permission granted to use explosives and heavy machinery to kill the unknown creature inside commence firing in 3-2-1}
"No!!! Dad!! Mom!! Yoona!! they are still there please stop...pl..ease stop" [saying that he fainted]
{Present Time:- The year 2065
"Its been 15 years since that time, and for some reason, I still remember everything clearly. If I wouldn't be having this fucking resistance to the blood moon, I would have died long ago! If you had to give me resistance than at least you could have given me some powers with it then at least my life would have had a meaning.
But, don't worry mom and dad I won't commit suicide or something and will live my useless life till the end, just like the name you gave me- Mal-Chin:- One who Persists to the end.
