1 Pack house
I lazily scroll through the photos Liza been sending me, while on her trip in Europe.
I'm supposed to be getting ready to go to the packhouse for training because I just shift for the first time last week.
"Asha" my mom called I answer her lazily
"Are you ready" she ask
I look at the half pack suitcase beside me "not yet" I shout
" well hurry up we don't want to miss the packhouse party"
I let out a huge groan.
"I heard that now hurry up"
I quickly got up and throw the rest of my clothes in the suitcase grabbing everything I needed and went downstairs before my mom calls me again.
The ride was silent, way too silent, my mom knew I didn't want to go but it's the wolf way ugh well our packs way, most packs give us the choice of being a pack warrior but our current alpha change that two years ago.
"sweetheart I know you would rather go to Europe with Liza and the rest but it's the pack law there's nothing I can do about it," she said calmly, officially breaking the silence "It's fine," I said but anyone can see that I'm angry.
"Ash come on their's nothing I can do once you have the first shift you're called to the packhouse"
"Mom I said I was fine" I snap
Yeah right the pack's way, alpha Jhni change the pack rules because he wanted a bigger warrior pack. Newly turn wolf both female and male are to join no wait is ordered to train at the packhouse for three months and if you succeed his expectation you join the J group. Our pack is called Dark moon, it is one of the strongest packs in the world and the J group as made them the most feared. These Wolves that are supposedly the best and is there to protect us is a little bit too much for me, I personally think they are a bunch bloodthirsty maniac whose motto is to kill at first sight just like the Alpha.

I heard Sãsha whimper aah yesSãsha, my wolf, I've been angry with her since she's the one that let some guards found out I newly turned because she wanted to go for a run,she's been at the back of my head since that was a week ago I guess she broke free.
We pull up to packhouse its change over the years, the packs gotten bigger, the place looks the same but the people here look like soldier instead of wolves even the tiniest pup, I remember me as a pup I used to run the playground and the other pups, me and Jace, the alpha at the time grandson he was cool.
"I heard alpha Jhni is stepping down and giving Jace the title, you remember him right" she smiles at me
"oh yea" acting like I wasn't just thinking of him I hope he isn't a dick head like his dad.
"and you used to have the biggest crush on him, oh goddess you...." she teases but I cut her off.
"I did not mom, now let's go," I said blushing and jumping out of the car, I heard my mom chuckle.
Turning the corner to the party a hand pull me back
"honey after this is over I promise, you can go to Europe."
"oh right I'm just gonna tour Europe all by myself no Jazz, Sierra or Drey ya it's gonna be great," I said sarcastically pushing my thumb up and walk toward the noise
The music and pups playing echo in my ears, the food smell so good, my stomach growl just thinking about it. I just remember I hadn't eaten yet but with my luck, Alpha Jhni decided to make his grand entrance.
" Good evening my fellow pack members and my future J group" he starts out some guys whistle and the girls' cheers.
"We have come up with different and better techniques this year but this time you'll be going in three different groups of the J's Black, Red and Blue as we all know the world around us is evolving and I've realized we should be changing with it. I've realized that we need more than pack warriors to make us succeed and be a bigger, better and hardcore pack, so the black J's will signify the warriors, Red the technician, Blue pack healers. For four days you will invigilate then be placed in the group that is suitable for you" he stated I roll my eyes but still please that some get to show some of their skills instead of going to a bloodthirsty war.
"oh and for those of you don't know mating barbecue is coming up tomorrow and guess what we're hosting three-pack this year red moon pack, moonlight pack, and silver moon, so that means we will have to postpone the invigilation for another week"he groan oh dammit guess I won't be making it to Europe then cause one 'special' wolf out of these packages will be my mate and that's what I don't want.
"so to get this party started" he grinned "In a couple of days I'll be introducing Jace as your new Alpha " he continued. The crowd went wild, the girls cheered a little louder than they should of but he was always popular so I'm not surprised, my mom nudge me playfully and my heart started to beat little too fast I felt my cheeks started to feel hot and I know I was blushing ok fine maybe I did have a big crush on him what he was a handsome kid.
We use to run the playground and the other pups being the Alpha's grandson did help but I forgot him and his family after what his father did to me and mom.

"Mate" he growls
