1 Enter the Reaper

An entity clad in darkness stepped into a street filled with people that seemed not to notice its presence. The road ahead was a jungle of establishments brimming with white, red and yellow lights and the people that walked in the middle of it had their phones glued to their eyes.

Some of them are quite young, hopping from door to door looking for a place where underage people could drink. Others wore their suits, exhausted from their nine to five jobs along with one of the complexes of companies and their towering buildings while some walked in pairs in the night, aiming to sate their libido or to finally get rid of their chastity.

It walked through the crowd without a care for its surroundings and they all passed through it as it expected. None could see or touch this shadow and it also couldn't do the same thing to others that leisurely passed through its body for this time, no one has realized that he existed.

He took out a notepad with a tired smile behind its mask. He stood in the middle of the busy street without a shred of attention to those cars that also didn't seem to recognize him. He took a few minutes to examine the information found on his own notes before he lifted his chin.

"Man, what a terrible week."

This entity spoke in a whimsical tone as he shoved his notebook back in his bag right behind his cloak. He hummed a tune and raised his finger, he then stepped out of the intersection and dissolved himself into the concoction of crowds for the night was still young for his murders.
