2 Chapter 2 - Updated

I am standing in-front of the city walls. The height of the walls in-front of me is like the same as the great wall in china.

"People are lining up, maybe it`s getting strict when it comes to entering other cities. I should hurry"

I did not waste any more time and quickly lined up from very back. I don`t know why people are staring at me, and why are the girls blushing?

After waiting for almost twenty minutes, the line was decreasing.

"I`m almost next, I hope there is no entrance fee"

Finally! It`s my turn to enter.

Julia: G-good afternoon! My name is Julia Seco! May I know your name sir?

A pretty receptionist greeted me with a reddened face. Why is she blushing?! I really need a mirror right now!

"My name is Daryl Arradaza"

Looking at the computer, maybe she is scanning to look for my name.

Julia: Are you from this place? I can`t see your name from the list"

Of course you don't, I just came back from another world. And Ian did not tell me about this.

Daryl: No, I`m not from here, I live in Ormoc City, a soldier recommend me to come here so that I can travel towards my hometown. If you will ask the name of the soldier, his name was Ian and It`s up to you if you believe me or not.

Julia: No, it`s okay and I will call someone to assist you to where you want to travel, from here to

Ormoc city it will just take you for an hour to arrive there.

Daryl: Thank you and by the way, just keep smiling you look cuter when you`re always smiling.

What I am saying is true, she really looks cuter when she is always smiling. Julia called an attendant to assist me, he was the one buying my tickets and because of that I easily boarded the train. I thanked the attendant after that.

"Can my family still remember me, or even recognize me?"

To be honest, I doubt myself whether to return home or not. I was gone for a full year in earth and maybe they stopped looking for me. But I should not mind about it. I must think positively!

Arrived at the Ormoc city station, there were many people coming in and out from the trains. It has been a long time since I got back. I missed this place so much.

"I should stop my drama and start looking for a taxi"

I immediately called for a taxi and rode it immediately. It took ten minutes to arrive at my home town.

I can see my home in-front of me, It`s really been a long time. Sigh… I don`t need to mind it anymore! I should knock right now and act cool!

After knocking the door, I heard footsteps approaching, my heart beats fast but I should not be affected about it!

The door opened and my sister stared at me for almost three whole seconds, she let go of the food she was eating. Slowly kneeling while her tears started to flow out.

"Mom! There is a ghost at the door! Mom!"

Yeah, I know this will happen. Even my sister doesn't recognize me anymore. It`s understandable thou and I`m also adopted so it`s fine.

My mom, and my two other sisters rushed towards the door as well. When they saw me, only me mother did not hesitate and immediately hugged me. My shirt was a little bit tattered and I look homeless.

Darlyn: It`s my son! It`s really Daryl! Where have you been all this long?!

My mom was crying while still hugging me, even though it`s not my fault that I was transferred to another world, I still feel regret and guilty towards her. Riana, Christina and Faith did not recognize me immediately. Maybe because I really change too much.

Last year, I`m a little bit skinny and short for even an average guy, but because of Heaven Purgatory.

I changed too much, I even notice that I act like a mature person right now, and now. Even my step sisters are blushing. It was expected that they will not recognize me immediately because my appearance change so much.

Daryl: Mom, sorry I want to explain it to all of you what happened to me but now is not the time.

Darlyn: I understand, but for now go take a bath. I will buy some clothes because I know your recent clothes will not fit to you anymore.

I apologized to my mother, and I told her that now is not the right time to explain what happened to me. Gladly, she accepted what I said and immediately prepared to buy clothes for me. Mothers love are really the best.

When my mother started to leave, my step sisters still did not recover from being shocked. But luckily, they did not ask me why my appearance have changed so much.

"It`s been a long time my beautiful sisters"

Smiling at them while talking in a smooth tone, I really missed them so much. Riana and Christina did not answer me but faith rushed towards me then hugged me right away.

Daryl: Faith you have grown so much and you become more beautiful, maybe there are many guys courting you. Am I right?

I suppressed my emotions but deep inside I really want to cry, I don't know why tears won`t fall. The last time I cried was 2000 years ago when I was struggling in Heaven Purgatory.

Riana: Are you really our brother?

When I was having an emotional time with faith, Riana asked me an unexpected question. I only smiled at her while caressing faith`s head.

I talked to them for a while then after that, I immediately took a bath.

"Mother did not arrive yet, and I only have a short. It`s better to wear it than being fully naked"

When I was done taking a bath, I immediately went to my room. I have no towel at that time so I wanted to ask Riana. But when I opened the door, she was already in-front of me.

With her dumbfounded face, I know what`s the reason. It`s because of the build of my body, lately when I looked at the mirror in the bathroom, my face was feminine, I have sharp eyes and also my nose was sharp as well. Even I was shocked to how I become so much handsome.

I should be the one to approach her first!

I approach Riana, while holding her hand.

Daryl: Thank you Sister!

Riana: N-n-n-no problem!! I need to do something so please rest!

Eh? What kind of excuse is that?

Daryl: Be careful sis Riana, you`ll trip down.

Maybe I really do change so much.

My mother came back home and immediately went to my room to give me the clothes she bought.

Daryl: Thanks mom, I promise I will repay this.

Darlyn: As long as you`re back safe son, I don't need any payment.

Mom answered me with smile then hugged me again.

Daryl: Mom? What school did my sisters attend?

Darlyn: New Era National High school where they trained students to become hunters or they call it players. Travel thirty minutes from here. Do you want to go back to school? But your sisters did not study at the Hunter Department they are in the Computer department.

Daryl: I still don`t know mom what I want is to help you and repay you for the last year I was gone.

Darlyn: Some people wanted to earn money son, but becoming a player to enter dungeons is a no for me! You might die!

So dungeons exists to this world as well. Ian did not told me about this.

Daryl: Mom I will go back to school but will you allow me to become a player? I want you to trust me about this.

Darlyn: W-well that we will discuss it with your sisters.

Daryl: Mom can I visit an area where there are dungeons? I promise I will attend to go inside.

Darlyn: It`s okay. because there are soldiers managing there and large guilds too so it`s okay.

Mother told me the location for the nearest dungeon from our home town, we talked for a while and it was already late in the evening.

Tomorrow, I will see what a dungeon is.
