16 Last Request
A room filled with high-tech machines that could be seen in front of them.
On the left side of the door, two large monitors, each larger than television, and a table with a massive control panel sits beside it.
Three tables were set up on the right side, one with microscopes and the other with tiny to medium test tubes filled with various liquids. On the last table, there were some papers scattered over. And from the top of the table was some kind of robotic arm.
In terms of space, the right side of the door was longer than the left. There are several large cylinder tubes of the same size past the tables. Some of them were filled with liquid while some of the tubes were completely empty.
The tubes are arranged two in a row with enough space between them to stroll between them. As they passed farther into the area, they came to a door that looked identical to the one they had just passed through.
The identical green ray of light passed on the two once more and also the robotic voice was heard once more.

The door opened, it revealed a vast room with a single-cylinder tube in it.
A baby, no more than a month old, was found inside the tube. The baby was floating in a pool of liquid, with some equipment at his small nose that appeared to be a breathing aid.
"What the heck is this?" Shadow blurt out.
"Is it my sis--brother?" Ella just questioned Shadow with glee.
A holographic screen emerged in front of them before Shadow could respond to Ella. On the screen, they could see a man and a woman. The two on the screen were James and Anna.
"Why are you recording it, we don't need it!" James on-screen shouted, he could be seen leaving the screen recording place.
"We don't know what can happen in the future!" Anna shouted back at him and pulled him back. She stared at him without even blinking. James sighed and decided to give in to his wife.
He stood by her side.
"Hey, Luna sweetie if you are ever seeing this, we are likely dead." Anna stopped for a bit before continuing.
"Dead?" Ella got confused by the sudden appearance of the holographic screen and the words that she never thought she would hear were heard like this.
"Even before we had you, we had foes. People are full of greed, deception, and a variety of other vices. In this world of powers, some people would even kill people for pleasure. Many elementalists were sent to assassinate us before, but they were ultimately unsuccessful.
They haven't come since the year you've been with us. But, if they ever come to us again, I'm afraid I'll have to leave you alone in this awful world someday." As she speaks, her expression becomes increasingly emotional.
Ella's eyes started to fill with tears hearing Anna. She never expects to hear those in her lifetime.
"I have been trying to create someone who I can't with my own body, I have been studying this method called 'vitro fertilization' since three years ago and improving it.
I started the real project a year ago. With many failures, I succeeded in creating my son, Ian Lumino after two months. The Ai will tell you if he's ready or not to be taken out of the tube."
A picture of a really small red circle inside some liquid appeared beside her and was soon replaced by another picture of a smaller size of the baby in the cylinder tube in front of them.
"Even if one day we were gone, you will still have him since the lab isn't known to anyone except us and we still haven't taken him out yet.
One day, even if the whole world turns against you, I hope that he will be there for you. Please take care of our son. Teach him well.
I wanted to cook for both of you though I guess it was impossible if you were to see this" tears fall from Anna's left eye to her cheek. James just looks at his wife with a sad expression from her side.
The holographic screen disappeared just like that.
Ella started crying really hard.
While Shadow still couldn't believe what was happening, another holographic screen appeared in front of them again. Anna could be seen wearing different clothes from the recording from before.
She looked at the screen with a determined look and said "Shadow, I am glad that you are here with her. You managed to protect her. Thank you. But since James and I would be gone, even if Luna could live her whole life with our assets she won't be safe."
Her expression changes into somewhat soft before speaking the rest "I request of you to take care of her until she could probably protect herself.
All the assets and the shares that we get from the company monthly even if we are gone will be transferred to an account. It has been protected with the highest technology to ensure no tracking could be made to the place where money will be withdrawn.

And the last thing is that the cards have the identity proof to the biggest Fable's underground base that she's the heir of Fable. Since if James dies it Fable will be controlled by the board directors till the heir comes to claim it.
It's agreed on the board that even if all people of the Lumino family died, the most profits that are split will still go into the account and some to charities.
