Luminous flame at the Abyss

This is a story on a modern day that has a monarch, where a King or Queen rules. And it will start on a bizarre event; a meteor shower. People are amazed from the view specially on one particular Luminous flame shooting from the sky, it was a mix of warm and cold colors that is different from the others and it landed on the Kingdom. After knowing what exactly that luminous light is, the King quickly claim it as his. Now, what will the Tyrant King do to that Luminous flame? And what exactly is that Luminous flame?
